I called the phone number and told him what I needed and the pictures was very misleading, I ended up with the rear portion only of the ladder rack. Why would anyone want to buy only the rear ladder rack and nor the front section to make it useable?I had repeatedly asked to make sure I was buying what I needed, and he assured me, contrary to what you previously reported defending him.

All parts are as shown on the the site and delivery is quick and on time. The website is user friendly and has a wide variety of options when buying a part.
