We purchased 4 seats from Manila to caticlan for April 25 2017. There response was They are still processing the request and they will be intouch with us shortly. But its been 6 hours already and we never hear from them. I check with my bank but the oayment went thru already. Ibtried calling their numbers but we cant get hold on them. I already called Air Asia but they told us that no bookings for us. I dont know how to het intouch with them. I lost my 800 something dollars. Hard earned money. Is this a scam or what. In our case - Bravo fly did not consider particular circunstances that put obstacles to our flight such a overall strike in Argentina. We recomend other ways to guarantee your flight.

I purchased two tickets that I could not use (on an airline that does not allow unaccompanied minors to fly) because BRAVOFLY told me that the carrier DID allow unaccompanied minors to fly (they just wanted my money). Bravofly then canceled one ticket, but refuse to cancel the other one, even though my child is NOT ALLOWED to FLY on this ticket. The representatives I called, (5 different times), yelled at me or hung up on me. All emails received the same response - no refunds allowed on the ticket.
I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company and Bravofly is threatening to sue! (Bring it on baby, your business isn't going to be around much longer you lying thieves!)

I have booked a round-ticket to Vietnam on 14 April 2017 since last October 2016. I planned for vacation in advanced for spring break 2017 so I booked the ticket soon for a cheap one. Unfortunately, my plan changed inexpertly last month so I tried to contact Customer service at email address Customer Service
For a refund on March 11,2017; more than 1 month before departure day. Then I received an email told my flight is cancelled, and need my confirmation for refund or change alternative flight. I replied for monetary refund. Then I received an email said I have requested a cancellation quotation to my support team for the both ways flights. The quotation will be sent to you in next 72 Hours to 7 days maximum. The quotation will be in the form of cash and voucher options. I waited for 7 days without any information or quotation so I have to call the Customer Service, the answer for my case that if I want to refund, it would be charity refund/null refund. So I decided not to cancel my flight.
On March 15, I sent another email to request for paying more to hold my ticket because I couldnt know the exactly day for my flight yet. After that, I received an email said
If you would like to change your flight to a different date, we kindly as you to send us the following details about the request:
- flight that needs to be changed (outgoing/return).
- new date requested.
- names of the passengers affected by this change.
After contacting the airline, we will send you an email about the change possibilities and prices. If you accept the quoted price, we will contact you on the phone to complete the transaction.
I continuously waited for maximum 7 more days without any information or quotation; I asked for the right number/person to support/solve my problem and received a list of number. Then I have to contact the provided number about my case and they said they cant give me the answer for this case; they would contact and inform me about solution later.
In one month, they kept sending me tons of email inform about my flight cancellation and ask for confirmation of refund/alternative flights. Not any solution or real support. Until now, there is 10 more days of departure and I had request for nearly a month but there is no solution and I just receive the email say my flight is cancelled 2 days before.
I felt really frustrated about the mismatch in the way they support their client and unprofessional of their Customer Service, wasted clients time without any considerable solution. That poor service took from me nearly 700$ for the ticket, and now my flight is cancelled?! And now I dont know who and how to complain and get back my money.
I bought tictket from Bravofly. I changed plan and cancle ticket. They gave to me cancle e mail.
But they aren't refund. I contact airline company but bravofly is not buy ticket. They tricked me. They stolen my money.
I booked a round trip from Miami to Buenos Aires, got my travel confirmation. A few weeks later I got an email from bravofly a few weeks prior to my trip saying the airline had cancelled one of the legs of my return flight. I called the airline and this was not the case, turns out Bravofly did not book this. I have been going back and forth with bravofly to get an alternate return ( including different routes) and they continue to respond with the same generic email only giving me the option to return to Miami two days after my booked flight. There are plenty of other options they can provide me with but they aren't. If you need a reliable plan with a set return flight by a certain date, save yourself a headache and book with someone else.
The company left me without a refund after the airline cancelled the flight!

I have booked my flight+Hotel, after only one day I realised that obtaining visa for the host country is a problematic due to holiday season and take longer than I was expecting, so I request for cancelation and refund, but I've been told, only I will get very little, only less than a 1% of my payment. I am very much upset of losing so much hard earned cash, very disappointed that the company don't understand my problem and they don' t act sympathitically with their customers!
I just fill up the form that is provided after filling form i just put my card numbers after clicking pay now 404 error appeared and money was taken by bravofly as it shown in bank statement but they saying the money is not taken by their system nothing else. I lost my money. They steal it and nothing i can do because the bank says you just fill the form yourself so its your responsibility

We reserved a flight for a dance teacher coming over to Paris from Cyprus to teach a class. He turned up at the airport and there was no ticket for him or trace of him in the airline computer. Either he could pay a huge price for a same day ticket or cancel the class which he did causing huge problems for us. What's the point of using an online company if when you book a ticket there's no ticket. Why not just throw money into the trash? Or give it to a needy cause cos you won't get what you want with Bravofly.
The punishment fee of the Vueling airline is ridiculous when you want to change the date of your flight. I paid 400 euro for my first tickets and when I asked for the new price to change the date they asked for 800 euro more! There is no way a ticket cost that much, they are just there to trick you. I booked through Bravofly and they had written on their webpage that it only costs 50 euro to change the date. I also got a "cancelation insurance" through them that didn't do a thing. I will never book through this company again and I wouldn't´ recommend anyone els to do it either. It may sound cheep at first, but do not get fooled by it! Bye bye money!

I booked a Norwegian flight to London February 21 and a Ryan air flight back to Sweden. My payment was deducted immediately and I got a confirmation of flight 12 hours after that.
After that I never got an email to check in! On returning back to Sweden Ryan Aur charged us 185 pounds extra for the $#*! bravofly had done. They sent a wrong email address generated by themselves to Ryan air website and in turn the airline charged us 200 pounds extra for not checking in online. Stupid, idiot people who cheat and make use of you to earn their living. Stay away from these bastards or get ready to be robbed!
Booked a flight for the incorrect month. After calling every 2 days for a month and paying an extra £120 they finally changed it. Then when I arrived at the airport I was charged again by the airline because I didn't know bravofly's credit card details they had changed the booking with. This was the 24th October, after sending over 50 emails and calling every 3 days. It took them 3 attempts to send the refund, even after confirming in writing they had received the money back from the airline. Finally after 3 attempts and over 3 months I received a refund. Awful experience do not ever use this company.
We have lost an entire family holiday (7000+) because of their disorganisation and completely unprofessional way dealing with customers. Wish we have never trusted our flights to these people!
Do not purchase any tickets through them! Go direct to the airline, at least you know who you are dealing with. Customer service here is a complete mess!
Booked my airfare for my 40th birthday from Trinidad and Tobago to Cuba quite easily but then my boyfriend tried booking with his credit card and it failed several times. I got worried and looked at reviews... most of them terrible so I was went into panic mode. I went ahead and booked his ticket anyway. More panic after my bank called to find out if I did a valid transaction the following morning.
After receiving confirmation and booking coded, I went to the COPA airlines site to see if I indeed had reservations. I changed my seating and all was well. I even got a text message from Bravofly the day before travel.
I am not sure I would book with them again simply because of other reviews where people had problems contacting them and having to go through various parties. However, I am happy to say that my experience was a very good one.
We have booked our flights with this called Bravofly, what a joke of a company. Me, my wife and my kid of 3 years old booked a flight from Malta to Bali for 17th November 2016 it was going to be my daughter 4th birthday present. First they booked us a flight that it don't exist. On the 16th November I`m checking the flights and found out that the flight don't exist when I called Bravofly told me that you are booked for the 18th when I have screen shots of the tickets and there website stating that my tickets are for the 17th. Basically what they done is they have change our flights with out advising us, after a day calling bravofly I went to turkish airline and changed the ticket back to the 17th morning when we were suppose to leave in the evening this made our flight journey longer by 11hrs than originally booked Bravofly never came back to us about this issue.
Secondly they have booked my daughter on a flight with a passport that was not valid up to 6 months. To enter in to bali your passport has to be valid 6months prior entering the country, the airline didn't notice that with the consequence that we lost our holiday as we got stopped in Hong Kong and they have send us back to Malta. When I have tried to book with other online tour operatour that didn't let us book because of the passport. This greedy people they took our booking so they can take comistion from us.
Up till today they never came back to us why they have booed the flights that never existed.

I booked my ticket through Bravofly, from Copenhagen to Paris, and Paris to Copenhagen. I had no issues at all, I got my ticket to my email and booking number to print it out at the airport. For some reason I decided to only check reviews 10 hours before my flight and could mostly only find bad ones.
It got me a bit nervous and scared obviously but I got to the airport, got my ticket printed, checked in my bag, went on the plane and had lovely staff onboard. I had a good experience and no issues what so ever. Thank you Bravofly.
I booked a ticket today and the money has been debited from my account. The flight is tomorrow and I have received no tickets, or information about the flight. I have tried to call bravofly to get to th bottom if it all and end up with dead and ends - on hold for 50 minutes - ended up hanging up. Nightmare yet to know if I have been scammed or not.
Answer: No. Please do not. They are fake and you can be in real trouble. Just google Bravofly Scam and you will be surprised to read how they cheated many people.
Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
