Bought 6 custom hats that cost over $200 and they did not only take months to receive, but they also turned out horrible. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue if they were willing to redo them, but newsflash, they aren't. They didn't send proofs, they hardly reply to inquiries via email, and the quality is terrible. Received hats with stickers on bill. Stickers are unable to be removed from bill without damaging the hat due to the sticker adhesive pulling and damaging the material of the bill. Sent my concerns once via online submission and received a ridiculous response from Mary talking about the sticker was removed too fast. Come on now... I have video evidence of the issue along with pictures. It is not possible for the sticker to be removed from the bill without damaging the cap. This flaw existed before I received the order. I would love to be contacted by phone. I've left a message with my info. Zoom would be even better so that I can demonstrate the issue.
The whole process of creating the hat and placing the order was great. The Product came quickly and quality wise ILOVE IT!
They didn't make hats to my specification as the logo was not vertically centered on the hat. I asked them to help me out and they have not responded since Feb 9 after I have followed up a few times now. I wasn't rude, just was opening up the conversation. If they would have fixed my hats, I would have ordered several more because I got these made as a concept.
I bought two hats as samples to evaluate CapBeast as a potential supplier for my companies headgear. The eCommerce platform worked just fine. All of the usual tools and capabilities were there as expected. Shipping took longer than I would have liked for two samples, but I won't ding them for that because I don't know their operation. For all I know they had a spike in sales or production problems. That's where I stopped being satisfied.
When I pay a setup fee I expect someone that knows the process to review what I provided. The logo on both hats is offset from center. Their is a large stylized A centered in the top of the logo, it's hard to miss that the peak of that centered A is not aligned properly. No one attempted to contact me or tried to correct it. So I was charged a setup fee, but no one actually did the minimum expected review of the clients assets when you charge a setup fee. I didn't expect individualized service at this price point, but at least check for the basics and shoot me an email asking about any obvious details.
The embroidery in the logo was poor. It is thin, with the bare minimum of thread count. There are a number gaps where the base color of the panel is plainly visible. In addition, the text below the logo is almost passable, but they stitched between the letters in four separate places on both hats. One positive comment is that their color match on the logo was fairly good. Some of their direct competitors don't offer enough thread colors to even get close.
I gave two stars on pricing based on lack of actual proofing during setup and the fact that the product received was not of sufficient quality to justify the cost. Had the results been of higher quality, I would have no issue with their price points. As it stands, I paid $80 for two hats that I would be embarrassed to have representing my company.
If you just want a one-off custom hat, none of this is probably bad enough to go somewhere else. They'll get the job done for that one of a kind hat you want to wear in front of your friends. If you are looking for product that will represent your company, my suggestion is to keep looking.

Totally not worth the $69.00 I payed for the custom hat I ordered. There were stitch lines in between the custom writing I requested. It made what would have been a nice hat look extremely cheap. When i sent a complaint they never responded, guess customer satisfaction isn't something they care about. Will never use them again.
I ordered 8 total hats 6 months ago, fully paid for and haven't received a thing. Terrible company! Never would I recommend them to anyone I know. Think twice before you order from this crappy establishment
Order took much longer (almost 5 months) until the cap arrived with a lot of necessary email reminders and than design was wrong. Tried to claim and customer service guy was not very helpful. Finally he responded to raise to the management, after this never heard something back neither got my money back. Crappy company, crappy customer service!
This is the absolute worst company. I have given them nearly 7 months to deliver my order. They have automated systems * who respond to me only to be completely useless. I generally would have asked for a refund and that's it but I needed these hats for events, they've let me down tremendously. I have over 18 emails with them all of which result in nothing. By the time they shipped my order at month 6 I had moved. I asked to update the shipping address and they can't seem to do it. Whoever works here seem def and blind. Never order from here! Do not order from this company. Its been 9 weeks since I placed my order and I have received zero communication from anyone. I've emailed multiple times asking for an update on my order and get the same auto response each time. I work in customer service and understand delays due to COVID, but not communicating with your customers is unacceptable.
