When I first began ring shopping, I went to many stores. What I wanted just was not there. A few stores had horrible service that they didn't want to take the time to help me with a custom ring, others were helpful but just too expensive. I found Brilliance and found what I wanted instantly. I worked with someone to help me pick the right diamond and make the setting perfect. They were very helpful in informing me more on diamond grades and what to look for. I paid about half the price as what I would have paid for a custom ring from another store. The only hiccup I had was delivery of the ring took a bit longer than I hoped, but everything turned out brilliant.

The only reason I'm giving this a 5 star is because I can't give it a 10 star!

I ordered from here and honestly it's the best choice I made I didn't propose yet I will be doing it on the 28th. Now I will tell you that it did take about a month to receive the ring due to fitting/sizing and polishing and all that good stuff, but you can't rush perfection so plan ahead. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first just cuz of the amazing pricing and there are some bad reviews about the customer service but honestly I have no complaints what so ever. They contacted me back if I called and they missed it. I liked that they would personally send me text updates. Shout out to the owner for creating such a great company that made me feel so relieved and pressure free and shout out to Shannon and Fellisse for keeping me updated on my order and telling me that I can count on them and that they got me and not to worry, they deserve a raise ;). Everything showed up on the day they said it would and got next day shipping after it was finished and couldn't be any happier with the result. I broke down when I saw it and I can't wait to share it with my future wife. I posted the message from Fellisse just to show you guys how she made me feel a lot better about it. Also the video doesn't do it as much Justice because it looks greater in person. Every place I saw a bad comment on this company I am going to try and post this on that page too. People need to know how great they did and are doing!

The diamonds were beautifully packed, each in a GIA Magnetic Presentation Case with a lighted box and ring holder to see what the diamonds look like in a ring and on one's hand. I bought each of my grandchildren a one carat cushion cut diamond. I am pleased with each and every one of the diamonds I purchased from Brilliance and appreciate the personal service and attention to detail I received.

I ordered a Damascus steel ring and it came out beautifully. The diamond sparkled and I've not seen a more unique steel. It was made with love, I can tell. The engraving was perfect, no issues whatsoever. It took a while to receive, but it was worth the wait!
