After reviewing some of their prices, absolutely not ever buy from this company. You can beat their prices everyday at Walmart or Target. Example 12 double rolls of Bounty paper towels $27 Boxed, $21 at Target.
That's serious dollars folks and I live on retirement fixed income. If you have money to burn and can put up with crappy customer service and damaged goods, this bunch is for you. Buyer beware!

I have been a Boxed.com user for close to 3 years now and I have never been disappointed! Dry goods are received within 2 days and Express orders which are perishables are received the same or next day, according to the availability of the shopper/delivery person. Prices are reasonable and Boxed send you Coupon Codes ever so often which serves as an incentive to order a little extra when you can. I am a nurse who works in excess of 60+ hrs per week and Boxed.com has literally saved my life, gone are the days of trudging to the supermarket spending 3 hours searching for what I needed, then spending another hour or more in line at the cashier, and finally logging bags of groceries home etc. Now; I shop online on my break time at work, 30 minutes tops and the groceries arrive at my door, it feels like magic; really! Thank you and bless you Boxed!

My husband told me that he saw an ad, this morning about boxed. So, i went to their site and started going through the stuff i get. The first few things i looked up. Paper towels about 50% more, toilet paper about 25% more, bottle water about 60% more, cookies 75% more, than what i pay at any of my local grocery stores. I shop at Walmart, Target, Tops, and Wegmans. I dont know what big cities like NYC local grocery stores prices are, but where i live. Boxed is definitely not worth it. Its much cheaper to order online and pay a delivery company to deliver to you. The only thing i see is a company trying to rip people off.

I ordered coffee using a promo code for 20% off and free shipping. I placed the order and it went through no problem. Five minutes later I got an email saying we cannot ship this to you. Probably because they were losing money on the coffee. Lol.

I have used boxed a few times and been generally pleased but this last order was a disaster. Five items were missing (box was still sealed, so never packed) but worse yet, a bottle of hot sauce had opened up and spilled it's entire contents throughout the box. Their response? A five dollar credit ( the hot sauce alone cost that). That was good for a laugh. Lost a customer here. FOLLOW UP: a rep followed up with a more than equitable solution. Could have been avoided by just initially shipping the damaged / missing items. Review score adjusted upward accordingly.

I ordered an item described as a wicker cooler/ picnic seat. In the photo, it looked like wicker. In reality, it is a cheap, polyurethane covered item with a wicker print. They will not do a return or refund. I will not order anything but grocery or drugstore type items in the future, since they don't do returns on UNUSED merchandise. Beware! What is described may not be the realty of an item.

I've been buying from boxed for a while -- todays box came with broken cookies -my toothpaste boxes smashed ---the cartons like they had been thrown around..

I don't know where people are buying their food but say this place is cheaper. I cam give you one example…

Starkest light chunk tune is 71 cents at Walmart, and for 8 cans, boxed wants $11.29! Ridiculous!

I have noticed, just browsing, that so many things are more expensive than I pay for them elsewhere. This is NOT like Costco or Sam's Club, or BJ's. Don't waste your money here. Yes, it is probably cheaper than buying cleaning supplies on Amazon. I noticed the only things that were reasonably, where the items from " Prince and Spring". Must be their brand.

I don't know. Go judge for yourself. But I will not be ordering a thing from them.

I decided to give Boxed a try instead of fighting the lines at Costco. Nope, never again. It took 9 days for my order to arrive and when it did all 3 boxes were broken and falling apart. I was very disappointed.

Nothing worse then getting an email thanking me for my purchases using the wrong name. A little while back I sent boxes to my children thus now Im Carl even though me his mother Anna has been shopping here for over 4 years and have always been the payee. Now my emails come to Carl. I guess they prefer to address the males and not the females. Its also difficult when items are out of stock forever I dont use just anything I prefer my name brand. I also have been receiving things that are on the verge of expiring like oatmeal and mayonnaise that only have a month and a half left before they expire. These problems have changed the amount of times I actually shopped box recently and will tapper off even more. Wish you wer the same as 4 years ago.

This company allows its workers to smoke in the parking lot. Looks past sexual harassment reports. Allows workers to sleep with each other for specific jobs in the warehouse. Also employees sell drugs on site. Allow them to come to work drunk. They retaliate by firing u when u have an issue with anything. Or speak up on unsafe things. If u are a temporary and someone says u said something about them the management will say they believe them bc they are actual employees. The employees eat and damage products all the time. So much can be said but I will leave it here...

The range of products is poor and they often don't have basic items available. Many times I can't buy the same item I bought last time. Shipping is supposedly free but they add a mysterious 'delivery surcharge' of $4.99 at checkout. I recently compared their prices with Walmart. Nothing was cheaper at Boxed. You might have to buy the items individually. Walmart has free 2 day delivery. I took the app off my phone. These people are simply price gouging.

So grateful we found BOXED! Our lives are better and life is easier! Every order has come shipped and packed with excellence in mind! We have fallen in love with the brand Prince & Spring! Any shopping that we can do that saves us money and comes to my front door is a win, win!
We have friends who run out and fight traffic, long lines, weather using shopping clubs (which we once did) but never again! We plan on using BOXED for as much of our shopping as we can! Simply The Best! Grateful for all your services!

I have been buying mostly the Prince&Spring brand because of the prices, but have found the items to be better value and quality than most "big" name brands. I have not been disappointed even once. They package your items with care, they get your shipment out quickly and they always thank you several times for each order. This is one company that stands behind it's name and offers perfect customer service each and every time you deal with them. A rare find and I tell everyone I know about them.
