Worst customer service ever. No refund or return of purchase, took over 35 days for delivery. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. I understand we are in difficult times but for a company that prides itself on quick delivery, my order of hand sanitizer which was said to be in stock, took over 35 days to receive in addition to pay $17.00 for shipping. During this whole time, I was unable to call or e mail in an attempt cancel this order as customer service phone number was not taking calls and e mail address provided was not valid.

I've been ordering from Bulk Apothecary for years now and the customer service is always lacking. I recently placed an order on March 6,2020. No email was sent stating my order was delayed, emails got no response, and when I called and the representative seemed annoyed that I wanted to confirm where my order is at on March 27,2020. I just got an update today?!? My order won't arrive until April 16th... you have got to be kidding me. I will no longer be ordering from them and I would advise newcomers to stay away as well.

I placed and order over $250.00 they sent me the wrong item. Since Covid orders take 3 weeks to arrive. The website says 2-5 days, I had to call and find this out. Then I received the wrong item. I contacted them and was told that they could only send out correct item after they received wrong item. So my replacement would have taken and additional 4 to 5 weeks to receive after waiting the 3 weeks already. I placed an order with another company to receive it faster. I paid more but received in with in 6 days of ordering. I asked for an exchange or refund. They don't do exchanges... and my refund they can't refund sales tax! This practice is illegal. I would not purchase from this company. Horrible customer service and keeping of sales tax.

I have ordered from this company over the years, and never complained( although I felt they were always a little unfriendly on the phone) or returned any product! I received a product that was not sealed properly and the odor was not that of a pure Bulgarian lavender I immediately called them and explained and they said no problem just send it back for refund. So I did as they instructed, once they received it the whole story changed, they were rude, they lied and tried to make me feel like I was the bad guy! I was mortified by this! I caught them in so many lies they were even questioning their own selves! The point is not just the money, its the principle of them not doing what they promised and then making up lies about the rancid product I will never order from them again or give another referral! Shame on all of you, I hope it was worth losing a good customer over!

Shipping time took a few days shy of a month, but I completely understand due to the unprecedented times. However, the liquid hand santizer, "Germ Attack", is one of the worst odors I have ever smelled. It smells like tequila vomit with a hint of fermented vegetables & milk. I feel like I wasted $100.00, because it is not usable as is, and gives my family members and I a nauseating feeling with slight headache. I am disappointed with the product, but not Bulk Apothecary.

There is a lot of feedback on customer service which I will not comment on as they are overwhelmed with the orders from this pandemic. My review is specifically around the 1 gallon Hand Sanitizer gel. It appears due to running out of their normal alcohol, they have moved to a "plant based" alcohol at 70%. The product is not usable.The smell is just something like I have never experienced. They have tried to cover it with a lavender additive according to the bottle. But beware. I think they are better to return to their normal formula. BEWARE of the hand sanitizer!

I have ordered several times through Bulk Apothecary and am pleased to say I am very satisfied. Of course, they have been out of my items at various times but true to form, when it becomes available, I receive a prompt email. As far as sprayer and bottle sizes, You, the buyer must pay attention. Yes, I screwed up once. Read to the bottom of the bottle specs and you specifically get the sprayer/cap size You should order. Also, Yes, I ordered one base and was sent another. I went back on line and read the ingredients for both. The massage oil contains the exact same ingredients as the scrub bases. From day one my diffuser took hours before it began to work. I thought it may just have a slow start. I reached out to the email I had and after several emails in a 3 month timeframe along with several voicemails this company refused to credit or replace my product. Don't waste your time or money with this company. Product is not reliable. But my card did refund my card after I disputed the charge. So if your having a difficult time with them I suggest you do the same to get your money back. I will never use this place again.

I ordered some mercury glass vessels for candles.
They arrived crushed and broken. The guy from UPS told me: is it glass?
Yes. Sounds broken. Ok we opened the package and of course everything broken. The packaging was really poor. No wonder they broke.
Anyways I refused the package. When they received it back I got this email saying that it was a ups error and I had a choice of replacement, but I had to pay 15 $ shipment. Or refund or store credit. Who would do that to a customer? I asked for a refund,

I have ordered products from this company many times in the past and have been happy. Lately they have had the worse customer service and such, can't even call them anymore. I had a missing item that finally arrived after 6 weeks. They would not believe me because the item was lost in their system so I sent them proof of the order. Thank I finally get some of the sanitizer I ordered and it smelled horrible. They had a sticker on their that explained the bad oder. I got a new batch and it did not have that bad Oder plus no sticker. They lied and made up some story about the Oder. I have attached pictures. Not at all happy being lied too.
