I did my Homework about diamond. After learning everything about Diamond on Blue Neil, I finally decide the specific diamond I wanted. I shopped around for the cheapest price for that specific GIA certified Diamond. I found Brilliance, I compared Blue Neil to Brilliance (Blue Neil is 3-5 thousand more expensive compare to Brilliance). I even call Blue Neil to match up the price because I did not trust Brilliance. However, after talking and emailing back and forth with Brilliance and do more research/ratings about the store, I finally decided to buy it from them. I think that was the greatest decision I have made. When I receive the diamond, I went to the jeweler to get it check at to make sure the diamond is authentic and up to GIA qualification. My jeweler told me "it was a great buy, the diamond look beautiful, the price was a wholesale price" The only negative aspect is that: it took a little more than two weeks for me to receive the diamond and I have to contact them for process update occasionally. I was freaking out, but my representative, Anthony, really helped me. He was very patience with me and assures me about the process.
Otherwise I am very satisfy with my purchase. I told my coworkers, families and friends all about Brilliance. I will definitely do business with them again.
The only advice I would say is: make sure you do your homework, know what you want and ask questions if you are not sure about something. The representatives will guild you. Make Sure You buy GIA certification, it worth every penny.

After searching numerous local jewelers and getting totally frustrated, I decided to search the internet for a diamond ring since a few of my buddies said they have had a great experience with Brilliance. I did a google search and Brilliance.com was one of the first companies that came up in my search. After reviewing their website for awhile and their Education section (which is the best tool ever) I decided to get on the Live Chat and ask the reps a few questions. Not long after, I decided to give them a call and the Sales Department was more than glad to help me. I explained that I saw a few rings that I really liked locally and they requested that I send them a few pictures and let them know what I liked from each ring. Once I did that, they came back with a quote for my Custom made Ring. The price seemed like it was too good to be true so I read a bunch of reviews and decided to make my deposit to get started.
Everyone was so professional and was enthusiastic to help. I worked closely with one of the sales reps to make the exact changes I wanted to the ring and the 2nd draft of the ring was perfect. I then had to pick out a center stone. (I thought to myself, this is great) I am sitting at home designing my ring and don't have to be bothered by any pushy sales people. If I didn't want to speak with Brilliance, I didn't answer the phone or reply to emails. I was able to do it at my convenience, which I loved. I finally recieved the ring and it was everything I was expecting and more. We then returned to have our wedding bands made.
Now 2 years later, my wife wanted a new ring and the first thing I did was call Brilliance. We just finished designing her new ring and I can't wait to see it.
I usually don't leave reviews online (who actually takes the time to leave a good review) but I wanted to share my experience working with Brilliance.com When it came time to get engaged my fiancé wanted me to pick out my setting and diamond. Naturally I started my hunt looking through different styles online and in magazines. When I finally settled on a unique ring I took the design to a Local Jeweler (he made my brothers ring) to have made. My fiancé and I were able to look at center diamonds in the store and choose one we liked. At the time we believed we were getting a great price and gave our approval for the jeweler to get started. When I came back 6 weeks later (yes it actually took him that long) to pick up my ring the quality was poor, it looked nothing like the design I wanted and our engagement was ruined.
After spending the better part of 3 weeks getting the jeweler to return the ring and diamond we found Brilliance.com! The experience was completely different from the communication on the design to the value of the center diamond. They worked with us to understand what we wanted and took the time to make multiple revisions to the design until we were satisfied.
Beyond the design the center diamond was a much better value and actually came with a GIA report. Brilliance has earned our business and trust for life!

If you order an item from them you will receive a notification from them. But only one thing is there is bit delay in delivery.

I ordered five GIA diamonds and got them to set it in Platinum. It did take four weeks until I got it, however Jennifer assured me if something was wrong with it I could return it even if it's past their one month return policy. I ve been looking to buy a solitaire for a while and was in contact with Jennifer from Billiance.
As their prices are attractive I placed an order (>6k USD) on the 1st of July.
I sent my wire transfer (outside US) the 2nd of July.
It s only the 9th of july I had an heads up (after chasing everyday) to confirm that they received their payment.
7 days is quite long even for international transfer.
It gets worst:
During 9 days after payment confirmation I didn t receive any news about ny diamond, and apparently they were not able to locate it.
It s only on the 18th of July, Brilliance told me the diamond arrived to their company, but that my diamond was chipped.
They finally offer to change it against another diamond, that I refused and request for refund.
It s been more than 20 days that I am awaiting for my refund of 6,055 USD.
And I really think that Brilliance has been lacking of professionalism, either in term of operation & communication:
- very long time to aknowledge receipt of the funds
- once funds are received no news about the diamond for 9 days
- diamond chipped
- never reimbursed yet!
Please do not use them, and try to find a small jeweler which will be able to do same price as brilliance, but you ll be able to see the stone, and avoid all this trouble!
