This cover is a joke! Does NOT fit my truck properly at all, the bottoms of my doors and below are exposed, it fits super tight in some areas, but ridiculously loose in other areas. Holes are not cut for the flimsy cable that came with the dollar store lock to secure down the cover, which would just rub against the paint... because it doesn't fit. No room for my mirrors, which the much less expensive cover that I purchased my husband for his vehicle - different company, had the side view mirrors in the cover to help secure it in place. Yes, I entered all of the information requested and ordered the "correct" cover for my truck, what a joke. So pissed right now. Would not under any circumstance recommend this company for a truck cover, maybe their car covers are better... but their truck covers are straight up garbage. I would give them less than one star if I could. So disappointed.

Bought a cover, spent 150 dollars on this cover. Within 3 mos it was flaking and peeling and leaving residue all over my expensive vehicle. They offered to replace it but wanted me to pay 27.00 for shipping. I just spent 150 less than 3 mos ago and they want to charge for shipping to replace an obviously defective product. That's just wrong. On top of that they will tell you that if you don't agree with shipping charges they'll let their management handle the final decision and then never email you back and just leave you hanging. Don't waste your time or money if you like customer service and quality products. This company knows nothing about either.

I am really disappointed in this company for the horrible customer service as well as having to fight with them to get my money back for a product they have not delivered. It started by ordering a the top of the line bike cover that was noted as being in stock from the website, 2 weeks prior to Father's Day. A few days later I received an email stating the item was out of stock. I went back to the website and noted that the item is still noted as being in stock. The rep told me in an email that the next model down was available and would ship out with with enough time to probably arrive on time for Father's Day. It is now July 2nd and I still do not have the product. After requesting my money back a few days ago, I now get told that the product has to be received back in their warehouse before I can get a refund. Really? The product hasn't arrive almost a month after I ordered it and I have to wait for them to figure out where it is and get it back to their warehouse? I don't think so. I would never order from this site again and have told and will continue to tell any other riders not to trust this company to ship anything. Do not buy from this company if you expect to receive good customer service. This is fraudulent.
