Yes, Their Customer Service people, and the Managers are rude to customers. I also experience severely delayed shipments.

Answer:

They are constantly changing the shipping date for items allegedly in stock. Total bs that it takes 3 weeks to put items in a box and ship. No delay in charging my credit card though Totaly misrepresented and possibly a fraud
