Before ordering side rails for my 2001 Toyota Tacoma I called the Carid help desk and specifically asked if the side rails I was interested in mounted to the frame or to the pinch weld. I was told by the help desk that they did not mount to the pinch weld. When the side rails arrived instructions said to drill holes and mount to the pinch weld. I then asked to return side rails and was sent an RMA # and returned the product. I then ordered another style of side rails that did mount to the frame. There were manufacturer delays and back orders but I did eventually receive the product almost 2 & 1/2 months later. The package arrived damaged but the contents were not damaged. I am happy with the end result but not happy with the delay in getting credit and the delay in receiving the 3 inch cab length steel tubes. It would have been helpful if the Carid website was current with product availability.

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
