Bravofly is a pure scam. They have appropriated my money in an impudent way. After the flight cancellation, they are refusing to payout my money back. I strongly recommend keeping away from this company. Check other forums and it will be clear that this is an unreliable company. Unfortunately, I have known it too late.
I had an emergency, a had to delay the flight. They do not want to refund the cost of the tickets or replace it at all,wich is desgusting, They want to keep my money, and sell the tickets again.
Now I am trying to find the agency who is supervising them to report.
I already asked their attorney team to answer.
Someone gave him permission to exist, and work so if many of us report them, that might change their ways...
I asked for cancellation and refund within hours. I was told it would be "a few days". Now they are *******@AirCanada for the delay as we get into weeks timeframe rather than days! I don't trust the company and I'm a bit *******@google as they sowed up there too. I'll be writing a few companies about it. I documented them blaming Air Canada and will show them that. I recommend you stay away. Can't believe I didn't read about them first.
I cancelled my booking due to Covid -19
They refunded a voucher to me, but i can't use it and i sent email to them and reply me the voucher is expired. It is ridiculous. And they block my email after i chase it.
I booked flights, mistakenly, through this Lastminute.com subsidary. I went through the whole process, jumping through the "Do you want to add this" hoops that every airline does nowadays. Then at the last second, as I clicked pay now, the price jumped €400. Not ideal, but there was no going back.
So, I called them, immediately and they informed me it was an insurance charge, but cannot be refunded until the tickets have been issued. I was too irate to deal with it then as I had to fly the next morning.
I called upon landing in my next destination and this time was told that again, I can't cancel the flights until the ticket has been issued, only then it's dependent on what the airline give them. I went through the whole story again, even more irate, stating it was shady business practices and I refuse to deal with them, they said I can cancel immediately but I will lose the insurance fee, you know, THAT FEE THAT THEY SURREPTITIOUSLY ADDED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
Finally, I got someone that said the only way to do it was to cancel the insurance, then the tickets, once they've been issued, and then you'll ONLY get back what the airline decides to refund. So far, it's been a month, and all I have is an email congratulating me on a successful refund of 90% of the original cost...
TLDR - Paid €170 to learn NEVER to use this company or Lastminute.com
We booked ticket for our parents and unfortunately they got stuck and we had to cancel tickets. Its 5 months now and we havent recieved back our money whereas airlines have confirmed refunding to bravofly. Its a big fraud company. Highly recommend not to book tickets from this site.
Made a date error in my booking and contacted immediately. They promised to fix it and 4 days later came a charge almost the same as the ticket. If they had informed me that you could just cancel and re-book, it wouldn't have cost anything. I will only book directly with the airlines in the future.
While reading the reviews it got a bit scary. However understanding the time difference n that local contacts are not here, we checked the emails n it all went very well without a single glitch. I gave it a four star rating because I feel the customer service needs to be improved as people would love a person to talk to. Another area would be to ease out on the rescheduling of dates if needed. Feel free to use their services. No scammers, we too need to understand how the online global agencies work.
I do not recommend. I have never received my refund for a trip. Lots of back and forth emails in vain. Very bad experience. Bad business.

They changed my flight to 6 hours later on their own and there was no change in the airline schedule which they falsely claimed. Then we would not give refund. They wanted me to travel on whatever they gave me and I had no say. Ended up wasting that ticket and buying new one from a reputable travel co. For change they sent this mail of response in 7 days for flight the day after. Pic attached

This company is absolutely terrible. Well for starters I tried to change my date of flight which note this was not bravo fault. My frustration is I noticed I had the wrong days within 10 minutes of booking the flight. After that I called bravo to make the changes and they had me go threw this process online which I did. Well once I did I get an email back saying that they were unable to get ahold of me which was untrue. Next I approved the cost and now the price changes. Despite following there polices this company simply lies to the people and this process is nothing but a headache. I do not recommend using them your better of going with another company. There ratings speak for themselves
- Paid for the additional service called "NoProblem Check in" which is for them to check in for me the moment the airlines enables check in to be made, as well as to send me the boarding passes. They checked in for me, but only sent me the boarding pass for ONE of my flights, not ALL.
When I contacted their customer service (via chat because their phone line service is just a ROBOT), not only were their customer service team not helpful, they insisted that they sent me ALL the boarding passes, and they didn't want to give me a refund for that additional service.
- I've tried to reach out via chat and email over 10 times already to explain patiently the situation, but they just keep giving me "standard template replies" and not want to help me with the refund. So, I basically paid extra for nothing.
NOTE: DON'T pay extra for the "NoProblem Check in" service because it is FULL of problems.
- Best of all? When the customer service can't or doesn't feel like helping you anymore, they'll just END the chat as and when they like. Fantastic service isn't it?
I feel sick just thinking about this experience with Bravofly. Please, treat your customers with more respect and care. No customers means no money means no business.
I just the hundreds, possibly thousands, who have been ripped off by Bravofly. Cancelled flight, with the airline and Bravofly, within 24 hours of purchase. Offered a refund 1/10th of original amount and told to take it up with the airline, which I was doing, as it was the airline's fault to begin with. Will start legal proceedings.

Booked a flight with two checked luggages. The following day they refund me the amount for the two luggages without stating anything. I contacted them through chat and they told me they could not do anything about it or add the luggages due to their $#*!ty system
Literally robbed me 25 bucks because i checked a luggage. If i book my ticket on the official website I would be able to spend less. Scam website.

Answer: I am not sure how soon you will get your Refund. But Inscribe this in your presonal diary "DO NOT USE BRAVOFLY", they have a horrible service and are not very Transparent, I have paid for 56 Euros as their service fees for Tickets worth 76 Euros. They are not willing to answer or refund. I am still waiting. Hope this helps.
