I order the part ' this company seems reasonable price from othere stores and when it was delivered in 3 days it was broken from the shipping company in shipping box was broke too I called customer service which was so helpful to help me in what ever I wonted to do replace or money back I took pics of the box and items broke and showed them the pics thru email and Thay replaced the items was delivered so fast like 3 days I already had a replacement 10 out of 10 100%Very happy and will buy parts again

These running boards showed up 3 business days after they were supposed to (the fault with this is with FedEx) but when the boards showed up, the box looked great. However, the boards were moderately damaged. Need to make a Damage claim but do not want a replacement set or different set. Just credit.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
