Ok, But Not As Expected

The face shield fogged up instantly even though it stated that it was anti-fog. Also the packaging was very poor. Should have been shipped in a brown cardboard box, instead of a white envelope pack. Internal boxes were smashed.

Complete Rip-off
August 21, 2018

I placed an order, I items needed to be returned. Sent items with tracking to address provided by company... refund never issued. I now have no merchandise and am out over $120.00! Don't do it, nothing is that cute!

Thought it was a North American site. The sizing is still off no matter what they say. GO bigger is my advice. Delivery time was what you would expect from China. We will see how the return policy goes

I bought 5 of 6 tops for my wife. She's usually easy to buy for, she loved all the outfits looking at them before she tried them on. Sever did not fit right. And when it came to returning them it was like they have never heard of the idea of returning an item. Just didn't have a return system set up like you would think. Amazon makes returning stuff a lot easier.

So lets start with the sizes they send you are not American. I asked for L and XL and was shipped SM and XS if not smaller. I asked if I could exchange them for the right size. And was met with the following response.
"Hello,
As per our return policy, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, masks and accessories.
You can return other items.
Customer Service
C*******e"
Now I am no genius but they are a clothing store and they predominantly sell swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear. Leaving what? Only their shirts and a few leggings with the ability to return or exchange. So now I am stuck with 124.00 worth of garbage.
Another small issue is they charge for premium shipping but then ship almost a month later.

I purchased 6 items way back in May 2022. I received an email saying one of the items was no longer available and if I wanted to exchange or edit my existing order so I responded. Shipping label was created on 6/28 and it still has not shipped. They took my money back in May but haven't shipped my order. The good reviews must be people they pay to write reviews. While prices are cheap, the ordering/receiving process sucks. Don't expect to order and receive your item in a timely manner.

Do not use this site it is a joke, refuse to reimburse or refund the so say reviews on here must be written by their employees that or they make them up because this company I without a shadow of a doubt would not give them a single penny of my cash in future, if you don't want to be ripped off don't place an order as simple as that.

I absolutely love it!

Their clothes are greatly priced and good quality. I live in Canada and the shipping is usually very quick. I have placed a few orders and definitely plan to place more. I often order outfits about 2 weeks before an event and they arrive on time. I strongly recommend to check the size guide before ordering to be sure you get the correct size. I go by measurement in inches and haven't had any problems.

Horrible service

Maggie is a horrible customer service rep. I placed an order almost 3 months ago and it has still not shipped. Then it magically got returned to sender for being "overweight" at customs. Do not order from this company! I keep asking when my order will ship, and they just copy and paste the same response, "your order will ship in 2-3 business days". Then I asked if my order had shipped and their response was "we have not heard from you so we are going to cancel your order". This company is a joke!

Terrible!

Blouse not as shown. Cheap fabric. Does look like the picture. Fit is poor. Don't Buy! Trying to return but they won't give me a return label and said they would give me 10% credit. They are very uncooperative to the point of saying I didn't even buy it from them when PayPal clearly shows that I did.

Great item

Love my item and overall good experience, the dress material is soft and very given, probably could have gone down a size, also looks great on. Only a couple of negative points (if you can call them that) I ordered the dress in navy blue and I got black (I kept anyway as the dress itself looks really nice on regardless of colour!) and shipping took a while but was kept posted (email) with the product process.

Shocking service

Dress took longer to arrive than expected when it arrived it was 3 times bigger than the size. I sent a message to have it returned. It took at 10 messages to your team for them to eventually send me a label to return item. Still waiting on my money back. Will not be recommending your company. Should of checked reviews before i ordered as see a lot of people had same issues please return my money asap ‍

Great products for the price

Sizing is kind of difficult to figure out. There are two types of guides to follow... makes it very confusing. My email automatically sent the order confirmation to my spam, so I didn't know if anything was actually coming. Shipping was 2 weeks later than the estimate.

Misleading pictures

Unfortunately, the three tops I ordered bore very little resemblance to the pictures on the website. The pictures made them look like good quality items, well shaped and nice material. Sadly, two of the tops were huge and shapeless, one was a completely different shade of blue, one was much smaller than the medium size it claimed to be, and all looked and felt like cheap nylon. They just looked cheap and nasty. All have been returned for a refund but you don't get the shipping costs back.

Bad

I ordered what looked like a few quality masks to go with various outfits. Never received an email. After 3 weeks I had no way of talking to customer service so I filled a dispute with paypal. Only then did I get any sort of confirmation on my order. When they arrived after a month they were not the same masks I had ordered. Flimsy and low quality, not quite the same colors pictured. One of them already broke. I asked for a refund and they offered me $4 back of the 25 I spent. Will not be using them again

There was no communication from the company about an order confirmation or when my order was shipped or delivered. I think they do that on purpose so you can't return items that are defective. Really poor customer service.

Very disappointing
April 10, 2021

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my wife. After 10 days the tracking indicated that they has not left the warehouse. I contacted the customer service team to check progress and they replied that they had cancelled my order.
I asked if the order could continue and to advise the delivery timescales and they advised that had already cancelled the order.
Personally I won't use this company again. I am trying to unsubscribe from their marketing emails, but even that process does not work!
Avoid!

The items are not what they advertised online... poor quality and shocking customer service
I had to log a dispute with PayPal to get my money back- still lost on shipping back the items!
This company should not be allowed trading in UK market!

Christmas. Hoodie

Ordered this for my daughter. Sizes are little on small size. I thought it was fleece but it was just printed material. Quite thin. Not really worth the money. But it was a chance I took. However with that said she's warring it very day. So some sort of success.
