Very nice cover and fits nicely on my 2000 FRC Corvette, actually better than expected.
Overall, the customer service was quite good given the fact that I was interacting with a computer and had no reason to contact a live person. Shipping and receipt were timely and the quality of the cover when I received was as it was described on the company website.

Cover was delivered to the wrong address so I had to find where it was and go retrieve it. They weren't home but the package was still on their front porch and had been there all night.
The cover did not come close to fitting my truck. I contacted customer service and they requested pictures. I sent the pictures and it has been 4 days now and not a word from customer service. I sent an email asking if they got the pictures...no response! I will call them today and if I don't receive satisfaction, I will return cover for a refund.
