I wish I could give a negative rating! 2015 Q50 Hybrid Sport
Ordered wheels & tires from CarID in mid April and received them the first week of May and immediately scheduled an appointment to have them installed at my local Infiniti. Upon opening the packaging at the Infiniti dealership, we found out that all 4 wheels had MAJOR scratches, chips, and dents that looked to have been done when mounting the tires. Also, NONE of the tires were balanced, as the weights were just thrown in with the wheels/tires. Contacted CarID and had to ship the wheels/tires back and wait another month before I received my new set of wheels/tires.
Finally received my new set of wheels/tires in mid June to AGAIN find 1 of the wheels to be chipped. Instead of dealing with the same BS of sending this wheel/tire back, I allowed CarID to credit me $75, which they did. When installing my wheels, found out that there wasn't enough clearance for the wheels to clear my sport calipers, so had to order 5mm spacers, which I allowed the local Infiniti Dealership to do ($200). Called CarID and they offered to send spacers, which they did, but it was too late for Infiniti to cancel the order, and I was stuck with the cost.
3 weeks go by and I take my car in for an oil change and inform the dealership that I've noticed my car vibrating at highway speed. They checked my wheels/tires to see if they were properly balanced, and noticed that they were never balanced at all, which CarID advertises to do prior to sending out any new wheel/tire purchase. Had Infiniti balance my wheels/tires and do a wheel alignment ($160) and the problem is fixed! Have been in contact with CarID over all these issues for the past week, sending in my Infiniti receipts, Etc, and am currently on the phone with them to resolve this issue. Being told that I have to wait until next week to speak to the supervisor as he's not there currently. Seriously?!?!?!
Also, my original order was supposed to include security bolts/screws which were never sent on the return shipment, but I was still charged ($20). Still waiting for that credit.
Needless to say, I will never order anything from CarID again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else to do so either...

I ordered a set of Savini Wheels/tires through CARiD and after I placed the order, they mistakenly sent 2 tires to my home address and 1 tire to my office address which I never even gave them. Keep in mind, none of the tires should have been sent to me. They were supposed to go to their warehouse where they mount the tires on the wheels before shipping to me. It took over a month for them to get the shipping fiasco handled and a lot of hassle on my end trying to help them get the tires to the right place. They also quoted me 5-6 weeks build time for the wheels, but they did not arrive until 12 weeks AND to top if off, the wheels did not fit properly. For some reason, the manufacturer decided to install the valve stems on the inside of the wheel, behind the spokes. Because of this, the valve stems hit the brake calipers, making the wheels unable to rotate freely. They told me the only way the wheels would now fit is if I installed flush mount valve stems (with the installation at my expense). This also meant that in order to put air in the tires, the wheels have to be removed... Who would buy wheels that you have to take off to put air in?! This should have been disclosed to be beforehand if that was the case.
They also installed TPMS (tire pressure sensors) that were not compatible with my car. After weeks of calls and emails to them, I just got the run around but eventually they offered to send me a different set of sensors for me to swap out with the labor also being at my expense. I never did receive the new sensors so I was just living with it. Then after the wheels had been on the car for about 2 months, TWO OF THE SPOKES CRACKED all the way through. I found this out when I took my car to the dealer because of noise/vibration coming from the front left wheel. They said the wheel was too dangerous to drive on and that it could have broken apart while driving. Had this have happened at high speed, I could've got in an accident or even killed. The wheels had stress fractures because they were not strong enough to handle the power of my totally stock car. I had to put my old wheels back on the car because the new ones proved to be unsafe. I notified CARiD of the structural failure and they did not bother to even respond. So now I have a set of useless wheels sitting in my garage. I have since filed a chargeback with my credit card company. There were mistakes made by both CARiD and Savini and they just kept placing the blame on eachother, leaving me hanging out to dry. Bottom line, I spent a lot of money for custom wheels that I can't even use due to improper engineering. Be warned, they are quick to take your money, but as soon as something go awry, they do not stand behind their products.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
