Seller was prompt to ship purchase. Item was damaged during shipping and seller quickly sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the item was damaged again during shipping. The shipping container showed several signs of rough handling. I decided to try and repair the item as I am limited on time for this project. Fault lies with the shipper, not the seller.

I cracked my rear passenger side lens on my F150. I ordered it and received it in just a couple of days. It took about 10 minutes to install fit perfectly looks great. I intend to buy my auto parts from car ID.

Just to note. The website didn't have my model vehicle listed when I was ordering some upgrades... and after some research, my model is amongst several within the year made. With 3 different rim lug pattern sizes!. The site only listed 2 models and they weren't mine. Or had my lug pattern. So after I ordered. A couple days later Got a call from Carid, I think,. Just checking in that I was ordering the correct pattern; 5x100. I assured him that it was okay... and The rims fit perfect. But mostly. Thanks for the call lookin out.

Ordered 2 seat covers when replacement seats were long long delivery. Ordered separately tools to install, but on receiving the covers and reviewing the information it suggested electric stapler and staples a different size. The seat covers came right after the original anticipated tools and staples and waiting for the recommended tools. Be nice if tool list and supplies needed be available when otdering.

I ordered rims on Tuesday. They arrived Saturday. If the money was taken from my account that day. They should have been shipped by the next day. I just feel the process was too slow. Had I known, I would have went elsewhere.

The item ordered was supposed to fit our 2011 Chevy Silverado and it did not fit correctly. Now we have to return it and not only did we pay $54+ in shipping charges we now have to pay the shipping charges going back which is now more than the item itself. Also, the package that it came in you could tell someone had already ordered it and return it, possibly for the same reason.

Ordered a Chrome Bumper Assembly with side steps & no backup sensors for a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Crew Cab; shows picture & fit confirmation on site. What arrived is not what was ordered. No problem, I'll just return it.
Called customer service to get return authorization & label & was told I would receive a credit after they received the product; also no big deal but THEN was informed my credit would be 1/4 of what I paid!?, um NO!
Then after speaking with said "supervisor " Cornelia, she said my credit would be even less! I told her they are Crooks & hung up.
I have also submitted an email requesting for someone to call me about this, I'll see what happens, but if I could I'd give them -10 star review!

About 3 times a year I will dedicate some time to leaving a review of something, usually related to my business. Car ID asked for a review so first thing here in the morning I will give one. I would like to retract my previous complaint and bad rating on CARDID head lights. I did a real bad rating on my headlights for my 1999 F 150 head lights. I didn't remove the old ones to properly compare them with the new ones. I thought they were way too big. A couple days later I pulled out the old ones and laid one on the new one. They matched perfect. I installed one that day and it fit perfect.

Hood looks great. Arrived with no damage. Does need a shorter hood latch if you want the factory latching mechanism to work. Comes with Sparco hood pins to secure the hood since the latch doesn't work.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions. Anyway, the mufflers are on their way back to the manufacturer. We will issue a full refund to your account upon receipt.
