Ordered hand sanitizer that they claimed they had on hand, slightly longer shipping times.
Bulk Apothecary sold all their hand sanitizer to big retail companies by the barrel to make the big money on this pandemic while screwing the people that had already ordered smaller quantities. The BS on their sight about big retail coming in and scooping it all up to be sold at higher rates unapproved by Bulk Apothecary is just that, a 40' container full of barrel BS! Says my item shipped 2 days ago. Another lie from Bulk Apothecary. Label created and nothing more for 2 days.
This company is acting irresponsibly with my money ($78), endangering lives, and taking advantage of a pandemic to make big money by screwing the individuals. Shame on them for their practices and their lies.

Got in several gallons and it smells so bad you do not want to use it! When you call they say oh buy our aroma therapy for it, a NO how about making the product bearable to use instead of making it smell like a opened septic tank!

This is the shadiest company I've ever done business with (and I'm including my Chinese suppliers!). They purposely short the orders (sending. 5 oz bottles instead of 2 oz) or leaving items out entirely (esp on lg orders). The quality of their essential oils is dubious at best. They also never post any review that's under 4 stars so you can't trust the product reviews at all. It' a shame because I'd hoped I'd found a good US supplier for my fast growing company but I'd literally rather pay more than send these rip-off artists another penny of my money.

Hand Sanitizer

Ordered on 4/25 and was stated the items in stock.As soon as paid it shows a shipping delay. 8 days later a ship label is created but nothing happens and is not moving according to tracking no. 3 days later i cancel and am told item was already shipped out, still no movement. I continue to try to cancel for next week, same story. Finally on 4/13 tracking shows it was picked up. Received 2 days later even though company was blaming UPS for slow service. Item shows up damaged and leaking. Have spent the next week trying to get a response from their [heros] in customer service as they call them. Nothing! I wish i had seen reviews before ordering, this company is a complete rip off. Will dispute with card holder to try to hold these thieves accountable. I hope all who have been scammed by these people will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. It is very evident that they are using shipping labels to guarantee a sale and use as excuse for not being able to cancel.

I placed an order and was advised the item would ship within the week. When I had not received the item, I checked and found my status was "Awaiting Shipping." I emailed the company and was told they were experiencing trouble with transport companies and that orders were 10-15 days from time of order. I emailed back and told them it had already been 15 days. They answered with another apology and the same time frame. I waited another week, but my status remained "Awaiting shipping." I emailed three more times, but they stopped responding back. Finally, after more than a month, I put my purchase into dispute and my money was eventually returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their service is poor. They make no actual attempts to remedy your complaints or fix your problems. And, at length, they become unresponsive. Go Somewhere Else.

Stay away!

I ordered a product from this company expecting shipment in 24-28 hours according to the confirmation email I received. Long story short, I then was emailed many notices telling me it could be weeks before my product was even shipped. After canceling the order they went ahead the following day and shipped the item. I later discovered that in fact the items never shipped. Rather a UPS label was created while my order sat. I also received paragraph long emails from this company defending themselves for the order delays including one where they reprimanded consumers for their impatience. This was by far the worst customer service and fulfillment from an online business that I have dealt with. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies out there who provide exceptional customer service and who are prepared to provide products as promised on their websites.

We placed an order on 3/19 for a gallon of hand sanitizer for our clients and we still have no received the order or any response as to when we can expect to receive them. The customer service non-existent and they are not taking any calls and apparently emails either from customers. Their Facebook page is filled with comments with people in the same situation and there has been no response for them either. DO NOT ORDER from this company unless you want to give free money away. They should not be taking more orders yet are continuing to do so for their own personal profit. They also make FAKE shipping numbers. Shameful.

Ordered $600 worth of stuff. They missed one $15 item and they nearly make it impossible to get the item they forgot to ship in the first place. Will never order from them again. I could understand if I had said I didn't receive a box of palm oil or an expensive oil but a $15 item out of a $600 order. There are many other places I can get what I need.

Dont order from these people. Their idea of customer service: Explain why they let me order something they didnt have (lousy inventory system, as if that was my fault), then they charged me essentially the same shipping charges for the remaining two much smaller items on the order (without giving me the option of cancelling the order). They, including the CEO and Operations manager/owners who got my letter of complaint, apologized nicely but then refused to do anything about it. They had my money, thats all they cared about. There are lots of other places that will care about your business and do more than give lip service to customer service.

Ordered a gallon of sanitizer on March 20 because they said it was available and would arrive by March 28. No sanitizer arrived and upon checking on my order I noticed they added a banner to their site stating there is now a 2 week wait time. I ordered almost 5 weeks ago and my order still states AWAITING SHIPMENT. They do not answer their phone. Email ignored. 60.00 for nothing! Its only ethyl alcohol and aloe so 60.00 is outrageous a already but for nothing?! Close up or Refund

I have a small business and made some bulk orders with this company. They sent me a bulk order of hand sanitizer that was horrible. It STANK so bad it was unusable! I tried to call the company which refused refused to accept phone calls. I tried to give a bad review online and they blocked any negative reviews. Then, they continued charging my credit card and sending me product I didn't order. They refused a refund and tried to replace the product with something better. I will NEVER order from this company again!

Wow screw this company. I truly thought they were a brand who supported DIY small homegrown businesses, but their discounts and inexpensive items are false advertising (discount sold out products) I went to buy 100 dollars worth of soap supplies and when I went to check out my shipping was +30% of my final total... after tax and shipping I wAs about to pay 200 dollars for 100 dollars worth of items. I know shipping is expensive but if this is an American company shipping in America shouldn't cost more than 10 dollars. Check out other local businesses who sell the same items for a slightly higher price with free shipping. This company clearly just bought the website domain and drop ship, profiting off of the shipping and smaller quantities of bulk purchases. Save yourself from this nonsense and look else where

Critical product and I told them needed it fast. Paid for expedited shipping. The day it was supposed to get here, got an email it was on back order. The sales guy, Tony, was rude and arrogant. All they offered to do was refund (wow, what a favor). I had to find another supplier to overnight it to me for 4 times the cost of the product. They didn't even offer me a discount on another purchase.

The jars and lids ordered didn't fit properly. I ordered a 64 of bottle of caramel apple lotion and it was very watery with very little smell. The jars are very thin plastic and look and feel cheap. I will never order from this company again!

When I ordered hand sanitizer the deal was it would ship within 10 days. Over 2 weeks later, no shipment to me. Not even a tracking number awaiting shipment delivery to the shipping company. Called their customer service number, recording said send them an email. I sent the e-mail with no response from seller. Their are a lot of thieves now days. Are these folks thieves or just grossly incompetent?

Worst company ever

Product was defective. Emailed them several times to try and return for a refund. They never once responded and I never got a refund. They basically stole my money. Don't be fooled by the website. Horrible company.

I Am weary after having some bad experiences with a couple of companies here in Canada. Some of you may know them Saffire Blue, and Purple Citrus... horrible. I now read through company reviews before ordering. After reading through the reviews of Bulk Apothecary I was a little skeptical about ordering from them, but decided to give them a try. My order arrived 3 days after placing it. ( faster than the other three companies that I had ordered from the same day).
If you are ordering to Canada I would suggest shipping through USPS. It is a little more money at the time of order, but less in the end than if you ship with UPS or DHL. With those you will pay duties, taxes, and the brokerage fee which is really quite high.
I will definitely use this company regularly.

Finally did receive the product. Product arrived after about 25 days. Received Gel Type Hand Sanitizer, product quality as advertised, meets all expectations. Just wish the company would communicate with you when there are extended shipping delays, would be understandable given the situation across America these days.

They did not have an item in stock and sold me lesser qualities over priced. But the worst was to charge me as much as my order for shipping and then it took a week to get it instead of 2 days. I called them and they could have warned me. And then I waited 2 days to get a call from a supervisor which never happened. They suck, there is a black lady that gets bombarded with most of the calls it seems like and has no power to fix things. Never again, they suck Buy somewhere else.
