They sent the wrong part. Even used my VIN to claim guaranteed fitment. Refuse to refund the shipping and refuse to pay for return shipping. So they expect to to be out of pocket $150 for their mistake. Beware! Don't trust them to give you the correct part number.

I recently posted a review about my frustration for receiving a wrong part, but I didn't have time to call the company about the issue since I was stressing about how to pack the part in order to return it. What I didn't expect is a call from the company to apologize for the mistake, and a full refund for their error without me having to send the part back since it is too complicated to pack. A top notch customer service. I have used them many times in the past and this was the first mistake. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service experience I have ever had. They sent my part to a different address than was provided not once but twice! I had to go around my neighborhood for an hour looking for this part as they continually shipped it to the wrong address. This caused a major inconvenience as I would have been driving my car a week ago if they would have put the correct address. If I wanted to drive to get the part I would have bought it from a store in town. However I will be buying from stores in town now as I'm sure they will not lose my part twice. As you can see in this photo they put lot 27 on the shipping label when I provided them with the address lot 272. And again, this was the SECOND time they did this. The only thing they offered me was a 5% discount but I informed them I wouldn't need it as I will never order from this place again after this hastle, and absolutely no help when I called customer service.

So I ordered a part it was supposed to be here on Thursday April 14th 2023 needless to say it hasn't been shipped yet they charged a lo int to ship it had to call talk to two people and now for my inconvenience they're going to ship a new part and I have to ship the other part back this is really bad business.As you see the part was suppose to be here last Thursday. As of Monday still no part. Just excuses.This is the second one that was suppose to be overnight as you see this was not the case with this place at all. Buyer beware this company will reach out to you and just say it wasn't there fault. We finally received the blower. The second one was never shipped.

As others have mentioned, I ordered a fender and provided everything (car model, make, year etc.) and the website advertised this part to be exactly the one I was looking for. Turns out it was not, and they sent me the wrong part. Now they refuse to give me my full refund. I paid more for shipping than for the actual product, but not only will they not return me the money I paid for shipping, but they also want me to PAY for RETURN shipping. They promise to guarantee you the right parts, but instead they send you the wrong ones and expect to keep your hard earned money. Crooks.
I ordered a grill for my car a few months ago. It arrived within 1-2 weeks so fairly quick. However, when it arrived, one of the mounting points was broken and a second one broke minutes after fumbling with it. They weren't crucial for the install but it did worry me a little bit. I wrote a review on the piece saying that it was exactly what I needed but that it arrived broken. About a month later, Carparts reached out to me offering either a replacement grill if I hadn't already installed it, or $15 refund. Like I mentioned already, the the mounting points weren't crucial so I went ahead and just installed it. So I asked for the refund instead and it was deposited within a day or two. The person over the phone seemed a bit shy but overall a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

This company makes no sense, they didn't tell me that I would be charged another 100$ then claimed that it's a deposit. Makes no sense to spend another 100 dollars. They overdraft my account. But wouldn't reimburse me for the inconvenience. Terrible scammers.
I paid for overnight shipping thru this company and wont receive my item til the day after i ordered it. Was given a bunch of excuses. One of which was that because i ordered it after 1 pm it wont count for the next day delivery. Which was not provided to me when i selected the option or i wouldnt have paid the extra $80.
Ordered a fan cooling assembly from CarParts for a 2007 Jetta. Received the unit and discovered that the control module was broken was only able to use the smaller fan and not the bigger fan and the rest of the assembly.
Contacted CarParts and they were helpful in processing a partial refund for the product.

Bought a windshield seal from them I received it late when I opened the box the seal was almost in a knot. When installing the seal the rubber cracked tried to save the seal and use it and ended up with a broke windshield . Customer service contacted me over a week ago to resolve this issue was told they would get back to me it's been over a week now never heard back from them and now out 189.00 for a windshield this company is terrible save your money.
The holes on the header don't line up well with oem studs on a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse 2.4l the bottom where it connects the the exhaust pipe doesn't seal gonna have to try to get some gasket sealant and the bolt hols for the heat shield are very poorly quality checked and don't line up with the oem heat shield at all have had nothing but a bad time trying to make it work

I ordered a fuel pump my first the first time got it before time worked perfectly people were nice. Just ordered oxygen haven't recieved so can't give a review but okay@ ext 4009 was very nice parts didn't match but she did very good job to make sure everything was straight before we got off the phone. Sorry couldn't put it in one sentence.
I recently purchased a "Part no.: A******* x 1 Front, Passenger Side Window Motor" for my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr. Keywords here being front PASSENGER side motor replacement. The website listed the refurbished motor as acting as a direct fit for the one I needed to replace in my car, so I ordered the item. Well, the one that came in the mail was not the replacement that was described. The window motor plugs did not match, and not only did these jerks make me pay for shipping, but now they're making me pay for the return shipping as well. I will never use these people for my car needs ever again. Their stupidity cost me precious time and money.
