I paid for my package to be sent by DHL on September 25,2023
Support was contacted on September 28th, 29th and October 3,8,10,11 and until now October 16,2023 the package has not been sent!
A company hires managers, leaders, employees and pays them salaries to solve problems and keep the company's name clean!
Buyee is not an NGO, so it was probably a company created to generate profits, and is spending its precious money paying salaries to support useless support that doesn't work and makes cases like this dirty the company's name!
Do you think that a director of a company that invests millions in your business wants to see your company's name negative?
I do not think so! But does he know that he is spending his money paying salaries to maintain useless support?
So let's check it out!
On the company profile at: https://buyee.jp/help/common/company
It says the president is Shohta Naoi
And the real name of the company is: Tenso Inc
So let's ask straight to the top:
So Mr. Shohta Naoi, what do you think of your support?
Sorry to put your name here but it's because your employees are turning your company into garbage!
Is it worth spending your money paying useless salaries for employees who don't solve your company's problems for you?
So if you value your money, do something!I'm going to give one star because it's the least, I wouldn't give any!
But I'll change my opinion if the problem is resolved!
After all, the service is useful and we need it, so the intention is to improve and not denigrate!
Package number: G*******186
Solved on October 19th!
Two stars for the delay!
I ordered 2 chair cushions that weighed less than a pound and had them consolidated into one package. The package they shipped weighed over 5lbs. I did not realize it when I paid the shipping fees why shipping was so expensive and I didn't realize the weight of the package. I thought FedEX shipping rates had increased. When I received the package it turns out they had put each cushion in its own box, one of those boxes was big enough for both cushions and could have been shipped in one box but instead they used two boxes then put those boxes in an even bigger box, resulting in a 5lb package that I had to pay over double the fees to ship. When I reached out to them, they told me that when they consolidate a package they normally just take the packages as they arrive to them and put them in one box. When I asked why they didn't do that the response was that if they think an item is fragile they will add additional packaging. I said but they were chair cushions you sit on, they were not fragile. I was then told that because they arrived at the warehouse at different times when the consolidation request came in, they did not remove any packaging that they had added to the first order themselves. They just added more packaging to the other order and put them in a big box.
I then said so if someone has 5 orders, you package each order in 5 different boxes then put all those boxes in a box? I did not request protective packaging and this has never been an issue before. I was told that Buyee offers a "Lite Package" option and Insaid but isn't that for if you receive items and those items come from the original seller in a lot of unnecessary packaging? That's when the buyer reaches out to you to ask you to remove packaging that came from the original seller or manufacturer? You mean to tell me I have to pay a fee for you not to add completely unnecessary additional packaging that will result non ballooned shipping fees.
Their response said that in the future if I have a question about shipping to reach out to them before I pay for shipping. My response to them was that I didn't realize Buyee would add pounds worth of extra unnecessary packaging thus forcing me to pay an additional service fee to avoid ballooned shipping rates that they themselves caused. Since announcing they are reducing certain user fees, it seems they are now adding massive amounts of packaging material that you will have to pay for in soaring shipping rates, that is unless you pay them not to. I highly recommend avoiding Buyee as a proxy service. Buyee was my first choice even over White Rabbit, ZenMarket, and Janbox but now that White Rabbit is Japan Rabbit and no longer accepts PayPal, and now that Buyee has proven themselves to be untrustworthy, I have switched over to Janbox and have been completely satisfied with them and the best part is they have 24 hour business service. In any case, whatever proxy service you end up using, don't use Buyee.
I’d you use Buyee and I highly suggest that you do not, absolutely do not use their package consolidation service because instead of consolidating your items into one box, they they will add an extreme amount of extra packaging that you will have to pay a fee for them to remove. That or pay the same fee to have them not add it.
Buyee is a Japanese Proxy service. You pay them to buy items for you that you are unable to purchase directly and have shipped to you from Japan. You first pay for the items and the fee that Buyee charges for them to purchase each item. They purchase the items for you using the funds you paid them and they receive the items in your behalf. Once they arrive they send you an email letting you know you can now choose your shipping option and pay to have them shipped. They offer different options such as paying to add protective packaging or paying to have items shipped on a pallet. Those are supposed to be extra optional fees but what they don’t tell you is that they will add them if they want to even if you don’t want them to and charge you in shipping fees.
My story is kinda long so I'll try to be as brief as possible. My misadventure started on AUGUST 2021 when I stumbled upon this pretty Ad on Youtube which convinced me that I would finally get some of my favorite Japanese games and consoles for a reasonable price using Buyee's Services. After reading lots of pages on their old-fashioned website (to understand how they worked) and then spending hours searching on Mercari for the best offers, I found what I was looking for and I bought them [image 1].
At first things were really smooth. The items I ordered arrived at their warehouse really fast and in less than a week I had consolidated my stuff in one box… But after this good start, all went downhill. Some days after they had sent me my first package I asked them for the invoice and upon receiving it I noticed it was really messy and my first thought was "With this invoice they will never pass our clearance". So I wrote them some mails explaining my concerns, but they basically said they could do nothing about it. All I could do was waiting. And so I waited and waited and waited, since the package was coming by surface. Three months later I got a message from my courier stating that my package was not able to pass our customs because, guess what, BUYEE had put some GENERIC DESCRIPTION on the invoice and so they couldn't identify the content inside the package or evaluate it [2]. Here in Brazil, due to our harsh regulations, you have no voice over this subject and once your package gets denied by our clearance they will send it back to the origin, destroy or auction it. In this case, they just sent it back to Japan. I knew it was Buyee's fault but for some stupid reason I decided to give them another chance…
Next day I contacted their support explaining what had happened and after some mail exchanges they promised me that upon receiving my package they would fix their mistake by describing the content of the shipment in detail (adding full description, the brand and the model of the items) with a value that reflected the real price of the operation like the model I had sent them (following my courier guidelines) [images 3 and 4]. I would have to pay for the new shipment though... I bitterly agreed to this and I waited…
If they had done it right the second time, this complaint would not exist.
EIGHT MONTHS passed between the first and the second shipment because I had lost my job due to the whole coronavirus situation and it took me a while to put together the money I needed to pay for this second try… but as soon as I got the money, I paid for it and they shipped it. This time though I contacted them BEFORE [5] and AFTER [6] the shipping to make sure they did the right thing… UNFORTUNATELY, the invoice they sent me after they had shipped the box didn't match the data I had added on Buyee's website or the information I provided them via mail… AND, OF COURSE, upon arrival the box was simply rejected and returned to Japan because there wasn't enough information AGAIN [7]. This was very, very disappointing because I was relying upon their word to get my items passed by my customs without any issues this time. I was even willing to pay any clearance taxes my customs would throw at me but Buyee didn't do their job correctly. They even tried to say that it was my fault, but I was 100% sure I had edited the invoice on their website and provided them with the correct information [8]…
Time passed and I had accepted the fact that I could not have my items BUUUUUT last week Buyee flooded my mailbox with repacking fees and they wanted me to pay for a THIRD SHIPPIMENT! I cried "H***, NO!" and then I logged into their website to remove my credit card info but I couldn't because they don't let you remove it if you still have packages in their storage! I then logged into my bank and l cancelled my credit card to avoid further losses. I then googled for Buyee reviews and I found out I wasn't the only one being misled… If I had done that before using their services, I could have avoided it but unfortunately I didn't. No one expect to have bad experiences like this one… I felt like a fool when I understood what was happening.
TL;DR: 459 days ago I happily bought some nostalgic items on Mercari using Buyee proxy services but sadly I haven't received any of them because Buyee simply cannot do their job right and thus I can't get my items passed by the Brazilian Customs since Buyee insists on using generic data on their invoices. They can't help you, even if you provide them with the right information! They just want your money! And they want it all! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
If you live in Brazil DO NOT USE buyee's services, there is no guarantee you will get your items.
Is Buyee Running sort of a shipping Scam?
I have written earlier also to buyee and i exchange at least 5 emails with customer service everyday but to no avail.
There could not be a worst experience dealing with an online platform and their customer service teams. They just dump pre-packed boxes into bigger boxes in the name of consolidation so that they can charge you hefty fee for a much larger dimension based shipment. The shipping costs are just added up from all the individual boxes shipping costs and more.
https://www.trustpilot.com/reviews/6350cd*******e522e3153e2e8
Why i call it somewhat a scam because - The meaning of SCAM is a fraudulent or deceptive act or operation.
And buyee shipping operations, policies and upfront communication is definitely deceptive to say the least.
They have even tried to manipulate the trust pilot reviews as discovered by the trustpilot team. The responses on trustpilot are templated and ask people to write to the very same customer service team that is responsible for most of the problems in the first place. I have pasted a few here for everyone's reference and to know whet they would be getting into should they chose to become a buyee customer.
Its all a joke and i wonder if there is any regulator where we can lodge a formal complaint against such unfair and seemingly dishonest business practices so they can be thoroughly investigated and fined.
I'll keep looking for where to complaint. This has gone too far.
Please, please stay away from Buyee and only use if you are in dire straits and have no choice at all.
bought Liquor (200+ bottles). Didn't know any better else would have stated away from them. Mistake of a lifetime.
Not a scam, but a bloody money sucker.
Buyee? Worst proxy ever. You will be charge more expensive for everything.
Let's me tell you why.
I pre-order 6 digimon dim cards (2 x 3 set of the same type. The items are non-unique) from the same seller, placing order at the same time, buyee told me each of the dim card come on different packaging and I had to pay 250yen for EACH unit for consolidation fees. So I had to pay 1500yen on top of the shipping fees + 300 (flat fee per order) + 500 (a very expensive insurance fees).
I could understand if the seller has placed quantity limits or shipped it separately. However, this is not the case. I can even order more than 10 units from the same seller.
Next, I pre-ordered 3x digimon vital bracelet from buyee. What happened? They told me they cannot shipped up because they contained lithium battery. Well could only ship out if I paid 5000+ of shipping fees.
I was very agitated and they gave me a second solution which was to ship to my friend's Japanese address. Sure I followed through.
What's next?
They charged me extra 500yen per item on top of my domestic shipping! WTH. Bloody money sucker and the customer service sucks. They can answer any questions regarding to cost and will suprise you with they expensive fees and charges.
WELL I SUGGEST YOU USE other proxy such as Neokyo, Whiterabbit, Zenmarket etc. So much better service and dont anyhow charge their users.
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM BUYEE AGAIN.

Buyee.jp is in my opinion just a very bad example of some people who clearly don´t have any clue about business itself, i bid on a few items on Yahoo Auctions Japan, won them, paid the bill... and since then it just went downhill so far, they send me a bunch of just annoying E-Mails with lousy excuses and said that a few items where send back to them, because they where labeled wrong, yeah right and who is responsible for that? Of course Buyee.jp is... but see for yourself ( attached Jpeg).
Another bad thing about this company are their shipping fees, first they say that you could select the shipping method and the carrier, but after you won the auction you will see whats really going on... the shipping carrier and method are pre-selected and there is no way to change them, i bought amongst other parts a smal Motorcycle frame from a Yamaha YSR 50 the weight is about 9,5 Kilo, so the cheapest method would be Sea Cargo for that i would pay about 12.000 Yen wihch is ok cause i don´t need those parts tomorrow you know...
So i could not even chose EMS for arround 22.000 Yen, no no... the pre-selected the most expensive method there is for about 44.00 Yen which is about 4 times as much as necessary, i have nothing against a win for the company, but this is just a RIPP-OFF, if i ad all those Buyee fee´s and the shipping method which of course where pre-selected by Buyee.jp... i would pay the amount of the equivalent of 1200,- Dollar for the shippment, for that amount i could get a Flight to Tokyo myself include a capsule Hotel for 2 Days!
That is just a scam to me nothing else, so please stay away from that company, i´ve got the whole E-Mail correspondence with their so called customer Service and screen shots from my Buyee.jp account to proof al my accusations without a doubt! If you like you can contact me over my Google Local Guide account; Matt Apple
First of all, I want to mention that I would not be surprised if some of their 5 star reviews on here were buyee employees. Seems like something they would pull. Now to my experience with them. From the moment shipping came into play, I knew I would never use them again. When it comes to shipping they have a user interface that basically gives you indication that you can consolidate packages until you've already paid for a few to be shipped separately. So, I spent a total of $80 to ship four small items, none probably weighing more than a single ounce, separately. When I did find out you could consolidate, 15 minutes after paying all that, I contacted them asking if it could be adjusted so that my items could shipped together, they basically replied 'no take backsies! We are already delivering them to the post office!' which I could understand, maybe, if the packages hadn't taken almost a month to be checked in with the Japanese post office after that. I had a little correspondence with them after that where I let them know that I wouldn't be working with them again, after that at which point they kept on sending me cs emails on how I could consolidate "the next time" I purchased from them, each time with me replying like 'hi did you not understand when I said the words "never again"?'. Then when tracking basically stopped dead for months after the items left Japan, I messaged them again. They basically replied 'well okay, we'll look into it, but its gonna take a few months okay!'. So yeah, crappy CS so far and too expensive, but nothing to write home about. My life is already stressful enough, so each time I just deleted the emails so they wouldn't be a stressful reminder of what I was going through with them. BUT BOY OH BOY. My first package arrived, and it hit it out of the park. The package was already ripped open when it arrived. The cat on the ring had its tail bent so much it pierced the tiny amount of bubble wrap and plastic bag they had put it in. And the front of the cat was rusted. AND I KEPT THEIR REPLY TO THIS MY GUY. I did share some personal information in my email to them, about how I was already having a hard time and they had been making my life more miserable on top of that, and 'please just don't make my life harder, just refund the item please, just treat me like a human please'. I mention this because they did speak about those issues near the end of the reply email, basically just 'that's a shame', but it's private info, so I cropped it out along with the full names of myself and the CS rep. I'm including a screenshot of the reply email, but if you don't want to read it, basically they said 'What damage I don't see any damage? AND even if there was damage, which there totally isn't any, we wouldn't owe you $#*! because you only got the standard plan and you can still technically put it on your finger so it functions as a ring!'. So yeah, last straw. The damage is really clear in the photos I sent them. I'm filing a PayPal claim. And if the other 3 items come damaged, I'm skipping their CS and going straight to PayPal.
I've purchased many times from Buyee in the past, but those were normally smaller purchases limited to about six or fewer items at a time. For those purposes I find Buyee to be fine.
This occasion I started making larger orders with shipments of 20 or more items and that's where I've started running into issues. Buyee's support staff is definitely polite, but they are absolutely useless if you have any issues whatsoever.
An Amazon Japan order with 12 items took them almost two weeks to just place the order! These were used out of print items and started going out of stock because they took so long to place the order. They would give me hollow apologies with no explanation, finally I got frustrated enough I started placing individual orders for the items and they would order those right away (within a couple hours)! But order them in one order and they let it sit. Probably has something to do with them making more money when you buy each item separately as they will charge you a $5 fee for each.
One item they cancelled because they said it was out of stock. This item was shipped directly by Amazon Japan and said 1 left. They kept arguing that it was actually out of stock... so I bought the item through Amazon Japan myself as it was eligible for shipping to the USA, not only did the order go through it was shipped the next day, so it wasn't Out of Stock. But Buyee wasn't going to admit they messed up, they just send you an annoyingly canned polite response.
Next when I requested consolidated packaging they package the items in a box that exceeded air and surface dimensions (they aren't supposed to do that based on their own terms, they are supposed to consolidate into multiple boxes) so now it can only be shipped DHL which cost $300 more than surface mail. I find that out after I pay for surface mail, which they give me the option for after they consolidate the package, and the package sits there for two days. Then I get an email saying they cancelled it. Will Buyee help you out and repackage it? NO! They just reply "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and kindly ask for your understanding." Well that makes me feel better about paying $300 more for shipping... because of your oversight.
So if you EVER have an issue don't expect Buyee to help, especially if it's due to their error. I question the usefulness of even paying for their insurance and if they'd even follow through on that if you had an issue. Buyee seems to be run by robots, people who can't think outside their script. This may work fine for small orders, but they will not help you with any major issues, and if they screw up then you just have to live with it. But hey, they are sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for understanding!
Warning: this post will be a very long one, as I will discuss the benefits Buyee brings to the table, the disappointments I had with my shopping experience with them, and possible other alternatives to try.
I came across Buyee when I wanted to buy some Pokemon cards from Mercari. Having done so in the past with another (awful) proxy called Hoyoyo, I thought that maybe sticking with a larger proxy would be beneficial, and here are my personal opinions about the proxy.
Let's start out with the fees:
1. Plan fees: 300yen per transaction for the lite plan (transactions under one seller count as one transaction. For example, buying 10 cards from different sellers in Surugaya costs you 300yen in total), 800 for the insured plan.
2. Additional Mercari transaction fees of 200yen per transaction (if you order several of the same item at once, it counts as one transaction
3. Shipping consolidation: 1,000yen per consolidated package (if they break it off into separate packages, they charge you an extra 1,000yen :)) ))
Let's continue with the benefits:
1. Small package shipping options. For someone buying cards it's probably best to ship through small package, so this is a plus. However, there are lots of other companies out there doing free consolidation AND have small package options (like FromJapan) sooo not really a plus
2. Coupons! I have to say, if there's one thing that MAY (highly unlikely but POTENTIALLY) make me want to buy from Buyee again, it's the coupons. I first got reeled into using this proxy because they did have a promotion with Mercari, and if you made a purchase within the time frame, you had a 1,000yen coupon off your second Mercari purchase + 4,000yen coupon for international shipping. I bought a few pieces of clothing to use those coupons (including shoes). Shipped using Surface mail (so we'll see how that goes as it has yet to arrive). Because Buyee is so big, they have coupons with Mercari and Rakuten very often, which is a benefit of this proxy... before all the fees
OKAY I'm done with the benefits. Let's talk about ALLL the things that Buyee rubbed me off the wrong way through my one, big transaction with them.
As previously mentioned, I wanted to buy Pokemon cards on Mercari (before discovering Surugaya), and was reeled in by Buyee's coupons. My first purchase wasn't bad, Buyee has a fee calculator that gives you an estimate of the total for your purchase, and all was going on pretty well. Until it didn't and all hell broke loose. First, an order I put took roughly 3 days for them to complete (on a site called Magic, a "flea market" for cards and figurines, as Buyee puts it - basically another Mercari but without the transaction fee). Of course, since it was a good deal, both cards I wanted to get were sold out by the time they FINALLY put in the order, and I was refunded by Buyee. Then, I had an order that they were completing, but was interrupted by the seller asking them if I wanted two of the same items. The convo went like this:
Me: *places order*
Three days later:
Buyee: "The seller says they have more than one set and wants to know if you want several."
Me: "If it costs me additional plan fees, then no thank you. If not, then please order two."
Buyee: "It will not cost you any more additional fees other than the cost of another set. We will proceed your order. Please note you cannot cancel from this point forward" (makes sense, right? But if the seller isn't responsive... shouldn't I be allowed to cancel than to have a "pending transaction" for god knows how long?)
*7 days later*
Me: "I understand your policy, but you haven't completed my order yet and my coupon is about to expire. Can you cancel it for me?"
Buyee: "The seller isn't responsive. We cannot cancel your order. It is our policy."
Me: *internally* DO I JUST HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PENDING TRANSACTION FOR LIKE A FEW MONTHS THEN WTF
*2 days later*
Buyee: "The seller has replied. 3300yen for two sets. Is that okay?"
Me: "YES that's fine please just make the order asap."
*1 day later*
Buyee: "Sorry, we cancelled your order as the item is out of stock"
Bro. BRO. I mean you could probably tell the seller was fishy (or Buyee... maybe the fishy one was you) from the second message onwards but you didn't let me cancel it. At this point I'm a bit irked by their service, but I didn't think much of it, until they messed up my Surugaya order. I made a large order from Surugaya across three sellers, all under one order. I get the notification that my order had arrived to the warehouse. I check the page and realize that I've been charged a 220yen shipping fee for no reason (as it was free shipping from the store). So I email their customer service. Have you ever been on a customer service phone call where they just pass you onto the next person, and because they came in the middle of the discussion they have no clue what's going on and what you need help with? Picture that, but with email, and with replies being 1 business day apart. I first emailed them regarding the fee, and was told by an agent that because they require tracking, I may be imposed with further fees even if the seller gives me free shipping (ironically enough this was the package that arrived a week later than all the other packages that I later on ordered from Surugaya so... what tracking are you using? NULL tracking?). I wanted to ask about which seller specifically required domestic shipping as I can see under the order that several items (under the same package ID) didn't have domestic shipping (as this was under Surugaya), so I emailed them under the same thread again. I was greeted by a different agent who asked for the ID's of the packages without domestic shipping (which is what I'm asking THEM for). I greeted the new agent and gave them the information that I can see on the page with domestic shipping of 0yen and was replied to by ANOTHER agent asking for the package number, or else they cannot help me. I gave them the package number (that I did have, but was not asked for in the previous reply), and was replied to by THE FOURTH AGENT (by far the worst), telling me "oh I see you bought a lot of cards! The others are coming soon, don't worry!" (at this point i didn't know that he was referring to arriving to the warehouse and that my order was actually incomplete) but at this point I realized that there's no point in communicating with them since it seems like they're as confused as I am, so I stopped.
Later on, I made two other orders and they all shipped by now (all for free domestic shipping, so what the hell happened to the first package, Buyee?). Anyway, I do what a normal person would do: consolidate it (as shipping in this case costed less if I were to consolidate, even with the 1000yen fee). JUST to find out later on that the first order (that "arrived to the warehouse") was incomplete. They separated my ONE order into THREE different orders. After a long email to Buyee, the other two orders *magically* appear the next day under my page, but I was told that if I wanted to consolidate these extra two packages, sure! PAY ANOTHER 1000YEN. Since these two packages each would have costed me 560yen to ship (totalling to 1120yen in total), and even if I consolidate, I'd have to pay 1000yen + >560yen for shipping, WHY WOULD I CONSOLIDATE? Firstly, that means that if I had never bought any of the other two orders and only this one order that they messed up, I would have went in under the impression that I wouldn't have to pay for consolidation, but now I'm forced to! Because they split it up into three different packages. But ignore that, because I'm willing to pay consolidation in the first place and wouldn't mind sneaking all three packages in my consolidated order. However, I couldn't now because THE TWO PACKAGES ARRIVED SO MUCH LATER AND I wasn't even aware that they weren't under the package that "arrived at the warehouse") (mind you, this was under the same order number and under the order number it said "arrived at the warehouse"). Also, HOW IS IT that this first order that I made, that got split up into three bloody packages, had two packages mysteriously "arrive late" but both arrive to the warehouse the DAY after I sent them an email? Unless it is such a coincidence (and if so, maybe I should buy the lottery), I call BS on Buyee. Pure BS.
As I mentioned before, A LOT of other proxies do this for free. Why do I have to pay 1,000yen to consolidate? If I were buying from one seller, maybe Buyee's small packet shipping option would entice me, but let's be honest, rarely does one sole seller carry all that you want.
For real numbers, let's say that I bought 5 cards from three separate sellers (not on Mercari, which charges you an additional 200yen PER TRANSACTION), for 200yen each (let's say they were recent promo cards). Then realistically, I could have done everything in FromJapan within 1900 yen, with 300 yen being the lite plan fee, fReE consolidation, and MAX 600 yen for shipping small packet, and 5*200 yen for the cards themselves (assuming free domestic shipping).
If I use Neokyo, it'd be 250 for the plan fee (with insurance bc Neokyo insures packages without the "insured plan" bs), 600 consolidation for items under 2kg, 600 yen for shipping small packet, and 5*200 yen for the cards themselves, totalling to 2550yen.
From Buyee (drumroll please): 300yen for the basic lite plan (if the cards get edge wear/bent, rip you!), 1000 yen for consolidation service, 600 yen for small packet (if they don't do anything wrong - read next point), and 5*200yen for the cards themselves. TOTALLING TO 2900 YEN. If I use Mercari, it'd be an additional 200yen per card, meaning it's 3900 yen.
The possible good thing is that when I bought from Surugaya, they counted the store as one seller (even though they had several sellers within the store). But boi, I would NEVER buy from them through Buyee again - Neokyo seems to offer the same benefits, but at a lower rate and more insurance.
TL; DR: these are the things that I'm absolutely FUMING about with my transaction with Buyee:
1. Horrible customer service
2. Horrible customer service
3. Domestic shipping taking forever, and magically they "arrive" at the same day (which is the day after you email them about it)
4. Horrible customer service
5. Did I mention -- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
6. Insane fees (coupons won't help) - mainly consolidation fee of 1,000yen
7. All in all, a money-grab.
These are possibly two other alternatives I'll be looking into:
1. FromJapan (I bought one item from them and the process was smooth and very quick - will update on how the package is... packaged later LOL)
2. Neokyo (looks very promising based on fees and policies - insurance is guaranteed! Only downside is that you need to pay an extra shipping/consolidation (not rlly consolidation since you'd need to pay it for only one item) fee of 600 yen)
