You are all write! I was stubborn and had to do a couple of orders an no more orders from this household...period! Get it!
Damaged products missing products, And very very BAD customer services ¡!

I was all set to order but first checked the reviews. People sure are NOT pleased with you. One customer continues to go back to you, despite the fact that most their products are damaged beyond repair. That makes NO sense. She thinks she is getting a good deal. But, how can you call it a deal when the products are totally damaged? So, my question is this: Who does your boxing/packaging? UNTRAINED MONKEYS? I will pass on this site.

I just saw a TV commercial for this company called "boxed.com" so I thought I'd Google it to see what it's all about. When I Googled it I saw boxed.com reviews. After reading most of the reviews, which gave it 1 out of 5 stars, I decided that this was NOT the company I wanted to deal with. Sorry, boxed.com. But you're wasting your money on TV ads.

I ordered 2 24 can cases of coke zero cans, half with a gift card and half on my credit card. When I got home the box was there and appeared to be in good shape, but when I opened it, the top case of soda was leaking liquid, and all the cans were drenched with soda. The box had gotten soggy and I found one can still sealed but empty of liquid. The second case underneath was in-tack but it was a mess to have to open everything that was dripping wet. I have attached a photo of what I found when I Opened the box, I did manage to salvage most of the cans, but the last thing I wanted to do when I got home was bring a leaky box into the house, and spend a 1/2 hour wiping off cans of soda. I requested a refund for the damaged case and they agreed but only gave me back half the cost of one case because a gift card was used. I am now out half the gift card. They wasted more of my time back and fourth with emails rather than just providing the promised refund.

I've ordered about 10 times from Boxed. I've had two minor issues. 1) I ordered All Landry detergent and it leaked a bit. But they had put it in a plastic bag so it didn't get all over evetything. Guess they've had this issue before. 2) Box of cheese crackers came damaged and about 1/4 of the crackers were crumbs. Other than those too issues I've been very happy. You have to do your homework though. Some things are great values while other things are overpriced. The plus is that I always get my shipment the day after I order it. Usually faster then Amazon. Love that.

I bought into this feel good company that pays for employee weddings and reimburses college tuition. But three back to back orders were all delivered dammaged or aged. Batteries were from 2015, two years old, some food items were about to expire, items were obviously crushed and leaking before shipping. Customer service promised a refund. But after one week, I am still waiting for any refund or signs of life from this company. Prices were not better than Walmart. Shipped boxes were 59 pounds making it necessary to open them outside. Never again.

In a price comparison, boxed failed on having the lowest price on 5 of there best selling, flying off the shelves items, 3 of there competitors beat all there prices on the 5 items, which are,

I have been using Boxed.com every since they first opened their online grocery store. I generally receive my orders in 2 days. I purchase sodas, bread, cheese, baking products, flour, canned goods, toilet paper, and snacks all the time from them. I have only had issues with FedEx delivery... So, my issues wasn't caused by the stores problem. As soon as an issue arises, I email Boxed.com and within 10-15 minutes they always respond. They generally reship what has been damaged or refund me immediately. Their service has been awesome. Prices have always been higher than other stores, but as of lately they're one of the cheapest places to order groceries online from. At the time that I am leaving my review, I checked Walmart and Amazons prices on the same items I was purchasing through Boxed... Both Walmart.com and Amazon.com were 3 times higher on the items I wanted. So, Boxed received my order. I just bought a huge package of toilet paper for $15 something. The same size at other stores is around $25-$30. I hope that Boxed Wholesale will be able to stay in buisness for a long time to come. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I highly recommend!
