Customer Service: Erin was awesome and answered all my questions without hesitation. She sent me photos and videos of all the diamonds that I wanted to see. She also provided other diamond options within my budget that were better quality than the diamonds that I was viewing. I highly recommend her if you're going to purchase from Brilliance.

Price: Brillance had the best prices for loose diamonds that I could find. They beat out my local jewelers as well as online retailers.

Packaging: Brilliance lags in this department as they send your merchandise in a cardboard box with "Brilliance" written across. Of course, the ring is in its own box, but I would have liked a box for all of my documentation. The cloth provided is also very small and ineffective for cleaning.

Overall: Due to their pricing, customer service that I received and beautiful ring, I rated Brilliance a 4 out of 5. As I mentioned, their packaging needs improvement.

Anthony was attentive and prompt in responding to inquiries as we picked out a Emerald cut diamond and Platinum setting. They sent the GIA certificate via email so we could review it, along with photos and a video of the diamond we had selected. It was appraised locally for close to the amount of the appraisal included with the ring, which confirmed we got a GREAT deal from Brilliance.
Anthony also rushed processing so that it would arrive before we traveled out of town.
Most importantly we love the ring! Will definitely be looking at wedding bands, and other jewelry from Brilliance.

Being a Canadian customer I was very hesitant throughout the whole process. Jennifer had a lot of patience and answered all my questions. I ordered five GIA diamonds and got them to set it in Platinum. It did take four weeks until I got it, however Jennifer assured me if something was wrong with it I could return it even if it's past their one month return policy. I appraised the ring and it all checked out. I love Brilliance and will definitely order from them again.

Brilliance did an amazing job on my wedding rings and got them to us in time for the wedding. Even though both rings were heavily customized they rushed both rings to us and made our date!

Recently lost one of the screw backings to my stud earrings purchased from Brilliance back in 2015. I contacted Brilliance to take advantage of the lifetime warranty, and was immediately provided all the necessary documentation and steps for sending in my jewelry to have a new backing made/provided. Called in this week as it has been a few weeks without any update. Turns out I had an old phone number listed on my account and Brilliance had been reaching out to the old number for a weeks! Danielle was super friendly and helpful in updating my phone number, confirming my new address for returning my jewelry to me, and answering some other miscellaneous questions. It honestly felt like I was chatting with an old friend, Danielle was casual and genuine, while remaining completely professional. This has been such an easy process to get my earring backing replaced and I know my jewelry is in good hands with Brilliance!
