Quality of items better than I'd expected but to return anything… they make it so difficult! Absolute nightmare and has definitely put me off using them again. I won't be recommending for others to use them either.

Placed an order beginning of June, my order was forgotten about. After 3 weeks I chased this and they immediately sent it out. It's now been 7 days, a month or so in total and I am still yet to recieve my order...
Unsure how an order can be forgotten about but will not be ordering again

Waited 7 weeks for my order to then receive poor quality goods not sure what the material is but I'd definitely not stand near an open flame. Packaging off the dresses was chicme not boutiquefeel so probably the same

Good deals and a well done website. But not happy at all about waiting 6 weeks for my order to arrive, especially since it was a valentines day present. Nowhere on their website does it give shipping times.

Saw this company advertised on Facebook and Instagram. I buy a lot of clothing online, and thought I'd take a chance on another seller. Needless to say, my $60 jacket looks like a gigantic piece of felt. Stitches are ripping apart everywhere and the colour and fabric look virtually NOTHING like the photo... see for yourself. Be careful buying anything from this website.

Out of 5 items ordered one arrived. Now after a YEAR of trying to get the other 4 items their response is it is too long ago! End of story

I purchase outfit for my birthday celebration it arrive just to be disappoint. The outfit looks nothing like in the picture on there website. Please don't waste your money ordering anything from them its a scam.The only way you can contact them by WhatsApp that you need to download from the Play Store in your phone.

You have to remember at these prices you are not getting top quality products. I have ordered many things like bathing suits, bags, blouses beach covers etc and liked them all If anything was not as written I wrote to customer service and either I returned at their expense or they gave me the credit. Do people think they are dealing with Neiman Marcus st these prices? They need to be realistic. I will continue to shop with them!

Ordering went without problems but tracking information could be updated more frequently
You hear nothing about the order for several days and then suddenly one morning the delivery is in your letter box.

Keeping my fingers crossed, never shopped on this site before.
Having finally received the clothes, they're awful, wrong sizes, poor quality, extremely disappointed, will never shop with boutique feel ever again, and will warn others not to.

Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchases! They all fit and look nice! A couple of them were lower quality than expected but still wearable and good for the value paid. I will be placing more orders in the future!

The shopping was overall okay, but the delivery time was over a month. They give you a tracking number that isn't accurate so you're just stuck waiting aimlessly for your package to finally come in. And the customer service agents are no help. The shirt I got looks and feels cheaply made and fits weird. Will not be buying from here again.

Customer service excellent. Quick response with shipping/tracking information. Very happy with the product. In fact, another blouse already ordered and on its way. Would definitely recommend Boutiquefeel!

I had high hopes because the panties looked so pretty but when we got them they were too big and just didn't look nice. Shipping seemed to take a while but everything that comes from so far away takes time.

Delivery took way too long to get. Was over 2 months. Not sure if I will order again. Depends on how the wife feels about it. Everything ordered said booty lifting, did not really lift her booty. Shorts and bodysuit still sexy, had issues with the pants. One tore in the crotch first day wearing them, the others were too tight.

A little scared get a dress from a company abroad know nothing about as been stung before where didn't look nothing like what ordered. But I must say really pleased and have played another order hopefully same result x

As with ordering anything online not directly from one of the big stores there's always the fear that you won't get your product or it will be wrong. Thankfully this company pulled through and with an awesome job at that.
