They have you buy a part then send an email its out of stock after you paid. They then send you the wrong part and have no way of contacting them for refund, I tried calling 5X and each time was on hold anthem dropped. I called sales 3X which is outsourced overseas. They were worthless! Do not use these people!
I viewed Summit Racing for the part I needed which was sold only in a pair according to them, but I came upon CarParts.com and not only did they have the part I needed but sold it w/o being in a pair. Save $$'s and got it in less than a week. Definitely satisfied.
I have ordered from them a few times in the past year and have been completely happy. I did get one part I was not happy with and the customer service was amazing sending out a replacement part quickly in which I was completely satisfied with. Super friendly too. Will definitely order from them again.
Bought a blower motor and blower motor relay for a ford expedition. Relay failed after a week and the motor is very loud with a high pitch squeal. Returns are too much trouble. Just buy elsewhere. I did and now everything is great. Bought local, paid a little more but no more headache. I took the loss as a lesson. Dont buy cheap carparts!
There is a guy name TJ and his so called supervisor Jessica are liars, they sell you parts and promise to deliver in 24hours for a sale. They then put the phone down when I called back upset. They are Scammers! They give you fake numbers to get your credit card signed. I was able to get my convertible fixed for 200.00 cheaper. Do not waste your time and energy. They need to be shut down immediately. I will be on the BBB next!
I ordered a front wheel bearing hub for my 2002 Buick Lesabre, and it was like brand new. My only complaint was I changed the wrong side, so I bought another wheel bearing locally costing me another 50 dollars more, but now my Buick rides like glass until this dollar you to death vehicle runs into another break down.
I recently purchased a new Chrome hood trim for my Cadillac. The description appeared to have a black gasket/molding attached to it. When I received mine the gasket was not attached. I contacted customer service and was sent a replacement part. The replacement part also does not have the gasket. The representative was very helpful in researching the issue and determined that it does not come with it. I was issued a refund for the part and will continue to purchase parts through Carparts.com.

Been waiting 5 days for my tracking info to show up so i called customer service and they tell me that in three more days they will ship my part and it will take another 5 days for shipping. I asked why is it taking so long to ship they tell me that the part is not in stock.if they dont have the part then why are they selling it to me in the first place. I could have bought it from someplace that had it and probably received it by now. Cant wait 2 weeks plus for my part

I ordered a break line assembly kit for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was reassured by the website that the parts were "guaranteed to fit," but I received the incorrect parts. When I contacted customer service, I was told the kit I received was for a Jeep Sierra. I was told to expect an email with a "return shipping label" within 24 hours. An email was never received. I waited 48 hours before contacting customer service again. Again, I did NOT receive a return shipping label, but did receive "instructions" to use "any carrier" to ship the parts back. This means I will have to pay out of pocket to return parts I never ordered. - Will come back to update IF/WHEN I do receive full reimbursement.
DO NOT use carparts.com! Save yourself the time, money and hassle! Shop elsewhere!
I ordered four parts (shocks/struts) as a set. 3 of 4 came quickly, and the last part came over a week later.
I was in a time crunch, so I couldn't install the front struts and went with the auto shop's parts. I did voice my concern regarding not receiving all four parts at the same time; Carparts.com did reassure me that the part was coming. I was impressed with the customer service. They did offer me a refund for the unused parts. I will order from them again.

Purchased brake pads and rotors for a 370z with the akebono brakes. Made sure to select nismo. Was sent the wrong parts then had to wait an entire day for their shipper to come pick up the items and for my refund. Do not shop here they will just send you the wrong parts and waste your time. They know nothing about whether parts actually fit or not.

When you place an order on their website, they place a hold on your card for the amount of the order. Then when the order is shipped they bill you again. In essence, you are billed twice for the order. They say the first charge falls off your account within 3 to 5 business days... but they are holding your money for that time. This is not the way to run an online business in the 21st century.

Well I ordered the items Saturday, but the only email I have received so far is thank you for your order. Is my order fulfilled our waiting review still. I would like more info about the products I ordered our I will keep ordering from Rocco Auto for now on.
So I chose to do business with CarParts for the first time mainly because of pricing and convenience. My replacement taillight for my Toyota Carolla was pretty cheap, especially compared to other sites. However, the company was not as convenient as I thought. I was supposed to receive the part in 1-2 days. It came 2 weeks later! I would not recommend if your in a hurry to get something.
Bought some parts for my car that their site said would fit my vehicle when I get them they are for a different model. And only sent me one rotor out of a set of two. Asked them for a refund and they only refunded me $10 of my 50. They asked me to send parts back in but only gonna refund me for one of the two rotors. How tf am I gonna send two back if you only sent me one?!?!?!?

I called the warehouse manager and he was awesome! He showed me that i almost ordered the wrong part and he found the exact fit and then help me place my order before i got the wrong one, he was a very good mam. Thank you guys for your prices and the way you handle customers!
Their parts are NOT guaranteed and they will give you the runaround. I was shipped parts that their website said was a fit for my SUB and they were not. I was then told they would send the correct parts and a return label. I ended up having to call back because they did NOT send the correct parts and said they cant. They never called me to tell me this! They wont return my money to get my correct parts until I send them their incorrect parts back. They said because of my troubles they will not charge me shipping to do so! Ridiculous! My SUV is still broken!
