I have never in my life purchased such a cheap quality clothing as I have with Boutique Feel. The quality is so horrible, you end up wasting a lot of money. The pictures are NOT what is shipped to you. Be smart about this. I'm not sure why it has so many decent reviews. Nothing was good. I made a mistake to purchase 4 outfits, all are so cheaply made and definitely did not look like the picture, I don't want anyone else to end up like me. Customer service was good, but quality of the items TERRIBLE.

Never did get my first time buyer discount... the items look amazing on except for the dress I have to alter it a bit... the clothes are of a thin material... not really ment for winter weather... other wise I am extremely satisfied with my purchase...

Your products are easy to order. The wait time is sufficient and it's an overall great experience shopping here.

I was trying to click the 5th star on both, but for some reason it only let me hit to the fourth star.

The delivery dude threw my packages of clothes into my yard and my dogs chewed it all. Next time would be nice fore them to either beep, call or leave a note and I can pick it up from the post office..

I purchased what I thought was a tweed jacket, similar to one that was out of stock elsewhere, however they cloned the picture and just sent a piece of polyester printed with a tweed pattern, when I returned it at a cost of over £7 they have just ignored me, we have now paid for the product and the postage and have no refund they are fraudsters avoid at all costs

Would never use this site again, ordered a jumper, and when it arrived it was not the same colour shown on there website, nothing like it, the quality was poor, and trying to get my money back i was backward and forward with messages, ending up with only 50% of my money. So don't bother you will be disappointed.

The website was excellent for user experience. The items shipped quickly. Then got held up in customs. When I contacted customer service via messenger, they were quick and friendly. Items left customs while talking to them. The day before estimated delivery date, it was "delayed" 40 miles from my house. And got here 3 days after estimated delivery date.

Ordered some items early March, arrived end of March, quality is terrible, better quality clothes from Primark, I have asked about return as there is nothing on the website, had a few responses suggesting I can have extra discount on my next order and a further communication with the offer of 20% refund... No thanks! I am in contact with my credit card company as this site is misrepresenting the items in question and no details are made clear in terms of return, costs etc... Very disappointed

The clothes on your website are absolutely stunning, of course you use models that are very tiny, however I'm not a big woman and still know that in order to get a better fit I buy a size up or sometimes two sizes up, these garments are made in China and Chinese people are very small so they have this perception that everyone is really small. In order to get a proper size one must order up in size, as I said I'm not a big woman and usually wear a medium so sizing is a real issue when buying online, one of the garments that was sent to me was horrible, it looks nothing like the one in the pictures. It's huge, it's cut out is all wrong and the necklace collar is complete crap! The return policy is nonexistent, and that's the first time this has happened to me, usually I can return or refund my money. An overall bad experience.

Needed clothes for a trip, they did not arrive until i returned... one outfit was not the color as the picture and both were too small, will be returning them... one good note... it was nice material!

Overall everything is as advertised, some of the products are not as great as you would like them to be but in fairness you can find this issue everywhere. I will definitely keep buying from this website.

So beautiful and simple thank you Was shopping I loved, able to see very many styles of all items. Dresses swimwear, pants, shorts, blouses, shirts and tank tops, as well as skirts. Was and will be great

I ordered 2 dresses to choose between for a Christmas party. While delivery was a little longer than anticipated, I was very happy with what I received. The material is of good quality as is the sewing. One of the dresses is identical to how it appeared online. The other sits differently on me than how it looks in the picture, but this may just be that I ordered a size too big. Overall I am happy, specially with the low cost of such beautiful evening wear. I would be happy to shop with Boutiquefeel again.

I find Boutiquefeel to be a very customer service oriented. I do love many of the products and have likely purchased more than my share of the fashions that I see on the website. Thank you being there when shopping for these types of things has been difficult and your website makes it so easy to find clothing that looks great.

I was beyond dissatisfied with the sizing the quality the nerve of a company to present beautiful products on their website then send out absolute rubbish then make it impossible to return anything as there's no delivery note no contact address they are a con

4 if the 5 items were horrible and can't change em for refund so don't buy from here I emailed them and they said give em to a friend and they will give me 30% off voucher I wasnt wasting another 75 euro. Stay away

The black one shoulder sequin jumpsuit I ordered as high quality and fit me perfectly! I'm small and so usually they're either huge legs or itchy, and this was so nice! I wore it this week in New York City. So happy with my product!
