Never Again

I paid the additional $23.00 in order to receive the dress by a guaranteed date. Please never do this. The dress arrived three days later then what was promised and there is no compensation or refund for the extra money you pay for expedited shipping

Great selections but difficult to get the right size I needed. Packages took awhile to arrive since they were shipped from overseas, but did arrive before Christmas. Tracking information seemed to lag a few days behind actual progress towards delivery.

Pleseantly suprised

Most of the clothing items I got felt like great quality! The ones I have tried fit perfectly too! No need to size up or down. Only issue I had with some items is that the hole for you feet were sewn closed when they were pictured as opened.

Customer service can be improved

It took more than a month for my product to arrive, I tried getting in touch with customer service but did not get any reasonable response, there was also no information given on my order which I could give reference to when asking questions about my order, I found this rather frustrating as there was no evidence of purchase except for the bank transfer. The quality of the clothes are alright considering the price paid.

SCAM COMPANY
January 27, 2020

I ordered lingerie that clearly showed underwire and form fitting (shapely) material. What I received was a limp piece of lace with cheap sewing, no underwire. I laughed and immediately put it back in the bag. When I asked for a refund they said they don't refund for lingerie. TOTAL SCAM. I have begun a resolution process through paypal. I did read reviews but they clearly have people writing false positive reviews. Oh, and they're out of Hong Kong. I should have known better. (first photo is ad, the rest are what I actually received - if you look carefully you will see the sloppy stitching, no underwire, etc)

They will send you two emails a day with no way to unsubscribe. I never received my package. After being told they would send a replacement (which never arrived), they acted as if they never said they would in the first place. Waste of money, time, and energy. Stay away!

Hit and miss

Great tracking advice of when to expect items and quicker than expected. Quick refund given on out of stock item so very pleased with overall service. Like a lot of these sites that are not Uk based the quality is hit and miss. Two out of three items were poor quality but the one was amazing

Stay away as far as you can. I'm updating my review from several weeks ago as this has been a saga of them not wanting to refund my money. Don't be fooled by pretty pictures of their products. You will be sadly disappointed with what you receive. I urge you - do not buy from this site. The hassle of dealing with them isn't worth it and they don't sell even remotely good quality products. Not to mention, their customer service is absolutely horrible, and they place no value on their customers. Never again!

The website take forever to load and also keeps taking you back to the first item which is very frustrating
They tried to negotiate that I take 10% discount from my next order and keep the unwanted items! I've never heard of such a tactic and it's put me off ordering again!

There is no color difference, the size is also correct, washed and did not fade! Friends say it looks good when they wear it out. They ask me for a link! It's a pleasant shopping trip and I'll come back if I need to.

Nice outfits but needs better customer service

Order shipped quickly, and overall good products. However, one dress was too small and it took forever to get responses with customer service and they claimed shipping fees were too high to send back. So they offered a coupon. But that expired within a week. So, I am left with a dress that doesn't fit, and out $30. Definitely needs better descriptions of products in catalog. Like, is the material stretchy?

Cosy romper
February 20, 2022

Waited a few weeks for item to arrive but was able to track it via the website so no problem. Romper is soft and looks good. Fiancee says its comfy too. Only problem is the butt flap sits well above her bum so isn't that functional. Going to the toilet requires undressing.

Do NOT use this company!

Ordered 6 items, used their measurements. 2 items were poor quality. Other 4 items too small coming from China and NOT the US as they sometimes advertise. Took 7 weeks to get to me. When I tried to return, they said it's past the return time and thanks anyways. Spent $180 on 6 items I can't wear! USE caution! Complete joke in my eyes! Buy elsewhere, trust me!

After purchasing, before product has even been shipped, I started receiving anywhere from 2 to 4 emails per day. I contacted support and they indicated that they would remove me from the mailing list. That did not happen after multiple requests. Their unsubscribe button is hidden under the 'Report Abuse' in their emails.

Instead, I created an email rule that any time i got an unwanted email from boutiquefeel.com it was forwarded to their support address. (*******@boutiquefeel.com).

Still not removed from their mailing list, however they have blocked my email from sending THEM so many unwanted emails and they are being returned as 'blocked'.

No idea about the products, but customer service and spam is TERRIBLE!

Oder and receiving

I placed an order on April. Today is June 24 and The company is not offering any information. The company provide a tracking number that seems fake or incorrect. No info about the other. I have followed up more than 10 times via ticket since they do not have any other way to contact them. After multiple follow ups, still the company is not providing an answer. Please be aware of my scenario that you avoid the same to you. If you buy from them, the same thing may happen. It is your call.

Customer service is beyond awful

I've place four orders with them totaling well over $500. Three of the four orders were messed up. This last one was the final draw. I placed an order for 15 items. They sent me a message saying one item was out of stock but instead of crediting my card back they wanted me to keep it as store credit. It took 4 days to win that battle. Secondly, I accidentally ordered two of one item. While I'm sure folks may mean to do this I wish they would've asked if it was an error because they won't take it back as a return (which I do understand). The icing on the cake was one item was missing and they won't do anything about it because I don't have pictures of the original package it came in. Still don't understand why it's needed or why they think I'd be lying about a $10 item when I just spent $215. Anyway, IF you're looking for any type of customer service, SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Not worth your money

They will scam you out of your money. I ordered two items, both were not what I ordered at all. Contacted them to return said items. Paid for the shipping to send them back. They received them and I haven't heard anything since. That was almost 2 weeks ago! Their customer service is basically non existent. Cheap product, don't waste your money.

Delivery was much longer then quoted and after all the wait and lack of communication with customer service my shoes arrived. HORRIBLE! They looked nothing like what was ordered.cheap plastic and 2 different size of wedges. No way to return for refund. Waste of money...Avoid at all costs!

Beware of descriptions/pictures
July 21, 2021

Shipping took forever, first off. Also, I thought I was getting a great shirt for a metal/rock concert with metal studs at the shoulders and wrists. The material feels cheap, though I could get past that. What really bothers me is the awful fake pearls that are on the shoulders/wrists rather than studs. The description says it has studs, the picture seems to show studs, but instead it's covered in fake plastic pearls. It looks completely ridiculous and I don't know how I could make it any better. On top of that, if I wanted a refund, I'd have to mail it back at my own expense, which would likely cost more (or at least most of) than what I paid for it.

Love them!

I ordered the cutest sweater from Boutiquefeel and it fits perfectly! I always get nervous buying clothes online because you never know how they are going to fit but their measurements for perfect. Don't always believe everything you read sometimes you just have to take a chance and I'm super happy that I did! Can't wait to buy more and more :)
