In my experience, they tag most crypto wallets as in 'Maintenance' so you cannot withdraw most crypto. They always state that maintenance will be done soon, but in my experience, I have continually checked on my wallets weeks at a time and they were still in maintenance. I attached a photo of this. Also, when the wallet is not in maintenance you will get another excuse for not being able to withdraw. See photo. I think this is crooked. Also, trying to use a VPN with the site is not user friendly, they have you re-confirm your identity via email and you have to use the same device to confirm.

The company would not cancel an order. I ordered a part and found out I did not need it after all. I called to cancel the order only a few minutes after placing it. The company said they would "try" and cancel it. I ended receiving the order in the mail 3 or 4 days later. I don't understand why a company would be unable to cancel an order within a very short amount of time after placing an order.
