We were told that our flight was canceled (we were sent one single email that I, by sheer luck, saw in time) and were forced to deal with hours of costumer service calls and emails.
Once we were settled on an alternative flight Bravofly sent us an email regarding the details of the flight and confirming that we indeed have a flight... Except the airline was never told about the change in our flight and we were never booked for the alternative flight that Bravofly had promised us.
After hours upon hours of sending emails and phone calls to both Bravofly and the airline (which can't change our ticket without Bravofly's interference sense we originally booked our flight through Bravofly) we still don't have a flight because the costumer service is sending us through loops and being utterly useless and unhelpful and essentially refusing to actually book our flight.
As of right now, just 30 hours before the flight we were promised, we still don't have a flight and are stressed out beyond belief. Horrible experience with Bravofly, will not use the services ever again
You are trying to lie and steal from your customers on purpose? I booked a flight to Venice and found out the same day I couldn't take the flight. I called the very same day of booking to cancel. I never got a customer representative received instead an email that said I would receive a voucher for my money back, which was never stated previously. 5 days later of inconstant contact and I've got nothing but delays back. I wanted to go to complain at the Headquarters but could not find a location. I decided to go travel through a different company only to find out that I had been charged double the original cost of the ticket! Now I have no money left to fly home! Absolutely furious! You are all no different than criminals in my book

Very disappointing company. Their slogan is totally false (cheapest fly browser). I paid a fly travel 70 EUR to the Netherlands, and just had to discover the same travel could be directly bought at Wizzair for 38EUR. + automatically charged me, without possibility of choice, some insurance travel, and some agency fee.
Never ever gonna use it again.

The worst booking site ever!
Booked a flight for July 6th, paid for it via PayPal, and got an email that trip is paid but still needs to be confirmed on their end. Found this strange straight away as you normally get an e-ticket within minutes. After nothing happened for an hour, I called their customer service. Managed to get in touch with a girl who convinced me that the booking will be confirmed by the end of the day.
I specifically asked if it WILL be confirmed or it COULD be confirmed. She was telling me that it WILL be confirmed and to give it a bit time. An hour after that I get a refund to my PayPal and my trip is cancelled. Never asked for cancellation/refund, no explanation as to why it happened, nothing...
While I was waiting for the confirmation, prices on all the other sites almost doubled so because of this useless company I ended up with more expensive trip than I initially anticipated.
Just don't bother with Bravofly, they won't bother with you either... Give your money to companies that actually know how to do business and avoid this one to save yourself time & sanity

However, in a limited number of cases, we have to wait for the emission of the tickets by the airline company and this can take up to 72 hours.
The reason why we were forced to cancel your reservation request was a high amount of fare increase, which can happen sometimes from one second to the next due to the extremely dynamic nature of ticket sales. Once again, I'm very sorry that you had this problem.
Whenever we cancel a reservation request before ticket emission, we release the total amount on the PayPal account used at the time of booking.

Here's a tip Bravofly. If you want repeat and word of mouth business then conduct it ethically. Do not just put cheap deals up to entice people to buy and then tell us that the flight price has increased and the booking cancelled after we've paid for it and even though it's come off the Credit Card. On top of this you still have the same fare available on the site when I search again. It's appalling. Travellers do not have time for this nonsense, we want reliability and and easy, smooth process. Yes, people would rather pay more with a reputable company than suffer the unnecessary headache and Credit Card issues Bravofly cause. Never again.
Beware of Bravofly. Bravofly puts a fake discount to be the cheapest in search engine. ID *******.

I, like many others, have experienced the same issues with Bravofly... everything points back to them earning money by creating chaos ("technical difficulties") in order to get you to call their customer service, which they either do not answer or do not fix what they say they fixed, and charge you for every minute they keep you on the line (even while you're waiting for them to answer the phone!)
I experienced:
Overcharging for luggage
Technical difficulties that saved incorrect passport information I could not change myself
Rude or no service
Ineffective help
No new links without mistakes to use
Had I fallen for the "we just need your passport information" and saved it, I would not have been able to get my boarding passes
No answer to my emails after I started realizing what the problem really was
My email on their website was blocked or marked as spam!
I had to contact the airline directly to confirm that all was well and that Bravofly seems to have sold me a product that was absolutely unnecessary
I requested a full refund for the services Bravofly did not provide because they did not fix the problem - no reply
I am angry, frustrated, and will never use Bravofly again.

Firstly it is not an Australian site and they are based out some where overseas. I dont have any problem where they are based out as long as they provide the service.
This is a fraudulent company with unethical practices and as a customer you will be left out in no mans land. I booked a ticket couple of months back and when I contacted them to reschedule the flight, this fraud company said they are unable to change the dates. I was asked to contact the airline who was not able to help me as I booked through Bravofly. I was caught between the Airlines and Bravofly on the verging of losing the complete money.
Bravofly bluntly replied that I need to sort it out through the airline directly and they have no role to play when I have booked through them. Even the initial booking itself was problematic where they charged me transaction fee for curreny conversion. Though they have an Australian website address but the transaction happens overseas and they charge currency conversion and dont bother to inform the customer.
So my sincere advice is to avoid this website and book through some reliable travel site or directly with the airline.

Booked 2 adults and 2 kids to Spain. They changed my flight schedule to a completely ridiculous one. I want a refund to my credit card which was the original method of payment. You try getting a refund from this company! They are doing everything possible not to refund the money eg issuing credit vouchers, only offering HALF the money I originally paid!

My 2nd attempt at booking with Bravofly, as they are listed on Kayak with lowest offers.
Same as before, I enter all details, my CC got charged and 10 minutes later I receive an email from Bravofly that
Here at Bravofly we take Cardholder Security very seriously. Unfortunately, on this occasion, our Security System was unable to securely verify all of your details and as a result, your booking request has been cancelled.
The trick is, due to conversion from EUR to local currency, their refunds are smaller than their charges. Is it their business model?
If their customers support is not reimbursing the difference, I'm writing Kayak with a link to this page to seriously consider taking their vapour-offers down.
I have mixed up my first name and last name on the ticket to Canada (taking ANA)which is scheduled on 12/6. Less than a week time, I am so worried that bravofly can't reply me promptly and help me to change the ticket name. (It should be Wing Yiu, Tam but I have typed Tam Wing Yiu) and I have emailed to them today. Does anyone have the same experience of mixing up the first name and last name on ticket? They are completely incompetent! DO NOT USE THEM! We booked & paid for our return flight from Greece through them and paid for our baggage at that time. When we arrived at the airport, the airlines showed no baggage paid so we had to pay again and seek a refund from Bravo Fly. Our flight was in early May & we're still getting nothing but one excuse after another from them even after them acknowledging they made a mistake. They want this receipt then a receipt that doesn't exist, then on and on. They SUCK! We travel frequently and will never use this company again. We will continue to complain and seek our refund. We will also inform ALL our friends, colleagues, family members and anyone we can about this scam company.

I paid extra for a cancellation insurance, but after 6 months I'm still struggling to get a refund. It seems they are doing everything in their power to avoid giving me a refund. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. I deeply feel I have been subjected to fraud by this company, but I will let a judge decide that.

Incredibly bad customer service. Booked no-problem check in to save me time however didn't receive my boarding passes at all. Managed to get them directly from wizzair few hours before the flight. Not a big deal however having paid £7 for 2 boarding passes which I have never received I asked for a refund. It's not a matter of money but only seems fair. Well, obviously not for bravo fly. They refused as apparently it was sent however never appeared in my inbox (yes, I checked junk mail too). Not gonna argue with them any longer, not worth my time but just wanted to warn other costumers. Avoid!
In short, I booked a flight for myself and my partner. The flight is Preveza-Athens-Belgrade and paid about 2300 SEK. After some time I have received an email informing me that the original flight from Athens to Belgrade was not available anymore and the agency offered me an alternative. However, even after I accepted the alternative, the agency informed me that the NEW flight was not available. After some discussions, I have accepted to have my reservation refunded. I had two booking IDs (******* and *******) and out of of about 2300 SEK I got back only 963 SEK for the booking ID *******.
I am a regular traveler (both for pleasure and business) and have never experienced anything like this with any agency. Not to mention all the time I spent on the phone with their so-called customer support.
To conclude, please avoid this agency and spare both your money and time. For me, this agency is totally blacklisted! It is a complete scam!
Btw, after all, I've booked the flights that the agency offered me as an alternative, one through the airlines directly and another through an agency (not Bravofly!). They were both available.
I had a misspell when ordering the tickets. Noticed that 2 weeks before the flight. Was calling them daily to check for my name change request and they tell me it's on process. After a week and a half of no answers I had to cancel the flight. Also they stop answering my phone calls at some point (Maybe I bothered them with my request or something.). Had to call them using my friend's phone.
Challenge the charge through your credit company if they try to charge you for anything you didn't get.
And do yourself a favor. Don't order tickets through 3rd party agencies. Especially not Bravofly.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
