Convenient and Quick

I love the affordability, as well as the convenience and quick delivery of Boxed. They have several items to select from, including their own brand, which is of great quality. I enjoy the update emails as your order is ready to ship out to you, which includes a photo of your box all packed up and ready to go. I have used them several times now and have never received a damaged or wrong item. They absolutely wonderful! :)

This is a great way for me to buy my household things online. The delivery is free after I buy 50 dollars worth. The delivery is very fast. With every order I get 2 free samples and sometimes they will put extra samples in there. They put some chocolate marshmallow Easter eggs in one order. It's the small things that make me smile. I don't know what Mom W. Is talking about when she said she couldn't deliver to someone else. I did, and had no problems doing it. Must be user error. I highly recommend boxed.com.

Overpriced and sneaky

They bait and switch: offer you an upgrade to "boxed up" & if you order more than once of the same item, they cancel your order even without the warning on the item description of any item purchase limit. Then they'll revoke the trial membership for boxed up and their offer for $39 annually, at their discretion. So now you'll be left with paying $49 annually instead of the original offer. Will never recommend this site to any of my friends/fam. They're definitely taking advantage of the current covid situation by marking up their prices. A 20-bottle poland spring for $9.99, really?

Falling standards with shipping
April 11, 2018

There have been 3 instances now where I've ordered from Box, and the shipment arrives multiple days after the original day indicated. Prior to these instances, I'd receive the package two days after ordered like clockwork. I'm not sure what changed in regards to shipping, but it's been a bit frustrating to have to track down the package and not have a reliable estimate on when it will arrive.

I have been ordering items from Boxed for a few years. I am a single person but I still like to buy in bulk to save time and money. I love the variety of options, free shipping, and fast delivery. There is always a hand-written note in the package which is a nice touch! Once they sent me my order twice - I emailed them to make sure they didn't charge me twice and they just let me keep the extra stuff. Once they forgot an item in the box, and within minutes of me emailing them a new delivery was scheduled. Great company and great customer service.

I love this store!

This website honestly has the best prices on all kinds of products by far. I shop regularly.

I buy anything from coconut oil to Razor's to cleaning supplies, even office supplies, and snacks! This is a great place for snacks at amazing prices and they've got an incredible selection, so you can get things you really, really enjoy, but maybe wouldn't get all of them in a regular store because they would be too expensive.

Great options that they have for you regarding their prices.

I discovered Boxed.com during COVID-19. I saw a report on TV that they had toilet paper so I immediately created an account. Over the past few months, Boxed.com has been a lifesaver as I haven't been able to leave the house to shop for my family of 6. The Prince and Spring brand is fantastic and the prices are good. Delivery is not as fast as Amazon but it's acceptable. I've had a few problems (as noted by other reviews) regarding packaging so I hope they are working on this. In one instance, my drink orders did not arrive. I contacted customer service and Joanna and Ken were able to resolve my problem. It seems like they work hard to make it right but be careful, due to the packaging, I have received some damaged (but usable) items. I do continue to use them for bulk orders but might not order canned drinks from them.

Boxed is awesome!

Boxed is fantastic! Not only does it save me so much time and money, their customer service is top notch! Quite often I have a handwritten thank you in my order and sometimes even a note saying they hope I enjoy a particular item or that coffee is my favorite too kinda thing. I also like getting to choose free samples with my order- Ive found a couple new items I really like that way. Also really like all the Prince & Spring brand products Ive been buying! The app is soooooo easy to use! Very happy Boxed customer- I recommend it all the time!

I placed my first order because my sister in law referred me. My order was confirmed and next thing I know it got canceled. The prices on boxed is actually not discounted as they claim to be. The same exact items are cheaper in stores like target and Walmart. You are better off using stores like Bj's which you are really getting your money's worth for bigger size products as well.

Never again!

I bought 2 boxes of Reflections plastic silverware that says right on the box that it's heavyweight plastic. After opening I discovered that is very flimsy. The return procedure has been ridiculous. They won't accept anything opened... and they make you take an oath that it hasn't been opened, so I told them I opened one of the boxes to discover my dissatisfaction, but not the other, but that I thought they should refund both. Now they want me to send a picture of the unopened box before they will send a return label. I would have rather paid more at amazon knowing they tKe everything and anything back no questions asked. Very unhappy

I wish I would've read reviews prior to placing an order. Placed rather large order, successfully checked out and was informed I would receive an email confirmation. That email never came. I checked my credit card activity thinking I didn't complete my purchase - nope! There was a charge of $193.36 to Boxed.com! I contacted Boxed, informing them of this situation; the response given was "do you have the order number?" No... I was never sent a confirmation email. "Do you have a different email address?" No... this was my first order. I contacted my credit card company and now have to go through the hassle of making a claim for items never received, and technically, an order never placed. Very disappointed and should've read recent reviews!

I have a credit in my account because the last time i order some broth from them and it was broken and leaked. So, they refund me with a credit. Trying to place an order to use the credit, they just keep cancelling the order. Also, check on the expiring date before purchase, I bough a box of milk one time and we could not finish then before expiration date.

Not impressed

So on my first order, when I received it all my cans were dented, like bad. It could have been ups but I'must not sure. There customer service was good about the problem and gave me a credit. Then on my 2nd order I order an item that became out of stock. And they have so little inventory there's just not much to order. I don' think I'll order from them again.

I was thrilled with the variety of low carb snacks I was able to get at great prices when I discovered boxed.com.

I never had a problem with Boxed until before my recent order! The first box that came was fine. The second box was delayed and when it finally was delivered today the Lysol all purpose cleaner was half full, apparently it leaked all over the other items in my box because products were opened or damaged and everything in the box smells like Lysol cleaner. The box the merchandise was shipped in wasn't even from Boxed it was a plain cardboard box from UPS! I'm very disappointed and upset with Boxed. I never had this problem before but lately the service is terrible!

Ive been using Boxed for almost 2 years and love it. I love to try the samples you get each time as well as the fun stuff theyll give along with your box thats a little extra! We got a lot to make a castle out of our box and my kid loved it! I will use this app forever.

Purchased two 250 Centrum Silver one a day vitamins. Both of them has the same expiration date of 02/2019--about 1 year. Quite short for Centrum Silver, I got them with about 2 years from expiration dates from Costco. Have them been sitting in a warehouse for awhile? How is someone going to consume 500 one a day vitamins in 365 days?

It was good to be able to order in bulk on those things we use often around our home. My did find a lot was over priced and there was no order to their merchandise. A little here then more way over there... Hard to find what you need and seems to take your mind off what the purpose was to start with.

Missing items

Overall I've been pretty pleased with my boxed.com orders. And when I've had issues, someone has gotten back to me very quickly. However, not once but twice, I realized I was missing items. I contacted customer service and they told me both times that the box was damaged during shipping and was returned to them. They offered to refund or replace. My problem is that they didnt contact me first, like they are trying to get away with something.

I started using Boxed a few years ago. I'm a Mom of 4 with little time and a tight monthly budget. I didn't want to have to pay for a membership to a bulk store and drive out of my way and spend my time shopping instead of spending quality time with my family. Thanks to Boxed, I spend just a few minutes filling up my "cart" and in two days my order is at my door - I used to even find a personalized Thank You note from the awesome person that gathered our items. I highly recommend Boxed, try it - you won't be disappointed!
