Ordered 3 months ago, got the top of the line cover. It doesn't come with mirror pockets and fits like garbage because of it, so I email back(they have no phone number customer support at all) and pay extra for mirror pockets to be added. I send my original cover back, and recieve the new one a month later. It's a generic cover, not the one I ordered, with mirror pockets... They outsourced all of their covers and have yet to deliver on the proper cover. Not only that, the second cover delivered was a "final sale" meaning no refunds and they tried to get me to buy a completely new cover for even more than I originally paid. I'm a patient person but this site is ridiculous and if I wasn't locked in I would get a refund and take my business elsewhere

Whole process was seamless; appreciate different price levels tailored to what our specific need was. Product received earlier than expected, so that was a bonus. Product only 4 star now because we haven't used it enough to know true quality.
The buying experience was quick and easy. Several options to choose from depending on you circumstance. My cover was delivered on time as promised and fits perfectly. Lightweight enough so that even a senior citizen like me can easily place and remove the cover. I am truly happy with my cover and the customer service! A great experience overall!

I haven't quite figured how you think the straps are "supposed" to attach, but I have (not very neatly) covered the ATV from wind and rain. I part it on the side of the driveway and need some kind of visibility markings. It is very hard to see in the dark.
Part of my order was missing.
I paid for the wind straps and they were not included in my order.
I called and they were sent.
