Our experience with Brilliance has been excellent! We purchased a customized Cinderella Ribbon engagement ring and matching wedding band and both were stunning and exactly as pictured. The diamond we choose was the exact one provided in the photos and even got a 360' video of the diamond before purchase. My fiancee has been wearing the engagement ring for over a year and there are no indications of wear. Can't wait for our wedding so she can show off the wedding band as well! Service was great, all our questions were answered quickly and the whole process was simple.

For me getting engaged was a snap My girlfriend knew the ring style she wanted and it was super easy to work with Brilliance and their experts. It took about 3 weeks to make as it was custom but I was completely blown away when I got it.The ring is so unique and is a conversation started everywhere I go. I was looking for a round diamond for a ring I was having made. I had a budget, but still wanted the stone to meet certain criteria as far as color, size, clarity and fluorescence. Representatives at Brilliance worked with me to get me good clear photos, and even 360 videos of some of the stones I was considering. I got a lovely diamond, and it was carefully shipped, and all paperwork included. I could not be happier and now have the ring that have wanted for so long!

I cannot be more pleased with the stone we bought off of brilliance.com! At first I was kind of leery about spending $5,000+ for a stone off of a website, but I was quickly reassured by my team, Meagan and Jonathan.
They talked me through the purchase, and continued to follow up with me, even providing their cell numbers. I was impressed with how professor they were, yet they took the time to make me feel special.
My stone took about 6 weeks to get to me, as it was overseas.

I was looking for an engagement ring setting with a celtic design. I only found a couple anywhere, and brilliance.com had the one I liked best. It also was available at a great price. But to top it off, the customer service was just great. I think Maegan was more helpful than just about anybody else I have ever worked with. They got me the setting just in time, and I was able to propose. Spoiler alert. She said yes, and she loves the ring. I will definitely be coming back to Brilliance.com when I next want to buy jewelry.

I worked with Anthony to pick out the perfect diamond that was within my budget. He didn't try to "up-sell", in fact, he even suggested certain diamonds that were less expensive (and higher quality) than the one I had originally picked out. He also was very attentive and responded promptly to my inquiries, which were many. I really appreciate all the work you put in, Anthony. As for the ring it self, my fiance loves it! She shows it off to her friends and I feel that it was the perfect design for her. I would highly recommend brilliance.com because they offer lower prices for the same diamonds that I would find at other "well known" jewelers. In fact, I found the exact same diamond for $800 less on brilliance.com.

We wanted to upgrade the center stone on my wedding ring, so I searched online for a website and right away found Brilliance.com. I loved how you could filter out all the sizes and shapes to find just the right one. I also loved how you could see the actual diamond instead of just a picture of any old diamond. The diamond was so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a diamond.
