I inadvertently ordered the wrong cover initially as I wanted a soft/fleece lining. I called customer service immediately on receipt. Rachael was very helpful & understanding. Shortly after the call, I received return instructions. I received the replacement cover in a timely manner and very satisfied with the quality and fit.

However the extra material at the sewn seems where not cut off.
Took scissors and removed excess material
I am overall satified with the product

Video was helpful. Car cover fits nicely. As for now it seems fine. Time will tell how it lasts. It gets very windy here so I will see how it works then.
