First of all, thank you for your comment here and I'm sorry we have been unable to confirm your booking so far.
The reason there may still be a transaction pending on your card is due to the temporary credit limit system used to take payment. The amount has been released by us but the time taken may vary depending on your bank or card provider. I have asked our Customer Care Team to send you a proof of transaction document that you can pass on to your bank and may help speed up the process somewhat.

Booked tickets early yesterday morning, made payment and the money went off my account.
I got an email to say they are processing the request and will be in contact with confirmation. It is now more than 24hrs later and Ive had no other response. There is also no way to contact them via email. Its absurd that they can take money off my account without having confirmation of the tickets they offered. Then they shouldn't advertise tickets they dont have.

Just for your information, our customers can find all our contact details, including our contact e-mail, under their personal area on our website just selecting the "Need help?" button.

Being an online travel agency, we act as an intermediary between the clients and the airlines.
In most cases, the confirmation of a booking request is immediate by the supplier and we are able to provide our customers with valid tickets straight after the payment authorization on our website.
However, in a limited number of cases, we have to wait for the emission of the tickets by the airline company and this can take up to 72 hours.

We would like to point out that customers are informed throughout the process and updated about the status of their booking on time.

As far as I can see in the system, your reservation has got cancelled because the original fare was sold out in the short period of time between the reservation and the booking confirmation.

This practice is currently holding the balance as unavailable until either the merchant clears the transaction, also called settlement, or the hold "falls off".
As previously informed you via e-mail, we have cleared the transaction and depending on the issuing bank, and the type of card used to complete the transaction (whether debit or credit card), the balance will be rendered available again.

I have liaised with a Customer Care agent to send you a proof of transaction document. We kindly invite you to forward the document to your bank as that would speed up the release process.

AVOID!

Sold us tickets which were sopposed to include lugage we paid for seperately. At the airport it turned out the lugagge was not included - agency's mistake (maybe intentional). Cost us additional 120 EUR. 2 months later, no refund, no one to talk to. And this was not even their first mistake on our case. Terrible service and illegal conduct.

Whether baggage is included in a flight ticket fare or not depends exclusively on the fare basis rules of the flight carrier and we inform the customer about the same when a specific flight is selected at the time of booking, and also in the email confirmation of the reservation.

Baggage can be pre-booked when you complete your reservation on our website for an additional charge or by contacting our Service helpline after the reservation confirmation and at least 24 hours prior to your journey. Any other charges need to be paid directly to the airline upon check-in at the airport.

Avoid them

This must be the worst company to buy tickets from. So you buy a ticket, and they take the money off of your card, and only then will they look for availability of that price. Then after a few hours they cancel your booking and state that the transaction will be cancelled and so will receive my money back. I have spoken to my bank. And they have told me that the transaction has not been cancelled.

We do our best to confirm every booking request straight after the payment step, however, our confirmation is subject to the airline's seat and fare availability on that particular flight. When we are unable to confirm a reservation, we proceed with the release of the total amount but the time taken may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

There could be a wide number of reasons why the reservation request's got cancelled and we would prefer not to speculate until we have analysed your reservation. How is this company allowed to function? I booked tickets last night (following the Monarch collapse) and they took £68 MORE than the price advertised, from my bank card. A few hours later they emailed me to say that there were no tickets, and that my money was frozen, but would be refunded to my credit card at some point. When I checked my credit card today, they have actually taken the money twice! More than £1000 in total gone from my account, for non existent tickets! I wish I had read the reviews first. If my money isn't refunded in the next couple of days I will take action, and I will certainly advise anyone to always avoid this site.

Monarch Airlines Limited ceased trading on the 2nd of October 2017, and they entered administration. Accordingly, all future flights have been canceled with immediate effect.
It is strange to hear that you have managed to select a Monarch flight on our website because we stopped selling these flights after the above announcement.

We would prefer to check your reservation request first and provide you with a more specific answer after our investigations.

Never use bravofly

Never book tickets from bravofly. You don't get your money back! I booked tickets to New York and I was waiting for my tickets on my mail, they never came. Also my order is cancelled and I don't get my money back. I am going to contact media :) Can't wait to destroy them! Hehe

Very bad experience

I am currently having a very bad experience with a booking I made through Bravofly. I received an email from the airline to check-in for my flight in two weeks time. When I tried to check-in, I found that my return flight has been canceled. Bravofly did not inform me of this cancellation.

I called the Bravofly office to see if I could get a refund or re-booked on another return flight. In my first call, Bravofly was not even aware that the flight was canceled. They said that they would check if it was canceled, and send me an email. I never received an email.

I called Bravofly again to ask about the same problem. This time they said that they would send me an email with options to re-book another flight or receive a refund. I waited for this email and did not receive it, so I called a third time.

This time Bravofly told me that they are still checking whether my flight has actually been canceled or not. Once they have verified whether it is canceled, they will let me know whether I am entitled to a refund or alternative booking. I am still waiting to receive this information. In the meantime, I don't want to buy a new flight, as I'm not sure if I will be eligible for a refund on the Bravofly booking. However, I am worried that the longer I wait, the more difficult it will be to book a new flight if I do need one.

This has been a very frustrating experience. I'm afraid booking with Bravofly is not worth the trouble.

Do not use them!

Flight was canceled and they refused to help rebook and refund. Asked me to call the airline myself.
They are part of Lastminute so stay away from them as well.

Never book tickets

It is the worst experience I've ever had. I made the booking and haven't got the confirmation e-mail yet. I called the customer service center and told me that the confirmation email will be sent in 2-3 hours. Unacceptable service. I told them that I'm dissapointed from their services and would like to canel my booking but they said that I will not any refund back for booking that hasn't been confirmed yet. How irrational does it sound? I definitely don't recommend this website.

Is it Bravofly a Scam?

I face a problems with this company yesterday. I booking the ticket through "Bravofly".
They never confirm my booking and I check my account, the amount had been deducted. Soon, I receive an email from Bravofly, they stated that my booking request was cancelled due to some technical problems and the payable is temporarily "frozen". I try to call customer service of Bravofly, but no one pick up the phone. I was scared then I call customer service of the bank, the customer service told me they really "freeze" the amounts and the returnable is depend on Bravofly.
Then I search this "Bravofly" company through internet, I saw lots of people cannot get back their amounts.
Now I very wonder the amount they "freeze" will be return or not. If not return, I will post and share all the case make by this "Bravofly" company through social media like facebook and twitter not only my case as well as other victims.
I would like to report to Switzerland government regarding what "Bravofly" done to their customer as well.

If a booking request cannot be confirmed, neither the airline nor us will receive any credit. However, one feature of payments made with credit cards is that they may include, in accordance with the specific rules of each issuing Institute, a temporary block, which may last up to several days, of the sum which would have been paid by you if the purchase had been concluded.

The time period for previously blocked sums to become available once again varies from one Issuer to another (usually between 3 and 20 days).

As there could be a number of reasons why you are unable to find our refund on your account, we would prefer to check your reservation request first and provide you with a more specific answer after our investigations.

I have just sent you a private message and I would be very grateful if you could get back to me as soon as possible with your booking id and any further information.

EUROPE ASSISTANCE TOGETHER WITH BRAVOFLY CHEATS THEIR CUSTOMERS! NEVER TRAVEL WITH BRAVOFLY! NOT EVEN WITH INSURANCE DUE TO THEIR POLICY;
YOU, AS A PASSENGER ARE SURELY INSURED TO BE CHEATED BY THEM.
BECAUSE YOU NEVER EVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK EITHER OF ILLNESS OR ANY OTHER REASON.
THE TRICK BEING USED BY THEM IS THE NEXT:
Bravofly as a cheap flying company never pays your money back, it´s obvious.
However if their passenger wants to be sure, so Bravofly refers to their insurance company. EUROPE ASSISTANCE BIZTOSÍTÁS LEMONDÁS
To make a contract. Let´s say you do this. The price of insurance is: 17 euro/ person, price of fly ticket is: 140 euro/person.
In case of the travelling still fizzles out, you turn to the insurance company exclusively! In English! - Asking what to do in order to get your money back.
They tell you about the repayment which is exclusively in case of illness. Nothing else is needed but the fly tickets number and the medical certificate.
If you believe in this you follow the instructions properly. WELL, ALREADY HERE on that point YOU ARE CHEATED! They do not inform you properly,
Namely they do not tell you that first, - in good advance - you have to council your travelling at Bravofly. With Bravofly´s cancellation you have you turn to the insurance company. You missed to do this, so just on this reason they refuse the reimbursement. If you dare to complain about missing proper information so BEING CHEATED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY, THEY REFER IMMEDIATELY to one of the 300 paragraphs somewhere on the net, saying one sentence of 300 pages you missed to read.
Sorry, it´s your bad luck.

Thanks for your message.

Further to your request, I would like to confirm a couple of things concerning your reservation.
First of all, you bought 2 decoupled flight with 2 low cost airlines: FlyBe and Ryanair - usually if a passenger does not used a ticket for any reason, Flybe will turn back only taxes, Ryanair nothing as it sells only NON REFUNDABLE tickets.
As you decided to add also a travel insurance, this allows you to ask them a refund for your trip independently from the fare rule applied on to your ticket.
Of course, if you want to get your refund, you have to apply on Europ Assistance website www.roleurop.com/bravoflygroup with your policy reference, which is BRTOP912140815.
This is something that the traveller him self has to do, in order to get the reimbursement. However, just to reassure, every step is clearly explained on the communication we sent the very same day of your purchase, which was on the 15.01.2017: " Bravofly - Lemondási biztosítás, szerzodészám: BRTOP912140815".
If you find any difficulties in doing this, just let us know contacting our dedicated Customer Care, to which it seems you never attempt to reach so far. As a matter of facts, we were not able to assist you as we were not informed from your back.

Rip Off - Don't Use

Bravofly lures you with apparently cheaper fares available than from the airline itself only to find out that you have opted for FULL FLEX FARE (which you haven't but they enroll you and make you pay for) in addition to paying high undisclosed commission fees. Flight Kiev Zhulani to Katowice on Wizz Air 1278 (one way) costs about 86 euro (with one checked bag) on the Wizz Air site but cost 134 euro through Bravofly. Bravofly does not disclose that the fare it displays is not the full charge that will appear on your credit card. It keeps exorbitant agency fees hidden from the customer until your money is already paid out to them and gone. In addition, you get FULL FLEX whether you want it or not inflating costs so you pay an exorbitant sum for a ticket through the deceptive business practices of this reprehensible company.

Cancel a booking

Very difficult to get a hold of the customer service department. I booked a flight from the 22nd of August to 27 of August and I receive an email confirmation for the 22nd of August to the 27th of September!

Very disappointed that this mistake has been made especially that I am traveling in 3 days! At least answer your phone! I have sent 2 emails already and no acknowledgment.

Come on people! This is not good customer service -_-

Please advise asap.

I honestly was nervous because I decided to check reviews as I was waiting for my confirmation email. But I got my email within 20 minutes of paying for my tickets to Barcelona. Everything went well. I had a good experience with Bravofly! Just don't like the wait for my confirmation email.

My booking no. Is *******413- ticket was cancelled by Bravofly after payment was taken from my account. Pse refund the money ASAP as this is not my fault and I can't rebook because I don't have enuf funds.My bank was an auth number to reverse.

Horrific

We booked a flight through bravofly but needed to change the date of the flight. We have contacted the company 5 times in the last 2 months to make this change and have seen no result, although we have provided 3 months of complete flexibility of dates and times. Meanwhile we can see on the airlines website there are flights available but due to bravoflys incompetence we are watching these flights book out or significantly increase in price and there is little we can do as bravofly have advised we cannot go direct through the airline as we booked through the agency. Since initial contact regarding this issue, we have received contradictory information between bravofly customer service reps and email correspondence, as well as complete inaction and a general lack of customer service. We would recommend for anyone to avoid this company.

I paid for my booking, then I was told no confirmation yet. My flight is for the next morning. Its midnight been on the 24hr customer service hotline for 2hrs ON HOLD. You take the money yet you dont have confirmation of the flights your advertising? Refund my money & cancel my booking! Now I'm going to have to book through the airline which will cost me more money, until you incompetent fools can refund or release my money. Never again! & I will be posting bad reviews about Bravofly everywhere..

Booked and paid for 2 flights auckland to bangkok, paid for by credit card, found out the flights were cancelled after being told they were confirmed - had absolutely no communication and found out by accident only, have been calling and emailing Bravofly for weeks trying to find out what has happened and get our money back - only get a generated email response from "Sonia", no information, now nothing! Worst experience ever and will never use them again and tell everyone I know about their scam..

This company is a scam, the customer service gives you the run around and tries to divert accountability. At a certain point, they just stopped answering my inquiries.
I contacted them about adding luggage to one of my bookings, and the representative assured me that the two pieces of carry on luggage from the outbound flight carried over to my return. He then double checked with the airline and confirmed the two pieces of luggage. It was a different story when I got to the gate, and got slammed with $107 luggage fee. Then came the $20 charge on my phone bill from the customer service call I made. Bravofly denied that the rep. Confirmed the luggage in the very same email chain. They're now giving me radio silence. I am NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER and I would never recommend this business to anyone.
