I had a $35.00 gift card with your company, but because of that RIDICULOUS shipping fee of something like $15.00, I could only get 2 of the same product... Then when I tried to buy a small third item to make up for the balance on the gift card, they wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $15.00 for shipping, on an item that only costed something like $2.50...! In the future, no matter HOW MANY products customers buy on YOUR website, there should ALWAYS only be ONE $#*!in shipping fee...!
First of all I really like the new board. While the installation video could have been a little longer as I had to refer to it a few times account I felt like the paper instructions weren't always clear. I did the installation on my driveway and it took me along about six hrs to install, mostly because I was trying not to scratch my truck or the rubbing board and I wasn't in a rush. My original running board were 17" off the ground now when retracted they are 19 and extended right at 11 inches. This was exactly what I was looking for.

I bought the wrong side door molding for my 2014 SXT Charger. I ordered a right when I should have ordered a left. I presented this question to Carid before I placed my order but never received a response. I'm a novice at best when it comes to car repair so I'm always trying to reach out for help. I didn't know the left side of your car is considered the driver's side. Right!

My calipers that were a guarenteed fit do not fit my car. I had them taken to an auto shop to be put on and still had to pay for the service of them taking my old calipers off (with a torch) THEN PUTTING THEM BACK ON after finding out the calipers SPECIFICALLY FOR MY CAR didnt fit. I had to wait on hold for 75 MINUTES just to get them returned! And i STILL havent received the return label. Rediculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
