I use it first time coz of coupon 2000 yen and I buy 10$ item but have think I can use coupon but no coupon can only use for shipment in they app that so slow and bug I can't even find way use it coupon and have so much hidden few the 10$ item became 50$ you can't cancel bid and you need pay domestic shipment that not even when bid on auction use can't dispose item you need pay domestic shipment that not even show when you bid on auction.

Hi! Recently I have bought lots items from Buyee, especially Tomica diecast and Starbucks mini cups.
I can find more variety items'products that I am looking for.
There are some items that I can't find at other sites like Ebay, Amazon, etc.
In here Buyee sites, I can get more items that I want.
Hope I can get more varieties items for my collection.
Hopefully, I can get the coupon discount for my incoming international shipping cost.

Don't use Buyee. I ordered something through Buyee to be shipped to Australia. Soon after I submitted the order, I found the buyer in the Mercari JP was selling a fake Cartier watch. Within less than 2 hours of submitting the order, I asked Buyee to cancel the order. Buyee refused and claimed they are not responsible for any fake items and that's why the order cannot be cancelled. I then escalated the purchase to Paypal as I used Paypal to settle the purchase. I then received a threatening email from Buyee asking me to cancel the claim and close the case in Paypal. What is buyer protection Buyee offered. NO. They don't care. If Buyee says they have no responsibility and no buyer protection offered to buyer, then why they have the notification popped up on the screen trapping people to use their website. What is your proxy service obligation Buyee? You need to have a duty of care. DO NOT USE BUYEE, a SCAMMER.

What can i say about buyee?
When i want to buy a special "only japan" item, i always look over Buyee.jp.
Easy to navigate, simple, clear about fees; also every Time Buyee offers a large, very large, amount of Discount Coupon to bring down even more the overall prices!
When i have some question and trouble, i can open a chat whit an english customer support, and they will assist me asap whit precise answers, no matter how strange nor how many questions i wrote to them. (very patient!).
Various shipping method, also seamail is avaible and great care for handling package (i'd love to import big items rather than one or two items).
ALSO a value addition is the android app, a pure bliss to keep traking of various Auctions on the walk.
Speaking of auction, they provide me whit a "pick from CreditCard money" so i don't need to charge funds (even if you can do it!)

This website is a pain in the $#*!. The website is so difficult to even process. The shipping fees are outrageous. I tried ordering my first package from this website from Mercari Japan. I was supposed to have a 5000 yen off coupon even though I claimed it. I couldn't even find the area to even put the coupons. A package that I ordered said no cancellations but still had a cancel button? That seems somewhat sketchy. Even on PayPal (What I used to pay), history of the transactions wouldn't show up? Back to the package that I accidentally cancelled because I thought I needed to put in the shipping and coupon. You really disappointed me Buyee :(

I am a collector and especially like all the cute and rare items only found in Japan! Recently there was a Card Captor Sakura Kuji that was exclusively sold in Japan only. I was able to look up the item on Yahoo Auctions and snipe bid and win the item I wanted using Buyee. The best part is it is hassle free for me, I just need for it to arrive at the warehouse and ship, it's that easy. I had the option of EMS, DHL, Airmail, Surface mail so I shipped it using airmail. I like that there is mutiple Shipping options for me. Also I was a little worried during Covid 19 that services will be severely interrupted but to my surprise it has been quite smooth! This item shipping out on May 15 and was delivered to me on June 10. Things usually ship out of japan the very next day I make payment! Very reliable service! Highly recommended.

We received the following email from Buyee...

"Unfortunately, the shipping out of the package below has been cancelled, as it was deemed problematic to ship using the chosen shipping method for one of the following reasons:
・Package was too large and/or heavy for the chosen shipping method
・The package contains items that cannot be shipped via the selected shipping method
・The delivery address was changed during the process
・Other"

After Buyee cancelled the shipping option offered which we agreed to pay, Buyee increased their shipping cost by over $100 USD.

BUYEE ARE FRAUDSTERS!

You can buy easily and follow your purchase all along the process. They have a good client service to help in need and some promotions and coupons are really useful. The delievery is fast according to the one you choose even with all the problems actually. The only problem was that there is a lot of fees to pay with your purchase (buyye fee, plan of shipping, commissons). I was very happy of my purchsase so i'm preparing the next one already!^^

I buy a lot from abroad. Buyee its great when you want to buy things from Japan. I usueally go for mercari shopping. Its super easy and on every step you know how much you will pay. You can check fee, and shopping prices in advance. You wont be surprise about it. Its very convinient. I buy a lot and never had problem with an order. Even when I buy 10 things from 10 diffrent reatilers. Packages are always packed very well. I never had an issue with this page.
