When I was trying to identify which part I needed, I requested information but no one followed up on my request. I had to guess on the correct part and the shipping time was long with no updates on when to expect delivery. I must say I have had better service with other vendors.

Damaged parts

Received parts on April 10,2015 by FED EX but when
I open the back I found out that the parts were broken. I contacted customer service immediately and sent photos of damages as requested but as of now I don't receive any reply from them.
