Well the thing is they do correspond with you, but either way they don´t understand what they wrote or they just having fun with writing useless sensless E-Mail which completley ignore the context of what you wrote to them before which is just frustrating for everybody, cause the might think, hey we are overseas... so what can they do right?!
It's a scam, at least to my definition. They lost an item I bought and claimed the warehouse is "preparing it". When I stated that I wanted a refund because it was lost (warehouse maintenance for 2+ weeks?), they told me tough luck and that they wouldn't do anything.
Yes there is a website called neokyo but I think it no longer supports Mercari Japan. Best for Amazon japan and other websites. I've heard the shipping is a bit cheaper
