Got the right parts, but the site promised they'd be delivered 3 days before they actually show up. Now, I'm no stranger to dealing with logistics companies, thus I know that once the package leaves, you're at the mercy of the shipping company. To that end, therefore, don't promise delivery no later than a certain day. My package was supposed to arrive two days after I ordered it, but it arrived 5 days later. So in order to avoid this, I'm not going to purchase car parts through this site anymore. Don't make promises you can't keep.
Got what I wanted after a few weeks of trying & every payment method being flagged for fraud, then my payment methods being locked. I had to keep calling my bank or credit card companies to unlock my payment methods. Links would endlessly load when I tried checking out & I tried multiple different WiFi networks.

I ordered new headlights for my 2014 Ford focus. The parts arrived and I placed the box in my garage waiting for a time where I could install them. When I opened the box, I discovered the driver side front headlight magnifying lens was not in place was loose and broke the headlight that came with the kit. The material is all glued plastic, and it looks like the magnifying lens was never properly placed, and has been vibrating around, breaking the interior of the sealed lighting unit..

Loved the website, ordering was a breeze; and then it all derailed from there.
Thought it would ship in 24 hours, it was four days. Then the shipper, because it was h easy (148 lbs) claimed i wasn't home to sign... not only was that not indicated when I ordered but I was home. Driver didn't want to pick it up apparently. Had to pick it up myself, good thing I brought someone because I'm disabled. Again weight wasn't specified. Boxes were fragile torn and ripped up. Inadequate for product. But they asked for a review. Product is what i expected.

The headlights look amazing and they were so easy to install i had them wired up and ready to go in 25 minutes. My only complaint about the Headlights is there is only 1 adjustment for the low beam vertical position. The high beams are set how they are I'll do some more research on them. Overall they look amazing are very straight forward and function amazingly. The delivery on the other hand, the day they were supposed to be delivered with NO signature required the delivery company denied delivered do to no one answering the door which they didn't knock or ring the doorbell, they also never showed up on my camera, the day they were delivered it was at my neighbors house that has an offroad driveway there are signs around my yard for that exact reason. Granted i know GPS takes them to the middle of my field, I've been working on that, there are actual signs that say the address on them

I purchased a new passenger side mirror for my 2006 Nissan Frontier. My original mirror was damaged in a recent hail storm and the new one was easy to install and looks great. However, when I opened the box, one small piece of edging on the actual mirror was broken loose. It wasn't very noticeable and I was able to glue it back with some superglue. You can't tell at all and for the price it was well worth it. I would give this a 4.5 stars and will be ordering parts again as they have everything for my truck.

So far I'm impressed with my brake rotors and pads. Quality seems high and price was solid. However, it took longer than it seems it needed to for them to arrive - mostly due to the length of time between ordering and shipping.

I ordered fender flares for my 2007 gmc sierra. The body style changed in 2007 so there was some contradicting information on the website in reference to whether the flares I was interested in would fit my truck. I engaged a chat with customer service and they insured they would fit my truck but when I tried to install the flares it was obvious they were for the old body style.

The tail lights fit perfectly and look stock. That part I'm very happy with. The reason I only give 4 stars are a couple reasons. No instructions provided. I don't need instructions except there was an extra wiring harness included without an explanation as to why. Website wasn't very informative either. I eventually deduced that they are for lower model trucks with out these taillights. A small piece of paper with explanation would be helpful.
The other issue was they took over a week longer to arrive later than I was told.

The lug nuts did not come with the wheels. (Four days later) Other than that, it worked out. I will say, maybe package them with the wheels. I scheduled the wheels to be installed, and then realized I had no lug nuts.

Usually Magnaflow meaning vehicle specific high performance exhaust systems, with badges and polished tips etc. In this case the universal Magnaflow mufflers were purchased. They were true Magnaflow items, but universal fit. To ensure the precise fit, there was a need to measure the original mufflers and to purchase the ones with the same dimensions.
