I bought 4 moog ball joints, 2 of them weren't even moog and one of them was used so sent them back! I've talked to customer service multiple times and they've told me 2 to 3 business days and I'd have my money but nothing! This company is trash, I will never buy anything from them again.
My order was very late compared to when they said it would arrive. Their core charges are extremely high compared to other companies. Probably because they don't make it easy to do the return. You have to research how to do it and then you have to reach out to them via chat to get an RMA instead of just sending the core return instructions in the email. I have canceled my login and will never use this company again. I looked for the core return policy in my email and it never came. I called chatted with them on the phone and they consistently talked over me. I don't know if they send one out but if they did it want to spam and I never saw it. I am a DIY home auto mechanic I am not a business I have bought many parts from this company but I won't make that mistake ever again.

I purchased a part that was a "guaranteed" fit. Only it was not and did not fit. It was also very low quality. I've been trying to reach them for weeks but have not gotten a response and phone lines are never working.
I placed two separate orders and the company cancelled both orders as they said the items were out of stock. I had a suspicion that they didn't want to pay the "free shipping" to Alaska and just lied about the items being non stock. So I sent them asking if the specific items I had orders were in stock. They said they were. This is not an honest business.

The company would not cancel an order. I ordered a part and found out I did not need it after all. I called to cancel the order only a few minutes after placing it. The company said they would "try" and cancel it. I ended receiving the order in the mail 3 or 4 days later. I don't understand why a company would be unable to cancel an order within a very short amount of time after placing an order.
I was offered parts based off of carparts.com's recommendation. Once they arrived, they did not fit. I spoke with customer service and found the correct parts then ordered them. We spoke about returning the parts that don't fit and they were happy to receive them and issue a refund but I had to pay to ship them back. I didn't agree with this since they are the ones that recommended the inaccurate parts. The rep told me they would send me a prepaid return label and we'd be good to go. They never created an RMA. I set the parts away and waited. Waited too long apparently and now they will not accept them at all.

I ordered a part for my truck and they sent me an arrival date of 4 days when i ordered the part, two weeks later i am still waiting for the part. No-one from the company will return your emails. Why are they still in business? If you need a part now, go somewhere else. If you want to wait 2-3 weeks for your part, this is for you. I would think twice when i order from this company. I know i will never order a part from them again.
I ordered parts They sent damaged and also the wrong parts! Customer service was horrible, I sent them a email of damaged and wrong parts (I should have received a refund rite then) never again will I try dealing with this shady company no wonder why they have horrible reviews.
Multiple attempts to get a refund on the defective parts sent to me and...you call, get put in a long que, and then when you finally are caller number 1 or 2 they hang up on you. Happened 3 times. I got thru once to a person in Philipines who then said they were the wrong department and transferred me to the sales dept then, after another wait, told me they were the wrong department and said they had to transfer me to someone else. They promptly then sent me to a password protected phone line.
They sent me 2 brake calipers, both defective. Their ad stated they were 'pressure tested" but that is impossible as they leaked brake fluid on professional installation. Cost me $300 to have them installed and uninstalled.
If you do business with this company, you are as much of a chump as I am now.

I ordered from carparts and was worried the tail light box and cables were not going to fit but it fit like a glove and I am happy. Delivery was a little bit of a problem with fed ex but that is a fed ex problem I think and not car parts.
So this people put a hold on the account the first day you make the order, then when the order starts shipping they star charging again for each piece you order separately mind you the still have the hold of the total of the funds, when i call they said that they'll release the funds in 3-5 business days, so the order was 1015. 37 and they are holding that plus another 1015. 37 when the order ships, basically lending them my money for 5 days,

I was very frustrated that I received a part that was damaged. I was reluctant to call because the shipping company had lost my original package. I was not in the mood to deal with one more problem and was going to live with the scratched bumper. I had written a review based on the fact that I received a scratched up part. I was grateful that they read the review and reached out to me on their own accord to make things right. They didn't have to do this but they were willing to put the customer first.

I ordered this bumper for my truck and nowhere in the product detail does it say it's for a dual rear wheel truck. It fit fine but the plast is shaped different so it leave a large gap under the tailgate. The "powder coat" is very thin.
They make it very hard to return a part. You have to jump through loops to get them to send you a return label. And they charged me $24 to ship it back on a $34 part. I would not recommend this site to anyone

Ordered two refurbished MDX headlights separately and received both item in less than 2 weeks. Plus the headlights looks extremely new and charges less than our local auto parts store. Keep up the great work!
Ordered a brake kit on 5/20 said it would ship by 5/22 but may be a 1-2 day shipping delay. Today is 6/2 and order still shows processing. I called on 5/29 but after waiting on hold for 5 minutes was disconnected. I tried to do the live chat but that option was disabled. I emailed then but 4 days later I still have no response. I have however received at least 1 marketing email per day. At the time of leaving this review I have been on hold for 25 minutes and still not been able to talk to anyone. As the title says PLEASE AVOID CARPARTS.COM AT ALL COSTS. Definitely not worth what I thought I was saving.
All 3 of my things I ordered want be here at the same time like they said they would be or that they will be here on the day they told me on line they will be here on so plz dont order anything from here unless you want your parts later then they should be in
The part I ordered did not come with all that was to be included. They quickly were willing to send a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement also did not come with the part and I felt stuck from there. I wound up ordering the rest of the part locally and when it was brought to another customer service agent they did make it right. I am impressed that after I thought all was done that they still continued to help and made sure that I was satisfied
