A 1 star review is too high for these guys. Absolute nightmare to deal with. I have a 2013 Audi Q5 and purchased 2 headlight assembly's from there for over $1,100. It stated they included the low/high beam bulbs and ballasts. Nope, not included! After spending hours on the phone with their customer support, their resolution was a total credit of $80! That's less than the cost of 1 HID bulb. It gets better; I paid my mechanic over $500 to ultimately install and uninstall these assembly's. THEY DON'T EVEN WORK! Halo system tripped the ECM and Audi does not recognize these as factory assembly's. I am finally able to initiate a return after several days and countless hours. I had to beg and plead to return these! They kept asking for video or pictures showing they don't work. Maybe after the 100'th call they finally understood that they headlight assembly's are out of the car and I cannot send these. Now I still have to pay for shipping and a restock fee. Thanks for nothing. These guys suck.
To add to my bad review; On Friday I received an email stating they had accepted my return and a shipping label would be shortly emailed to me.

So i ordered a set of tail lights for my truck from these guys with their help. I got the product 3 weeks later and went to put it in my truck and it had the wrong adaptor connector and called them and they said they will return it no problem. So i packed them right back in the box how they had it and they were outside the box for less then 30 minutes and sent them back. 2 weeks later once i see its arrived at their location i call to ask about the tracking number on the new proper tail lights. Their response is the lights were all scratched up and there will be no refund or exchange given. This is total bull$#*! and impossible i sent them back in perfect condition and this company is just out there to scam people. I spent 450$ on the lights with shipping then another 60$ to send them back and now gunna have to spend another 60$ to receive my "scratched up" lights back. Don't use this company its wrong the way they treat people and do business.

So I have tried to order from CarId twice with no luck. Both times the orders were over $1000 which was taking out of my account as soon as I checked out. After waiting weeks with no response, I contacted them to see why my order had not shipped. They stated that I had to verify my checking account first before the items would ship. So you took my money, but need me to verify my checking account before sending the items… OK. I verified my account then received an email stating I would receive another email with shipping and tracking information. 5 days later I received an email stating the items I had ordered were not in stock. It took them 3 weeks to refund my money.
This go around, I placed my order on 23 April, paid in full and also verified my checking account, but my items have still not been shipped. This it the worst customer service I have ever received. This company is trash. Avoid them at all costs.

This is obviously a middle man business that drop ships their items, so most problems customers have are with the 3rd party. That being said, the companies they use are a reflection of them so take that how you will.
I ordered a fog light and waited 2 weeks for it to ship. It never did, then I got in contact with CARiD and they said that the items should of shipped already but it didn't and will email me with update. Got an email saying estimated ship date TBA, so I replied with a cancel order request and got a cancellation request confirmation. The next day I received an email stating that my item had shipped. When it arrived I see that they sent me the next higher priced item instead. So whatever, glad I didn't buy another one in that space of time.
Can you get the correct item and undamaged? Maybe
Do you have to try a little harder than on Amazon or local stores? Maybe

I ordered rims and tires on 4/12 and they stated product would arrive on 4/27 NOTHING! Called and NOT 1 person could explain where the order was or anything. Instead all they do is keep sending email asking are we sure we want to return the items. My goodness! How many times do we have to ask for a return label? Horrible!... horrible customer service! I ordered and paid for a reserve fuel tank from Carid, DeeZee was the manufacturer in July 2020. When I asked when I might expect it I was told in 30 days as it was backordered. 30 days came and went, so I called Carid. Was told it was again backordered and they gave me another date. This went on for another 4 months. They never contacted me, I had to call them. Finally got the tank in December of 2020, I wasn't home when it was delivered but the freight company delivered two of the tanks. Imagine my surprise when I got home, mind you these are $1,000 dollar tanks! I didn't get the connection kit I ordered at the same time. That took another month and a half, same problem, no communication. When I got the tanks I called right away as both were addressed to me. Carid said they weren't aware of it but would try to find out why. No return call. This calling by me (they never returned any calls) went on till February and they sent me a return slip and informed me to take it to UPS for return. I AGAIN explained that the tank was banded on a skid and weighted more than their estimate. I emailed and explained the situation and they said they would get back with me. It's now the end of April and I send a blistering email about them not contacting me and the very same thing happened again! UPS just left in his normal sized truck and told me he couldn't take it (which I knew he couldn't, and he was very apologetic.) I sent another blistering email and am waiting to hear back from them. My next call will be to the BB Bureau. I think the only reason they finally got back with me a few weeks ago as I told them I was going to sell it on Ebay! Which I still may do. P.S., I did contact DeeZee and they weren't too concerned about the situation, but told me I needed to go thru Carid. Mike from Ohio 4/28/2021

I ordered a pair of Spyder headlights for my Lexus GS400. I recieved and installed them. They worked fine for a few months and one of the halo lights failed. These Halo lights cost proportional to the cost of the headlight. I contacted spyder because they have a 1 year replacement warranty. They said I had to contact their vendor CarId to file claim. I provided them with everything they ask for and it took awhile (3 to 4 weeks) but they sent a package of regular bulbs. I immediately contacted them (carid) and asked if they wanted me to send back or what that I need the halo light and not a bulb. It took weeks for them to respond after I threatened to file a complaint with BBB. Then they want me to resubmit all the paper work I already did and seems like they want to start a new claim. I have all email correspondence saved with time and date stamps.

I was charged for the bumper cover that I ordered and told via email that I would be contacted about the shipping quote within 72 hours (3 days) not once but twice, and then after waiting for nearly 3 weeks I finally gave up and canceled the order, only to be told it could take 3 days or longer to get the "shipper" to confirm the cancelation.
If this is the same shipper that was going to provide a quote within 72 hours it might take weeks!
CARiD representatives send nice emails but they don't address the issue, and that's not good enough!
The item did not ship because it could not ship since it was an oversized item being drop shipped from a manufacturer's warehouse, and I was still waiting for the shipping quote so there's no logical reason for a prolonged delay in returning my funds to the payment source.
Very disappointed, but not in the bumper cover I can't accurately review, or because I never received my order, it's because they are a go between company that outsources and they've managed to tie up my funds for 20 days, and I'm still waiting.

Do not waste your money.
This part does not fit any vehicle.
None of the bolt holes line up.The entire door handle mechanism moves freely side to side.
Even if you modify your tailgate by cutting and bending pieces which you should not have to do.
Then cross thread the bolts. It still will not work because the handle hits on the inside of the tailgate.
I was hoping that I could upload photos like you can on more honest websites.
I do not write bad reviews but I hope this helps others steer clear of this website.
Also if you do purchase this useless product with two day shipping it will take weeks to arrive.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service and shipping! Stay as far away from them as you can. I placed an order 17 days ago and it never shipped, every time I ask about it I get "give us 24-72 hours to find out" and they still have no answers. I cancelled the order 6 days ago but they still won't give me a refund because they say they don't have proof it was cancelled and I should give them "24-72 hours to figure it out". Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere!

They are the worst company to deal with customers service is the worst. My experience with them was one of the worst I ever had. Ordered wheels (Rims) stated it will take 3-4 days for order to be processed. After 3 weeks I get a call asking for more money after speaking to a manager ( Supposedly) she took care of the additional charge that I will not need to pay and here is the ringer I will have to wait an additional 3 weeks. I AM LEAVING MY CAPS ON INTENTIONALLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THERE PICTURES ARE NICE ON THE WEB BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I ended up reporting them to BBB and ask for a refund and called credit company and reported them as a fraud which they are. THIS IS A WARNING WHEN YOU SEE CARID JUST SKIP THEM AND PROCEED TO ANOTHER COMPANY. And use pictures as to what you want your car to look like with another merchant that is safe to order from.

My order was supposed to be shipped out on 4/9. It is now 4/23, with no info on when my order will be shipped out. Was told on 4/9 they had everything just waiting to ship. I have been told some items are in Cali and need to be shipped to Florida to be put together. I have been told a supervisor will contact me in 24-48 hrs. Never happens. I spend $2500 on an order that I cannot even get a straight answer as to what is going on.

The first order of seat covers came in wrong. It took 3 weeks to get the money back.
Now I ordered a bumper (duraflex) for my 350z. They said there may be minor sanding and scraping for fitment. The bumper does not even come close to fitting. Large angled gap at one light and does not even go around the other. There is major sanding an filling all over the bumper.
I sent pics to Carid, and it took them 5 days to even open the email, it was opened only after I called. Now I have to wait 5 more days for manufacturer to approve the return/refund. Looks like another month to get my money back.
By on Amazon don't bother with Carid, they take no responsibility for the products the sell.
