Received the order (all items, masks and filters) on 6/23/20. Had reviewed scathingly on 6/3/20 and gave them 1 star. You will just need to be patient, and Brave New Look should notify up front that it could take up to 6 weeks or longer. Overall, pleased with order and would recommend!
I ordered masks because I was drawn in by their sleek designs and advertised lead time of two weeks. Well, we hit two and half weeks with no updates and after looking at other reviews, my trust was shaken. I went ahead and contacted them to cancel my order. After the usual attempts to buy my patience (they promised discounted and expedited shipping), they finally agreed to refund my order. I'm not super pleased with the whole experience and I would have much preferred actually getting a mask, but I can't complain too much.
I ordered from Brave New Look because I needed a simple, washable and trendy face mask ASAP. I got concerned after reading reviews that your company was a scam. I did get my masks. Floral skull print. I LOVE them. I ordered them on May 2 and got them May 18th Not bad in my opinion during a pandemic. Especially because I live in the North East. Please work on your customer service. I would have given 5 stars if you had better customer service. Thank you!

I ordered these masks because I liked the design, I ordered 4 and extra n. 25 filters. Total was about 80$. It did take about 4 weeks to arrive, I almost thought I have to do a charge-back but they came and I think they are very comfortable and fit well. I certainly prefer them to the hospital blue generic look or the black "Gladiator" look. Just know the company does not respond to inquiries rapidly and expect 3-4 weeks to receive it.
I received my masks one week after ordering them. I received notices when the order was fulfilled and when it shipped. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. The masks are well made and use the PM 2.5 filters. It took a little bit of time and effort to insert the filters (2-3 minutes) but that will get easier. We both wear glasses and are not experiencing any fogging. Thank you folks at Brave New Look, we will order some more. I want a Starry, Starry Night!
I ordered $50 worth of masks on May 3rd. My order receipt included a note that "Due to high demand, our face masks products may ship in 1-2 weeks" and that's fine. I understand they're busy and the 2 week timeframe was acceptable to me.
Now it's June 5th. No masks. No update. No response to my two email inquires asking for an update. Crickets...
I understand that they're swamped. All mask makers are. But no response? No update in 5 weeks?
I'm not happy. Not happy at all...
UPDATE: I finally received a response from them two days ago. They apologized for the delay and offered to waive the expedited shipping fee, which was nice of them. I still do not have an anticipated shipping date, though. I've increased the rating from 1 star to 2 and depending on how long it takes for me to actually receive the items I may update it to 3
I placed an order in the beginning of May (2020). I ordered 4 face masks and replacement filters as well. About 4 weeks after placing the order and getting no updates on my order, I decided to contact the company, after which I received an automated email telling me that order numbers were through the roof and to have some patience. Well about a week or so after that, I received my order, or at least what they considered to be my order- not what I paid for. I received only 2 of the 4 masks I ordered, and about half of the replacement filters as well. I've attempted to reach out to the company since then, with only another automated email in return, telling me the same message as the first. The e-mail stated that my order "Should be shipping as soon as possible," even though, according to my order number, the order had already been shipped and delivered. I'm reviewing this 2 stars out of 5 (instead of only 1/5) only because I did receive a partial order.
I read the reviews on people who ordered face masks and had not received them. This company only responds to emails. I ordered 4 face masks with filters on May 8,2020. It took 3 weeks for this company to email me back about my complaint. They contacted me via email many times about the delay of my order. However today June 25,2020... I received my face masks... therefore I was not scammed. Each customer must take a chance on not receiving the products they order... this company does not refund money. I was one of the lucky ones that got my order via USPS shipping. I wish everyone good luck... just remember it will take a long time to get what you paid for... or in some cases... you get nothing... Good Luck on this risky business... it is ALL computer driven.
Unlike other reviewers, we received our mask and extra filters within a week of our order. My wife likes the material and it seems that the filter is large enough that incoming air will not bypass it as long as it is adjusted to fit tightly. However, without an adjustable metal nose bridge, it leaks incoming air around our nose bridges which means virus droplets can get into the mask. This means the N95 filter is mostly useless. I removed the metal nose bridge from an old N95 mask and my wife will sew it onto the inside of the mask, which means we'll at least be able to use it until we run out of filters. Do not recommend purchase of it at BNL's high prices until a bridge is offered as a standard part of the mask.
It took almost a month for my masks to ship and they still haven't arrived. They shipped via DHL which delivered the package to USPS which has said it's out for delivery for 3 business days now, but has still not arrived. I can't blame Brave New Look for the shipping delays entirely, but I with they would have used a more reliable shipping option than DHL. I was hoping for a smooth process so I could place a larger order
This is my 1st time buying from them but I will definitely be returning again! Not only are their tripp pants cheaper then the actual website but my shipping got here much faster! I also found a lot of other cute things to get my friends and they carry brands like killstar that I already shop out. Now I can do a one shop order to make it easier! Very pleased I found them so far.
I gave it one star because there was no zero. After months of waiting, I received the wrong masks and over paid by 3 times what they are now being sold for. Multiple email attempts to process a return for a refund have been met with responses from a chatbot' who claims it is new and in training, therefore can not locate my order number. Oh well.
First of all Brave New Look telephone number is NO longer working! Total items ordered were not shipped and their customer (done care) service could care less. Do not purchase anything from this company!
Took over a month after I ordered two received one... does not even fit... small, very cheaply made came in a little plastic covering stating made in china... I bought several from other stores $2-$6 dollars each so much better quality They stay in business by avoiding answering emails This company should be avoided at all costs... They are less than one star
They were running a deal buy 2 get one 1 free. So of course, I ordered 3 items. Got one bracelet within' a week. The other two... are still no where to be found. Emailed over 10 times, asking what the deal was and keep getting emails telling me to be patient. It's going on two months now. I pretty much paid almost $70 for one item. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from them. Unless of course, you like to get ripped off.
I ordered face masks and filters 3 1/2 weeks ago along with a cute bag. They were all in stock when I placed the orders. Well here we are no masks, no refund, no email saying when they are coming or not!?!? I've emailed them 3 times now over last 2 weeks no response not even a computer generated one.
At this point I'm going back to my credit card company and filing a fraud claim to get the 80.00 some dollars back they owe me! I will NEVER order from here and I suggest you dont either unless you want to throw your hard earned money away! Just another scam company stealing from us when things are crazy enough!

Purchased 5 bracelets after the loss of a family member. Totally embarrassed when they started to change color, and slowly lose all their plating. Contacted company to advise and was told oh well out of your 14 day refund return policy What kind of company does not stand behind their products! Never again as this company is simply a scam!
