If you have sensitive skin, these masks are horrible. Customer service is not easy to deal with and they will not give you money back even within the 30 day return policy. I regret that I gave money to this company. Use extreme caution
I placed a simple order on 1/10/22 and have yet to hear from Brave New Look about the delivery of this order, one pair of leggings. No phone number that I can find, only one reply to my six emails to "support" and I feel like they took my money for nothing. If I treated my clients this way, I'd be broke and out of business. The worst!

Ordered a month ago with a "Guaranteed Delivery By or Before 12/22/21". Here it is Christmas morning & nothing!
They are thieves who steal peoples money! They should not be allowed to do business!
This is my 1st time buying from them but I will definitely be returning again! Not only are their tripp pants cheaper then the actual website but my shipping got here much faster! I also found a lot of other cute things to get my friends and they carry brands like killstar that I already shop out. Now I can do a one shop order to make it easier! Very pleased I found them so far.

Emailed customer service, got immediate response, and continued followup. Sending out replacement items today.
Would recommend their customer service, and will review later when product is received, but if there is a problem with your order people - reach out to them, they are responsive!
I've received three shipments of Brave New Look KN95 Adult masks. The first two shipments contained masks that were exactly identical to the web site photo, black with black ear loops, and were professionally packaged. I received my third batch this week. The masks, gray with white ear loops and were stuffed in plastic bags instead of in individually package in sanitary envelopes like previous shipments.
Brave New Look Support claims that their suppliers provide inconsistent products and did not offer to refund my purchase.
Despite boasting a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, Brave New Look fails to deliver... literally! I purchased my masks on 1/10/22 and as of today 1/27/22, they have not shipped. Stating that they will ship in 1-2 weeks is false and misleading. They will not refund my purchase even though I have not received the product. There is no customer service phone number and only a support email that they respond to in a few days. Very frustrated with the level of customer service. I have already purchased different masks for my kids since they needed it for school and could not wait an entire month to receive these. The straps kept snapping on my first batch of masks from them but they replaced them so was willing to give them a 2nd try. If your time is not important to you, then go ahead and order from this company.
Masks smell like burnt plastic. As advertised - these are not kn95, no returns/refunds. Testing by armbrustusa dot com says they only block 70% not 95% - so probably on par or better than a cloth mask+filter. But their smell is the deal breaker. Also their website "reviews" are likely fake- there is no where to add a review. Unlike armbrustusa test video on yt - masks were individually wrapped in sealed bag. I should have done more research prior to purchase. Check cdc website or armbustua for testing results if you need mask with proper filtering.
Please DO NOT buy KN95 masks from here and think that they are keeping you safe. They are not legitimate masks. The company says they are "made to order" which is alse. All KN95 masks should have a stamp on them (these do not). They also have an awful smell. Read the reviews online (not the ones on their website) before you purchase.
Ordered 2 masks on May 7 and by today 6/13 nothing received. Their customer service email address on the site generates an automatic response that" it takes time because customized," but never answers the question submitted. This auto response is the only one I've received after three tries. No phone # to call as has been noted in other reviews. Wished I'd seen the reviews before ordering. I paid through Paypal and have submitted a complaint to get my money back. Do not waste your time and your money with this company.
Ordered, charged immediately, did not receive the product, multiple follow-ups, automated responses, ongoing over weeks. Even got a USPS tracking number but the package never moved. Following up with my credit card company next.
So many negative reviews. My experience has been good. My masks arrived today(order placed online July 19,2020; arrived August 3,2020), and they are exactly as advertised. I look forward to washing them prior to their first use and adding them in to my rotation of various face masks. I did have to return to the company's mask website to see exactly where on the masks one inserts the replaceable filters, but that mystery was solved in less than a minute. Love the print design on my masks. Ordered four masks in total, so I can give one each to my daughter and son in law. Thank you Brave New Look! Everyone, please wear your masks and try to maintain proper social distancing.

These are the nicest masks I have seen since all this virus mess started. They are double thickness, well fitting and really nicely sewn. Will order from this co. Again as needed. I rec. Within a couple of week of ordering. They were packaged very nice.

This is an update to a previous review. I finally received my masks July 10 and they are so pathetic that it's laughable. Please do not order from here, the masks are so thin they would provide no protection at all
Ordered multiple masks and filters on May 3rd. Should only take 3-4 weeks for delivery was told. It is July1st today! Emailed so many times I have lost track. All I got was an auto generated message saying my order had not shipped yet, each time the same message! I tried one last time last week and threatened to call BBB and BOOM! I was then sent a message that my order had shipped. Unfortunately the tracking I was given can't track because no merchandise has been sent to them yet. Do yourself a favor and order from a reliable company! Very angry at myself because I usually look new company's up and with the pandemic I just hastily ordered. Waste of $50
I ordered four printed face masks at a total of ~ $70 because they were shown as the shaped/contoured type that would stand away from the face, allowing good coverage without mouth interference. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the photos, but were instead shapeless flat ovals of fabric with ear loops attached. They are a complete joke and lay completely flat across the mouth while being open at the top and bottom, rendering them useless as a viral protector. The product is a scam.
This is most likely a scam company. It looks almost identical to a another fake / scam company called Fashion Share. The details are the same and they sell similar items. They will confirm your order with a conformation # and even give a FedEx tracking number. But your package never make its way to FedEx. So FedEx will tell you the package was never given to them to ship. And that's because the shipper has no intention to ship. They've stolen your money. Also pay attention to the "contact us" email address. If it's a gmail account or some kind of personal account, you're probably dealing with a scammer. Be careful.

I paid $80 on 4/27/20 for 4 masks because I fell for the extra protection. I heard nothing from this company and emailed them 5/14/20 receiving the same response as many others. When I finally received them 5/23/20 they were horrible. I was embarrassed at myself for falling for this crap. I will make sure to get this message out to as many shoppers as I can. This is a complete rip off! Do not buy!

Paid US$71.29 for four masks and and 15 extra filters. The masks are made of very thin material - polyester exterior and a very thin cotton interior (see pictures). These are definitely not made in the USA. The instructions on the packaging are gibberish written by a non-English speaker (see picture). Had to go to their site to get instructions on washing the mask.
Pros: Comfortable mask, filter pocket, adjustable metal nose bridge, adjustable sliders on ear loops
Cons: Very thin material, filter is small and must be positioned to cover mouth and nose, way overpriced. Nike, Adidas or Levis masks for a much cheaper price.
Don't buy additional filters - use a folded coffee filter instead.
This company is the worst that I've dealt with in a long time. Zero customer service. They took my money immediately, but 3 months later, I've yet to receive one lousy pair of leggings. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered; which I usually do. Brave New Look should be shut down!
