I have been a Canva user from the beginning. I am now about to close down my account which I pay for. I used to be able to download high-resolution files but now all my work is at the size of 10 - 30 kb! I am sure Canva will be losing customers like me at a rapid rate.
After cancelling my subscription I was still debited 120 $ for one year Canva Pro subscription. I just unsubscribe now again and took screenshots this time to have proof as they don't send any proof of cancellation. (Previous time was in trail period).
Paid for 12 months and did not even use this app at all. I am very upset. In my eyes this is called DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!
I like the Canva tool, and used it quite a bit for a month or so. I don't like they way their autorenewal feature works, which renewed me for a year without warning. They have claimed I was on the "old" system and this is no longer the case, but I'm still disappointed that I had to jump through the hoops I did. I hope they find a way to clean it up for other customers.
If you decide to sign up for the free trial be SURE to cancel is right away. You will be charge a high price for not doing so. They WILL NOT refund your money and they don't have a person you can speak with. I will not consider using this company just based on their customer service alone.
Canva lets you create posters and stuff like that. You also don't have to download it. You can simply search it up and BOOM! There it is! Although there's a little issue. It doesn't let you create your own. You can only use the ones in Canva and change the words on there but you can't choose your own. If Canva can fix that little issue then it'll be great!
I purchased a design for multiple uses for letterheads but found later it is for viewing only. How can one use it? Am unable to use the PDF unless I create a text box with all the limitations that imposes. I wrote and asked for some help and they said "thankyou for your suggestion". That is to create a letterhead that can be used as one. I think they are scammers.
There is no actual support for this website. Notice you cannot find google business reviews. First red flag. Do not trust this website. They do not have live message support, no phone number to contact, and the email response you will receive will be a circular response giving you no actual support at all. Very very shady business.
I have been a Canva Pro customer for 2 years and have been paying for it like clock work. Two weeks ago I went to use my account and noticed it no longer had pro attached. I contacted the customer service and they have given me more and more runaround instead reactivating my account. I have never heard of a business who does not have a customer service department where they can speak with their clientel. I have literally emailed them almost 10 times with proof of the issue and still nothing is done. I would not EVER refer anyone to this platform again. NOT WORTH IT
Tried a free trial, managed to cancel it in time. Money has been drawn from my account, let's see if I'll get my money back. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service because of these trial-issues. Otherwise a good service, sure. But being scammed is never fun:-( Being drawn 120$ when you can barely afford yourself sucks. What a company.
I ordered some business cards from canva, i reviewed the design and paid and had it shipped. I received them and I realized i misspelled something on accident. I emailed them and they let me redesign my cards and sent out the new ones for FREE, didn't have to pay for shipping or anything. Great service all around.
I have been a loyal user of Canva for 3 years. I have had them print designs for me a handful of times and my last order was botched. Elements were flipped and shifted and elements that were supposed to have high transparency had low transparency.
I have a Canva Pro account with a 24 hr SLA (print orders also have a 24 hr SLA). It's been a week and the only responses I've received are automated. A corrected re-print would no longer arrive in time. Needless to say, I don't recommend having Canva print your materials based on the end result and the lack of customer service. Based on other reviews it sounds like the running average is 5 MONTHS for a response from Canva.
Canva should invest more in their customer support and less in their packaging. I don't need gift wrap, I need service.
First, there is no number for you to call to speak with someone; second, there is no live chat for you to use to try and connect with a human; third, the only way for you to complain about a print job is to send an email off of their website and even that they say it will take at least a week to answer the email... If you are trying to get something refunded, good luck
I unfortunately subscribed to canva pro but then decided I didn't want it so tried to cancel within a week. They couldn't find the subscription but I now see two months of charges. Of course there is no reply to my email. What a scam they are...
I have purchased images with a full licence from Canva ($10 each). They are to be part of a book cover design. I need to access those images to use them in a design program which is different to Canva because of the poor quality of the type in the result of the book cover when it is downloaded(it is very blurred). The problem is that I am unable to find my purchased images. At present I feel that I have wasted $30, and I am very disappointed. Any suggestions where I will locate my images, or does everyone feel the same as I do and want their money back?

I have been using Canva for a long time. I tried different services, but only this one seems convenient to me and this image editor is also free. I previously used Canva for social media posts and now I use Canva to create business cards. I recently signed up for premium and now I have the opportunity to use «Corporate Identity», «Background Remover» and cool animations
I paid for the annual subscription. One hundred something bucks. Then was totally unable to login to my account. Tells me there's no account linked to my email address. The customer support through facebook messenger sent me to their online form. A man responded through email and after like ten emails back and forth, unwilling to call me, finally located my account through my credit card number, and DELETED MY ACCOUNT FOR ME and refunded it. I have two business and had at least 10 designs I'd spent countless hours on. And this customer support man couldn't help me just login. So angry!
This site is very helpful to me especially when doing some portfolio, resume, collage pictures and artworks. What I also like is that I could choose from bunch of different built-in templates in addition to that I could also create my own, and share them in different format to my friends and love ones..
I don't know how or why they billed me but I was charged $119.40 on my cc for nothing. Trying to find a number to call and dispute it but I can not find a phone number or email. Does not leave a trusting feeling.
I ordered the constellation print for my
Husband on our anniversary. It was BEAUTIFUL and perfectly made. Great quality, very sturdy, & the text was etched without error. We LOVE it! Very worth it, and such a great deal! Highly recommend
The fact that you have to pay for most of the defining features like resizing the image is pretty disappointing, because the sizes for a lot of the templates are really hard to use. I'd Resizing text and images is really hard and sensitive. I would not recommend, I'd rather use Google slides or some random app you could download on your phone.
Answer: That was one of my issues. No active link to cancel the free trial subscription.
Answer: There is zero support. Until they do something about it, don't begin with them. Try Snappa instead.
