However, an unexpected turn occurred when Ariel McMullen from briliance.com informed me that both my orders were being treated as final sales under a policy against 'comparison purchasing'. This policy was misapplied in my case, as my intention was to purchase two distinct items, not to compare them. Adding to my dismay was Ariel's approach. Without seeking to understand my intentions or clarify my needs, I was unceremoniously told that my second order was canceled and was prompted to return the first diamond, bearing the return shipping costs. This was all conveyed in a message ending with a smiley face, an element I found both inappropriate and somewhat mocking. This situation isn't about the financial burden of return shipping, but about the principle and apparent lack of customer insight. Consequently, I decided to return the item I initially intended to keep and to seek my future diamond purchases elsewhere, even at a higher cost. After packaging and sending back the diamond, I reached out to COO Jonathon Ohayon, hoping to highlight what might not be an isolated issue. The lack of response was disheartening. It seems that the loss of one customer might be insignificant to them, but I believe they should consider the broader implications of such service experiences. To those considering a purchase from briliance.com: buyer beware.

You can't beat these prices anywhere! I searched for months before we purchased my diamond from Brilliance. I wanted a bigger diamond and would never pay the ridiculous prices they charge for natural diamonds. I was able to get a 5 carat diamond for $3,000! The jewelers couldn't believe the price I paid for the awesome quality!
Exceptional service and product. When the ring arrived it exceeded my expectations! I felt like I got the best deal and even better than that, when I actually proposed a month or so later, she was even more impressed! Great warranty. They took care of resizing and cleaning with no problems. I worked with Johnathon and he got everything I needed with no question and they were expedient in getting everything back to me! The ring and diamond are absolutely beautiful and the cheapest place I found for a Lab Grown Diamond. It was a bit disappointing that my order came in 10 days after estimated delivery, but the owner texted me and informed me there was an issue getting the diamond delivered to them. Some people on here are complaining about refunds; I ordered a ring and changed my mind the next day. They had my money refunded within 3-4 days and were very understanding about it.

My husband and I bought a ring from brilliance a few years ago and had a great experience. I was looking for an antique yellow diamond and they were the only company I could find that carried any diamonds beyond M in color. Love my ring and had nothing but a great experience with them. Would highly recommend them! My ring is S-T in color.

It took a week longer to make my ring, but the wait was well worth it! The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations. Many of their pictures of the rings don't do their rings justice, the milgrain detail in my ring looks stunning in person. This ring is a size 5.5 with a 2.25ct, E color diamond, ideal cut and excellent polish and symmetry.

When calling Brilliance, I was a little scared because I wasn't sure if I could find specifically what I was looking for anywhere, but Jonathon honestly worked throughout the day with me to get an amazing gift at the end! Searched for years to find (upgrade) wife's original radiant cut diamond engagement ring, and finally found the perfect setting. Shipped her ring under their insured service and reset was beautiful. All went flawless, and was updated all through process, as to reset and delivery dates. Never received and answering machine or was put on hold as to questions. 0nly problem experienced was engraving wasn't accomplished, which I can have redone at another time. Great quality at very good prices. I will use them again!

They were quick to accept payment for a $15k ring but when I asked to return it for a refund they have been really slow in trying to process the refund. I waited the full 20 business days that they stated on their website it could take to process the refund and finally called them to see what was going on. The person seemed disinterested in my concerns and was dismissive of me. He quickly cut me off when I tried to ask questions. He made a poor excuse stating they don't have enough workers. But they were so quick to take my money at the beginning. They also take down negative reviews on their website because I posted a review last month about the buying experience and now when I go back to their site I do not see my review at all. Buyers beware.
I purchased a 2.24ct lab grown round Diamond on a 0.31ct baguette ring. It turned out beautifully however, communication after I ordered the ring was not great. When the ring arrived it was packaged beautifully with all the appropriate paperwork. Overall, I am very satisfied with my order.
We needed someone to build our custom ring design, and Brilliance did it perfectly. With some patience and hard work, we collaborated to create the most beautiful ring, and my fiancé couldn't be happier. Which is a good thing, because she might not always be happy with me, but when she looks at that ring, she'll always be happy with it. Haha. Ordered a ring in a size of 5.5 but received a ring at a 5.25. Had to pay $80 to buy insurance and ship back for resizing only to be told after it was fixed it was going to cost me another $80 to send it back unless i want to write a review for $50 off shipping cost. Costumer service was good and the people I spoke to was nice but don't like spending up to $2000 for a ring and told i get a free resizing for the first 90 days but cost my an additional $100 or more to get it correct.
Wonderful customer service and helped me design a beautiful ring just as I needed it. Being able to view my order status in its phases of design was a nice touch without the need to call. All my needs and expectations, including a Very fair price, were met and I'd absolutely consider a visit again in the future. Top notch job at Brilliance.

I was looking for a round diamond for a ring I was having made. I had a budget, but still wanted the stone to meet certain criteria as far as color, size, clarity and fluorescence. Well... I wanted to leave a positive review; I really did! However, it is just not possible. The company is slow to follow through and the owner, who seems to be very friendly, looking back, is just pacifying you when there is a problem. He is a really great sells person but does not like to give you your money back. I purchased a 10K item. I was charge immediately and that was fine. Took over two weeks to get the item. Ok, that was fine too. I returned the item the next day and they received the return. Now, over two weeks later and many, many promises, no refund. I am calling our bank to file a claim. Owner is quick to respond, but what he is telling me is simply not the truth and the fact that I do not have my refund, after a full two week since they received the item, is the proof. Be very, very careful before committing to a purchase. They are great when they are selling you something, but not eager to give you your money back when you decide to return it. And I paid over $200.00 to ship it back to them out of my own pocket. That was OK too but now I would like my 10K back...
