I ordered a lower control arm from CARiD, after a couple months the bushings were bad. I contacted them, and the return process was pretty smooth. They sent out a replacement without giving me the runaround, and the second part was in good condition. Terrible this is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the company to sum it up getting shipped the wrong parts having to wait hours on hold having to wait for your company to get a credit from another company before I can do an exchange for a product that I purchased from CARiD even after your customer service person confirmed to me that yes the product has been received it is accepted by the other company but I have to wait for your company to get a credit from a totally different company that I did not purchase anything from so I can get a refund or exchange for the wrong product that your company sent me it's just a joke like I said I'll never buy anything from your company again

They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
