Easy to navigate website. Car cover fits perfectly... truly surprised there isn't a company logo on the exterior of cover! I would suggest the option of imprinting a car logo to customize the cover!

Ordering was fast and easy. I was expecting a 2 day delivery as advertised. I checked the order status several times and it was always still in the 'processing' stage. While checking the Status 11 days after placing the order, I responded to a pop-up chat with a customer service rep. I stated it had been 11 days since I purchased the cover. He checked and verified a shipping tag was created on the same day of my purchase but the order was never processed. He told me the order would be processed and I received the cover 2 days later.
