I started using Boxed a few years ago. I'm a Mom of 4 with little time and a tight monthly budget. I didn't want to have to pay for a membership to a bulk store and drive out of my way and spend my time shopping instead of spending quality time with my family. Thanks to Boxed, I spend just a few minutes filling up my "cart" and in two days my order is at my door - I used to even find a personalized Thank You note from the awesome person that gathered our items. I highly recommend Boxed, try it - you won't be disappointed!

Boxed ROCKS!

My purchase in January wasn't my first. In the beginning, I wasn't sure I would continue as an earlier delivery wasn't packaged securely. Cans broke out of their carton and were bent and fruit cups were leaking. Not enough bubble wrap to take up space. BUT, the company quickly corrected the problem and I gave them a second chance. All future orders have been secure with no problems at all. I will continue to purchase from BOXED because I love the convenience of getting bulk items delivered directly to my home. It's saved a lot of time, money and aggravation of having to drive an hour to the store. Plus, they carry a lot of things I would normally buy anyway. I love it!

They've Sold Out

This company used to be good. I don't know if they've sold out to some incompetent group of money-grabbing losers, or their own cost-cutting has led them to hire incompetent people. But nothing is packed right, I've received boxes completely destroyed with all of the product inside all over the place open and ruined.
In the last three orders (with nothing breakable or wet ordered) they have never once gotten the delivery information updated without me emailing them and asking why the order isn't there. They always say two to three days, but they absolutely never deliver in that period of time. The order is still "processing" regardless of how long I wait. This is a completely typical underperforming, overpriced American corporation, or at least operating as one. You're going to get destroyed products and you won't get it when they say they're going to deliver. Go to Costco or Sam's. You'll get better prices and better quality and you'll have it that day.

I purchased 5 bulk food items and all 5 items had expiration dates 16 days - 2 months from when they were delivered. This is horrible as these are bulk items and cant be consumed in one or two feedings. Had I known that this is why the food is slightly cheaper than in the stores, I would have never ordered.

Convenient but expensive

I do like Boxed as it is very convenient however the prices are a bit more than Costco As well, contents of the boxes are generally ruined. They package beverages with paper products and the delivery companies throw the boxes around, oftentimes smashing the paper products, foods, etc.

Very pleased

Very pleased with the ease to order and the speed of delivery. The order is almost always accurate and the packaging is top notch. You can tell care and attention have been paid when packaging gems for shipment. Im thank thankful for this in our busy lives today

Happy shopping

I've been buying boxed every week for about 5 months now. They were perfect for the first 3 months, but have been missing items in every order for the last two months. I found customer service has gone above & beyond to replace the missing items. I think they have a jealous rat in there packaging department that they need to take care of. But other than that, I love boxed.

I ordered two different orders over $100.00 each. First order came in fine but the second order was severely damaged due to way over packing and the box was so heavy I couldn't even pick it up. One whole corner was ripped open and one of the packages was damaged. I provided pictures but the damaged carton of peanuts was never replaced...? Don't buy from these people.

I love the fact that I can buy everything that I would get at a wholesale clue and have it delivered to my doorstep for the same price sometimes cheaper then me having to actually go to the store. Definitely give me more free time to spend with my family.

I shop at BJs and last time I was there, I checked pricing on items I normally get. The prices at boxed.com were maybe 5 or 10 cents higher but I am willing to pay that not to have to shop at BJs. And there is no membership fee at boxed. The shipping is very fast - I expected to wait at least a week for my shipment but it arrived in about 3 days. Their brand, Prince & Spring is great - I use their toilet paper and paper towels - both are comparable to other higher priced brands. I shop at boxed almost every week. I absolutely love it!

I purchased two boxes of K Cups at regular price along with other items. Would I have known the K cups had 10 days before expiring I would have saved my time. I sent an email complaining and I received a prompt response informing they would refund the money and talk to their warehouse. Its been a week and Im stuck with expired K cups and without a refund.

Extremely convenient

I have been using Boxed for a few months now and love it! I have 3 teenage boys and don't have a ton of time to run to the store multiple times a week. I love how I can place an order after dinner and it gets delivered two days later. The choices are great also, with lots of organic options. I have also tried a number of the Price & Spring brand (Boxed brand) and impressed with the quality especially if the toilet paper and paper towels.

Horrible customer service. The items arrived 7 days after their initial date they said they would arrive. When the box did arrive, I looked inside and noticed 3 of the items weren't in there. Waited a couple days for another box and nothing came -- had to point it out to Boxed customer service and the best they could do to accomodate my inconvenience was send them in the next week. I will never use this service again.

Can not live without Boxed :)

Love boxed it comes in 1-2 days. It is a lot cheaper then the grocery store, I get free samples, an it gets delivered right to my door with free shipping. The only negativ is that sometimes I wish they had more products.

Convenient discount grocery shopping

The description for Boxed pretty much says it all: it is buying items in bulk, like at Costco, but doing it online and having it delivered. I only wish the inventory was larger (like Costco), but their prices definitely make it worth coming back.

Great Experience using Boxed.com

I love using Boxed.com for the convenience of their online ordering site and free delivery for orders over $49. I love that the items are delivered right to my address in nice sturdy boxes. The variety and quality of the selection is also great.

Scammers!

My first attempt at ordering from boxed was ridiculous! They emailed me and told me I had to send them a credit card statement or utility bill before they would process my order. I told them I would not be sending them anything like that because i should never have to send my bills to purchase something online!

Received my order and the case of paper towels was opened and individual rolls were stuffed in the box unwrapped. All the cardboard centers were crushed and won't fit on holder. Complained to boxed and they wanted me to send a picture so they could use it as a training tool... what? Would not refund my money! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Service sucks

Numerous boxes came damaged. The best they do is credit for the inferior product. Then throw you a 10% discount. They don't take into consideration the damage done to the other products in the box. I'm tired of cleaning items that are leaked onto from the product. The 10% just isn't enuf.
