We wanted to upgrade the center stone on my wedding ring, so I searched online for a website and right away found Brilliance.com. I loved how you could filter out all the sizes and shapes to find just the right one. I also loved how you could see the actual diamond instead of just a picture of any old diamond. The diamond was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a diamond.

I got a loose stone and custom setting designed for my engagement ring with Brilliance. The service reps I worked with were very patient, responsive, and helped me through every step of the process. Our ring was a unique and custom setting, and Brilliance's drafting team sent us detailed drawings and 3D models to review and comment on during the molding process. The final product came out looking exactly like the 3D model.

The best part about the process was that when we got our ring appraised and insured, it was valued at significantly more than what we ended up originally paying. We got exactly what we wanted for a fantastic price.

Searched for years to find (upgrade) wife's original radiant cut diamond engagement ring, and finally found the perfect setting. Shipped her ring under their insured service and reset was beautiful. All went flawless, and was updated all through process, as to reset and delivery dates. Never received and answering machine or was put on hold as to questions. 0nly problem experienced was engraving wasn't accomplished, which I can have redone at another time. Great quality at very good prices. I will use them again!

My husband and I searched for many months for a good value on diamond stud earrings, which we also felt were high quality on the important diamond shopping factors like cut, clarity, color, etc. We quickly found Brilliance.com to offer a huge selection of diamonds that were exactly what we were looking for. I ordered an engagement ring from Brilliance, over eight thousand dollars. The ring was custom built, it came out perfect, better than expected and after having it appraised it's even better than the certificate states.
I am very happy and my fiance is ecstatic with the ring. Dealing with Anthony C(my Brilliance rep) was also a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional. I had several bad experiences with other companies and other rings before going with Brilliance, so I was prepared for and expected a bad experience. After initially talking with Anthony, on the strength of him alone I decided to give Brilliance a shot, I'm glad I did! During the process I cynically thought that it was almost too good to be true, then I received the ring, it was so beautiful and so perfect that I would now recommend Brilliance(and Anthony C) to anyone.

I had a great experience with the customer service team at Brilliance. I had ordered a loose diamond some time ago from a separate source and Brilliance had the setting I wanted. After some minor technical difficulties, Meagan really came through for me. Overall, experience couldn't have been better. I've had problems in other areas concerning online orders and I've never had the level of customer service that I received from Brilliance. If anyone is having any issues with this company, I'd suggest that you just give them a call with your order number or request and I'm 100% confident that they will set you straight in the most professional and polite way possible!

I had an extremely great experience with Brilliance! They got my order exactly how I wanted it. I also worked with one of their consultants and they we super helpful with some of the questions I had. I found them on pinterest so I was slightly hesitant to order my soon to be husbands wedding ring from them, however the ring is perfect! I love it even more than I did in the picture! The pictures you see really do give a good representation of the ring. I plan on using them again in the future!

After shopping for days in stores and hours and hours of research online we decided to go with Brilliance. We were on a deadline and after ordering a customized ring we received it earlier than expected AND it was gorgeous. We picked Out a certain diamond and our salesman recommended a different, better one that was even less expensive. During the entire process I had our salesmans direct phone number and was able to keep in constant communication with him w every concern or question that came up. I can't say nothing about this company and i recommend them to anyone.

First and foremost, I really loved the brilliance.com website. It had a vast selection of loose diamonds and the filtering system helped me find the perfect diamond for my fiancee. The prices were ridiculously competitive.

As I finalized the purchase, Anthony did everything in his powers to get my ring on time. Sure enough, the ring arrived on schedule. Thank you Brilliance for your unbelievable patience and professionalism when it came to creating and designing my dream ring.
