Replacement Tundra hood

Front wheel well liner set

From clunky to hunky

AVS wind vent shades

I truly enjoy the look of the AVS wind vent shades in groove product I purchased. They arrived quickly. My issue is that no install instructions came with them neither in the box or on the packaging. So, I watched the install video several times on your website to do the install. Nothing is said about putting the none taped flange end between the door post and the window seal so I installed mine into the window groove completely as their name implies. Then, The first time I opened my driver window once I closed it my new shade broke. So I sent pictures etc. and was followed with due to my improper install they would not be issuing a replacement or a return. Now I'm left with a broken one on my driver window. Not supplying instructions to customers then denying replacement is not the best way to do business.

I'm asking for some help

I'm hearing a noise from the front drivers side window wind deflector. I'm wanting to speak to someone about getting a replacement for it. It's possible that the part got cracked during the installation. Other than that, I'm satisfied. I'm still waiting for my seat covers to be delivered. Website offered guaranteed next day delivery. I paid the extra 30-40 on a 100 dollar part because I needed it badly and local shops did not have it. It arrived 5 days later! I had to purchase from Advanced Auto and have it transferred. I lost precious days because of CarID failed delivery. They refused to refund at least the price of next day shipping. I returned the whole thing which cost be a 25 minute hold time just to get ahold of someone. Then another 10 minute wait for the return authorization which could take another 3 days! In the Amazon.com age this is unacceptable. I will never shop with CarID again if it is at all possible.

2nd times the charm

I ordered a rear axle for my 2019 Nissan armada, unfortunately for some reason there are two listed lengths for the rear axles for the 4x4. Now this is not carid's fault at all just a general issue with armadas but u was able to get the right length on the second go round and the axle was out and in within 30 minutes figment was excellent!

I gave done numerous additions to my vehicles over the years so I am no stranger to trying to figure out how to install these modifications. But, your lights came with the equalizers because they are LEDs, and I had to look online to understand what these were for. Next time you should add at least a sheet of paper showing what these are for and where to put them.
