Boxed

If you want to buy items in bulk then boxed.com is the site to go. They have a variety of items available at reasonable prices. However, not all items are cheap when compared to certain other websites but many are. My order arrived intact and on time.

Boxed is not the cheapest option to buy snacks and food. They're prices are scams and so are their deals. You might think you're getting a good deal until you compare it with other sites and close out stores.

This is the 3rd time I've recieved my order in terrible shape. Their customer service is unresponsive and gives you the runaround when trying to request a refund. Just stick with Amazon, a company that understands how to put things in appropriate boxes for the shipment.

I recently purchased 20 Mrs Dash seasoning. When I received my items were gonna expire in a month. I asked to return and get a refund. They told me that I could not return this item and they gave me credit for half...credit with them not money back. Shame on you. You sent me close dated product and won't except a return/refund! I run a kitchen and needed this product now i'm stuck with outdated items.

I placed two orders recently. When order #1 took much longer to ship than expected I decided to cancel order #2. My requests to cancel order 2 were ignored because the order shipped anyway. I don't recommend buying from this company. Customer service is nonexistent.

I spent over $50.00 and have not gotten my order in over 4 days... says I should have gotten it in 2 to 3... they don't have a phone number to talk to a human... I call this a scam. Buy your stuff from Amazon.

I placed and order on 23 March and after a week I reached out to see where my order was. On the 30th I received this response

Then today on the 3rd of April, they cancelled my order with no reason given.

I would not recommend buying from this company and I'd look elsewhere.

My brother told.me bout BOXED 2 yrs ago & I started using them. Last yr. They're always late & my pakgs torn open on inside & getting to expensive! They never apologize, act as if they're doing you a favor whens its your money! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Its a rip off! They're a business, yet they let someone tell them how to treat certain individuals! Not in control of their so called business are they? Hope they HAVE A NICE DAY!

Step dad ordered me stuff for my new apartment. Risk team flagged it and now I'm not allowed to even have an account. We're a blended family with 3 last names between us. The email they sent back said have a nice life. Not kidding. Not paraphrasing.

I had never heard of this company until I google looking for Lysol. Hello Boxed-up, GOOD Bye Amazon. They had the Lysol I was looking for for months, and it was also at an extremely affordable price. My order arrived via UPS within two business days. I will be a returning customer from here on out. Awesome first time experience. Thank you!

Very pleased with this service! Boxed offers higher quality and healthier food and household items than my local warehouse store offers, all delivered to my door with excellent communication along the way. I heard about this place years ago, and regret waiting so long to give them a try.

Found Boxed via Google search for a specific product. Their site was easy to navigate, items price-competitive, and I placed an order. The company's communication was superb, the items were carefully packed, and delivery was smooth and prompt. Will buy from again. :)

All items were shipped and received as promised. 3 - 4 days and during the Christmas shopping rush so freight companies are busy. All products were as advertised. I see allot of negative reviews directed at pricing and shipping damage. They are clear on their pricing so if you think it is too much, don't buy it! My order came in 2 boxes, both undamaged and packed well with air cells and bubble wrap. Boxed cannot be held liable for freight companies mis- handling. You should probably take that up with whatever freight company delivered it. I am happy with my first experience but will continue to watch others reviews.

I've been buying from boxed for a while -- todays box came with broken cookies -my toothpaste boxes smashed ---the cartons like they had been thrown around..

I just received my first Boxed.com purchase today and am extremely impressed with how quickly it arrived, 2 days, with all items ordered and packed very well. It came in two large sturdy boxes with invoices in both. The deals I received were incredible plus I can get additional credits towards merchandise by referring my friends. The website is pretty basic and easy to navigate and the free samples are a nice touch. I hope eventually they develop a customer service center where you can get someone live if needed. Other than that, this was a fabulous purchase and the main reason I am coming back is because the prices on my items were phenomenally so much lower than any other retail entity. Great company!

After reviewing some of their prices, absolutely not ever buy from this company. You can beat their prices everyday at Walmart or Target. Example 12 double rolls of Bounty paper towels $27 Boxed, $21 at Target.
That's serious dollars folks and I live on retirement fixed income. If you have money to burn and can put up with crappy customer service and damaged goods, this bunch is for you. Buyer beware!
