I called on 2 different occasions to find out what the enclosed nylon cord was to be used for. No one was sure of what it was for.
I bought at least 10 covers from them. They never disappoint!
Their website say shipped next business day with 2 day delivery to CA. I'm near Sacramento. On Sat received confirmation after ordering product item is in stock with free 2 day shipping and email will be sent to me with tracking number once item is shipped. Tuesday no email so I called customer service and was told it is delayed due to COVID. Called back on Wednesday and was now told item is not in stock. How many covers have they sold for a 2020 corvette? Not too many 2020 corvettes out there! Now they are telling me the cover is being sent from the east coast and will be another 3-4 days. Company and warehouse is in CA. Website has false advertisement. Cancelled my order and went with a better company that honored their shipping policy.
