Yes, Their Customer Service people, and the Managers are rude to customers. I also experience severely delayed shipments.

They are constantly changing the shipping date for items allegedly in stock. Total bs that it takes 3 weeks to put items in a box and ship.

Yes! Bulk Apothecary is just a repackager. You can order directly from all of their suppliers

If you buy their oils from their supplier (New Directions Aromatics or Lebermuth) you'll get them cheaper and purer
